My name is Stephen(Steve) Bajada. I am on my 2nd Kia and in a few months will be looking for a replacement car. My 1st 2 Kia's were purchased at 401 Dixie Kia. I was considering changing back to a Honda or a BMW. Recently I was having trouble with my key for my Rio5. My wife and I came in yesterday afternoon and was surprised to see Ashleigh was still there. She was as positive then as she was in the morning. She greeted us with a smile and we laughed at the situation regarding our conversation about my key issue earlier that day. After explaining my situation with the other Kia Dealership she assured me that Mississauga Kia is very service oriented and took the time to give us a tour and explain how things worked. She explained the service schedules and everything I needed to know.

Service today was exceptional. Was greeted at the door by one rep who took my keys to get mileage reading. Desk staff were both extremely friendly AND extremely competent. Offered breakfast, which I declined - waiting are has coffee, hot chocolate, water, and muffins. Continue to be impressed by this dealership.

I visited the place to get a new Kia Soul. As context, I'm new to the country and haven't build up enough credit yet to get prime lending rates and had decided against two other car dealerships before as they were not able to get me the desired financing.
Once I explained the situation to Richard, he was very accommodating and friendly, he walked me through the details of the car and help take the car out for a well rounded test drive. And once he helped me decide on the car, Dom (the finance mgr) worked his magic to get me the financing I couldn't secure at other dealerships, even though at first it seemed impossible.
I'm very happy and satisfied with my experience at the dealership.

Thank you Richard for making buying a car a stress free experience. I am especially grateful for your patience and professionalism as the 3 drivers in our family took months to select a used car. I will never forget the fact that you drove across the GTA (on your day off) to get a car I was interested in then you didn’t bat an eye when I said I preferred the shiny red one that was already on the lot.

I recently bought a new to me Soul. Kyle was great and helped me navigate the sales process, exploring all my needs and desires for a new car. After negotiating, we settled on a fair price and a few add-ons to sweeten the deal. I would recommend a visit to Mississauga Kia if you’re in the market for new wheels.
Last week I came in to have my tires switched over. I was able to book online and get a convenient appointment time. The service staff were professional and knowledgeable. The price I was quoted was right on point ($40 for tires on rims) and right when I went to pay, they offered to waive the fee because they were sorry that (in their opinion) they took to long to do the work. I would have been more than content to pay, but it appears customer satisfaction is more important to them. I’ll definitely be back in the fall to put my snows back on.
I was very impressed with the 2018 Forte5 I purchased in November from Richard, but unfortunately I was hit in February I was hit and the car was written off. I purchased the car in part due to it's safety rating and the car performed incredibly, part of the reason why I came back to KIA and this dealership.
Dealing with Richard again was fantastic, he made everything simple from viewings, to paperwork, to working out a deal. The staff on both occasions has been incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to cater to my needs. From the sales side to the financing to team to reception I am always extremely pleased to work with this dealership and I am thoroughly enjoying my new 2019 Forte.

Although I was fairly intimidated by making the jump I was absolutely comfortable the entire time and had no second thoughts about making my purchase the same day I walked in there “just to look” Thank you again Tristan, highly recommended!
I had catastrophic engine failure with my KIA Optima. I had no idea which dealership to go to for advice and assessment. On internet found there is huge recall for from KIA for the same engine type Theta II, I have. Checked Google reviews and decided to go with Mississauga KIA for engine replacement.
During servicing time I was contacted on regular bases with all updates and work progress. The car was fixed in reasonable time considering part logistics and complexity for engine replacements.
The only problem I got was the car came back with the dashboard error lights I didn’t have before. I insisted this didn’t exist before the servicing and I had pictures for prove. Guys, please inspect the cars together with the customers to avoid such a problems. Thankfully KIA fixed everything without trying charging me.
Three months after the engine was replaced everything runs perfect, no leaks, engine works smoothly.
I am very satisfied with quality of work from KIA Mississauga, very friendly service stuff.
Thank you Paul, John, Joseph and all others I don’t know, but why made my car alive again.
I definitely can recommend KIA Mississauga to any one, you can trust them.

When I first got my car, I was told by my sales rep; that I'd be getting $300 back (something about the deposit). Then I called back again, and the front desk said, I'd be getting it within a week. Didn't come. I called again, one of the managers said they don't know what I'm talking about, and then I never got anything. That pissed me off already. 1 Strike. I thought everything would be coordinated.
I came in today, everything was handled fine, paid and left...
.......................................UNTIL I STARTED DRIVING HOME WHEN I REALIZED SOME IDIOT DID NOT CLOSE THE HOOD PROPERLY.
I was on the highway, and then I quickly noticed that the hood wasn't entirely closed because it was shaking as I drove. It makes me so mad because this is the 2nd time they did something wrong to me.
I cannot believe I'm actually paying $300 to serve my car, and they're hiring someone who doesn't know, doesn't check, or is it not coordinated enough to close the hood properly.
Wonderful setup and amazing people! Right from the Service Manager to the Receptionist to the Booking Clerk to the Mechanic . . . every individual I encountered was a pleasure to meet . . . extremely courteous, polite and understanding. I am 69 and have never met so many nice people present in one place! Keep up the good work.

My girlfriend and I walked-in to take a look at a few models and were quickly greeted by Rick Saaed.
Rick is no ordinary car salesman; he was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny; a real pleasure to talk to.
In this day-and-age I don't understand why so many car salesmen are still sleazy and/or shady.
Rick is really a diamond in the rough of his industy.
Rick let us take 2 private test drives (just gave us the keys), back-to-back no questions asked.
We tried the Kia Optima LX and the Kia Sorento; the edge definitely goes to the Optima for both price and what you get.
We're not 100% sold on a vehicle yet, but if we choose a Kia we would love to make our purchase through Rick.
If you go to Mississauga Kia, please save yourself the double-talk and ask for Rick; I'm sure they have other nice salespeople there, but he was a pleasure.
