On August 5'th I used unhaggle to get a quote for a Kia Forte. Ryan Renversez contacted me not ten minutes after receiving my quote. By August 10' th my partner and I drove to Grimsby and signed the papers. Our brand new Kia Forte EX in temptation red was delivered to our front door three days later! Ryan was very honest and pleasant to deal with. If it wasn't for unhaggle we never would have fathomed purchasing our Kia from Grimsby, ON over our home in Waterloo. Unhaggle gave us, the buyer a great deal, and Grimsby a sale with two very happy first time car owners!
Dealt with Gavin and Rick over phone and email. The whole experience was flawless and seamless. Told them which car I wanted and the deal went down electronically as I live more than an hour away. I have not purchased a car since 2004 and when I spoke with Kevin Brisson over the phone he was a true delight. Kevin was very patient and helped me with a brand new Kia soul. I wanted to say thank you to Kevin and the staff at Grimsby Kia for not making this an overwhelming experience and helping with this fantastic new car. The delivery was great as Kevin went into detail on all the features he even offered a second delivery if I forget anything. I am super excited to show my friends my new Kia soul and I will certainly refer them to kevin and to visit Grimsby Kia.
The customer service I received here was very good. I needed to have a tire sensor replaced, and they took good care of it for me. My issue was that it was determined that the sensor was faulty and not physically damaged. I was sent to this location by Betterway Auto in Stoney Creek. I had hoped they would have covered this for me and made an exception since I have only had the car for a little over a month and clearly did not do anything to harm the sensor but no such luck...

We first dealt with Kevin a couple months ago when we started looking for our first van! He was super friendly and relatable, he listened to all of our needs and did his best to find the perfect fit for us!
When we made our decision, we dealt with Josh, and he was friendly, understanding, and knowledgable. He explained our financing options to us in a way that we could understand and went over all of the paperwork line by line to make sure we had all of our questions answered.
We were really happy with the quick turn around! We signed the papers on Saturday of a long weekend, finalized on Tuesday, and our 2019 Sedona LX was ready for pick up on Wednesday!
Both Kevin and Josh were there to see us off in our new vehicle and give us a quick reminder on how all the little gadgets work (and for some more text messaging questions since then)!

I had a great experience with Hugo & Joe. Joe, I met a couple of months ago and we talked pricing. At the time I was crunching numbers and shopping around. He was very helpful with letting me know about the promotions; even test drive a Soul EX. There was a bit of urgency on his end, which I was not a fan of rushing into anything.
Hugo, I met recently when I went in last week to finally make a decision and talk pricing. He was a lot of fun to deal with and very helpful. We even went on a test drive with the one I hadn’t looked at which was the Soul EX+. When I decided to purchase the EX+, everything was properly explained to me in terms of financing/leasing/insurance.
The only issue I had in the end was when I went to pick up the car, they needed my insurance binder, and I didn’t have that (which I didn’t recall I needed to have that when picking up). Things took longer than expected. And with the leasing, the insurance should be offered or at least explained before signing off on a vehicle so that you know what your costs are in total, so this way, there are no surprises. Other than that, Hugo and his team were a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend Grimsby Kia to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I have always wanted a Soul and finally got one!

After my husband's car was totaled, and doing some online research, I decided to drive up to Grimsby Kia as they seemed to have quite a bit of inventory. I was looking for a gently used Kia Soul. I met Kelsey, who immediately put me at ease in a very stressful situation. The car I had been looking at online had just been sold, but Kelsey was able to show me a vehicle that was an even better fit. Although I had only been intending to "look around", I just knew this was the vehicle for me. Kelsey and Josh, the financial guy, both made what I thought of as a chore a really pleasurable experience. I was so impressed with the staff who did the detailing on the car as well. Wow! Trustworthy is an understatement. Came from Hamilton to purchase a Used vehicle, Kelsey in Sales and Josh in finance treated us like peers. Sales is fine but right now I wouldn't touch this place for service with a barge pole. Left my wife's car in pieces after a $600 simple repair. My daughter's lug nuts were left loose she could have been killed. My son's car also left with loose lug nuts. They are way too sloppy. Used to be a great dealership no idea what has gone wrong. Stead clear!
I was visiting Grimsby, as my son was running in a marathon nearby. It was a dark and rainy early morning, and I drove over some metal debris in the road, which tore my muffler and gas tank off. Not the best day I've ever had.
However, my car was towed to the nearest Kia dealership, which was Grimsby. Words cannot express how amazing and helpful everyone was at this dealership. Great, great people! (And cars. I've bought three Kia vehicles so far, and they've all been highly reliable).
And my son? He won the race!

Well I would like to give Zero Stars for the service I got here..
I bought a Vehicle from Kia Grimsby which was a Demo vehicle. What I and according to me every one expects when they go to buy a Vehicle from the dealership is that the vehicle is cleaned from inside and outside during delivery.
Well when I got the delivery of my vehicle yesterday, it was not even touched from inside. It was full of coffee stains and shoe marks from inside, mud everywhere. They didn't even bother to top up the gas tank.
When I reported this issue to the salesperson, all I got were smiles from them. He was just giving importance to 1 thing that he is in this business from last 10 years.
Well if this is the service which we get after your 10 years experience then I think no one should give you any business. This is my 5th car and I have never had such a bad experience.
I am in a job where I do interaction with more than 50 people everyday and I will make sure I let them know never to visit this showroom.
Please remember that we are not just numbers for you we are consumers who are spending their hard earned money.
We are very impressed with this Kia location from the sales to the service. The service department is always professional and courteous and Rudy Ramlal always goes the extra mile to accommodate for a perfect time to fit in our schedule and to follow through with any service needed. My family has purchased two vehicles from Grimsby Kia. Both purchases were excellent experiences. The staff listened to our questions, answered them accurately and honestly. Kevin, in sales, was friendly and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. His contact with us was helpful and communicative and never bothersome. All of our questions were answered quickly. He showed us all of the vehicle's features and functions and when I asked the one question he didn't have an answer for, he referred me to Kan (hope I spelled that correctly) in service who gave me the information I was after. Kevin was excellent in every way.
Josh from finance was equally helpful. He was upfront with extras that he felt we'd need and some things he felt would be unnecessary for our situation. That sort of honesty is rare and extremely welcome in a car dealership. In my previous experience, the extra sales (paint, fabric and rust protections, extra warranty etc) have been urged aggressively. Not here. Josh did his job very well. He researched a previous purchase from another dealership and found unused warranty value for which we would be refunded.
Dean, the sales manager, introduced himself during price negotiations and gave us an immediate feeling of comfort. He went over the numbers with us and showed us which discounts he had included in the deal. He explained dealership costs and we appreciated his honesty.
An overall excellent experience for us at Grimsby Kia. We can recommend this dealership without reservation.
Kevin was a fantastic sales consultant who was extremely helpful and helped me find a car that fit my needs exactly. He was able to work within my budget and was efficient, courteous a great person to work with.

We went to Hamilton Kia before going to Grimsby Kia. Hamilton was all about pressure and sales. Called Grimsby Kia and got Kevin Brisson. asked some questions to which he said he would get back to us in five minutes. Five minutes later he called with the required answers. We went to see him and test drove a 2019 Kia Sole and then a 2020 Sole. Kevin never pressured us and gave us space to look and decide if this was the vehicle for us. We decided on the 2020 several days later and proceeded to make the deal. We got a better deal than Hamilton Kia had offered for the same vehicle. We then met with the manager Dean Woods, who proceeded to give us a deal on winter tires, rims & stone guard protection with out being asked. Then we met with Josh Wood who looked after all the financial arrangement, once again zero pressure with adding protections and extra coverage. All in all the Kia Team we dealt with were very friendly, helpful, respectful, pleasant and made us do the deal we wanted. We now feel part of the Grimsby Kia Family.
