Made an appointment for my Sportage to get the pulse feeling checked out n my brakes.. put my vehicle in the garage in the morning, they did a oil change and rotated the tires and never checked the pulse first or last. Not even as much as road tested the vehicle.. when I said that my vehicle was not looked at what I took it there for, some mechanic with 4 squares tattooed on his arm, came out very rudely, Gabe me a quote for a $1200 full brake replacement without even road testing the vehicle.. not so much as a sorry it was I offered a discount in service or offered a loaner for the device that I had not recieved.. this is not the way to run a business. Poor poor poor customer service when they do something wrong..

Paul was swift, kind, and straight forward with his service. Everything was laid out with no uncertain terms. He showed me the operation of my selected vehicle in an easy to understand manner. He had patience with my questions and responded to my phone calls in a timely manner. Steph has a sense of humor and explained all my options clearly. I opted in to a few things that were in my best interest but was not pressured into any sale that was not a good fit for me. I would recommend the sales team to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle. Plus my new sorento is a lovely ride. 10/10

Walked in today around 3:30 pm to view a new vehicle. No other customers in the building. Waited over 5 minutes and was never approached by sales staff. One gent walked past me three times without even acknowledging my presence. One sat in his office playing on his phone. Three others were gathered in one office socializing. I guess business is good. I left to look over the vehicles outside and still was not approached. I will likely still purchase a KIA but definitely find a different dealership.

Did not honor bumper to bumper warranty, service manager made it blatantly clear would have been covered if purchased from them. Got it covered at original dealership. I am on my third car at kia and i can honestly say these cars are junk,the paint was already rusting on my 2016 optima in its first year just like my sorento and my rondo i had. Same noisy front end,same steering rack failure right off warranty.these cars are junk its not worth owning one.
The five star reviews come from friends and family of the people who work there. Look into what kia did about cars like mine that were base model hybrids...in order to get the mpg numbers for advertisement kia didnt use any spare tires for alot of their hybrid optimas in order to fake the mpg.Let me tell you the first flat i had was not impressed to find a spare tire sized chunk of foam and a kia brand can of fix a flat and plugs lol.
What a joke! 30000 dollar car and warrant spare tire!
