I usually don't write reviews but I had to share the great experience we had buying a vehicle at Anderson Motors. From the moment we walked in the door both my wife and myself knew this buying experience was going to be different. Zack our Salesman and Don the owner were both very professional, down to earth and personable. They know the business and didn't waste our time and were never pushy. We got down to business quickly which is what I wanted and they got to work quickly finding us the truck we requested! There was never any drama like I've had at some other dealerships. My wife and I both felt Anderson's truly wanted to find us the truck we requested at a very fair price, which up to now, is not how I have felt shopping for vehicles at other dealerships. Overall, I highly recommend Anderson Motors!
Just bought my first truck from Anderson Motors and I can’t say enough , a couple of day’s of back and forth with Zach ,no pressure when talking /dealing with him . I never even needed to see the new truck any questions about the new truck he answered ,couple pic of my truck I was trading in and deal done on the phone .With Covid didn’t want to waste my time in dealership working on a deal,they didn’t waste my time.Their word is good!!! I’m 50 years old and buy new every 3-4 years been to many different dealerships in my years this one is easy to work with👍
My recent purchase at Anderson Motors was one of the most pleasant and professional vehicle transactions I have made in my 30 years of buying trucks. The staff were friendly and courteous and I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase anything until I was ready. Sales Manager, Joe and Sales Consultant, Jordan made the whole process informative and easy to navigate and they could not have been more accommodating. They sealed the deal for me and I will most definitely be making my next purchase at Anderson Motors because of these two gentlemen.
I've been bringing my vehicle here since 2012 and they've always had an excellent customer service model. I can say that I've never been disappointed once in the service I've received.
They take there time to explain the repairs and they call you for authorization if they need to do anything extra. The prices are fair and they offer a shuttle service.
A quick shout out to Emile and Scott. They run the front end of the service shop and they are always friendly and accommodating.
They didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted but they tracked one down and had it there that same day!! They gave me an amazing deal and everyone was so friendly!!
Service and Sales staff are awesome. Bent over backwards for my wife and I. I highly recommend Anderson's in Prince Albert, over any other Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep Dealership. Same day service, for Warranty and will work with your budget. Cheers.

There are other dealerships in Prince Albert with the same products, however I would save your time and visit Anderson first. 5 star....

Two months ago and the memory is still vivid. Saved me from disaster! Driving from Saskatoon to a meeting at Emma Lake then return Saskatoon to catch a plane Saturday afternoon. Brakes failed in Prince Albert and I limped into Anderson Motors. They found a loaner vehicle for travel to Emma and repaired the brakes by the time I returned. Absolutely amazing service like I've never seen before. Special thanks to Emile.

I have gotten two vehicles from this dealership and am very happy with my service. From the salesman I had ( Kevin) to the rest of the staff. It was amazingly relaxing and joyful. Which I don't find at alot of other places. It was refreshing to see such high customer service. It went beyond just how much money do you have...get out lol... We had some good conversations beyond just wheeling and dealing and walked away with our truck the same day. Thank you to all the people, involved in our adventure at your car lot, for all your help. They are worth the drive, as we have bought our last 3 vehicles there even though they are quite a drive away as we receive the best service and deals here. We also like the idea of supporting a family owned business. We have also been recommending this dealership to all of our friends due to these reasons.

Had really great customer service with the sales department today at Anderson Motors. My husband had called to make arrangements to test drive a couple of vehicles while towing our boat to see how the vehicles handled. Kyle was very helpful and personable. Vehicles were ready to test drive and Kyle went through the vehicles in great detail. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. No high pressure sales like you would normally encounter at dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership and dealing with Kyle. Thank you for all your help today.
After shopping in PA, Anderson was the first car dealership where we felt comfortable and that a sales person was working with us to help us find what was best for not only our budget, but our satisfaction. Greg, our salesman, was extremely helpful and a major reason why we chose to purchase from Anderson. We are extremely happy with the truck and the service received.

Just a quick note to let you know how I was treated on my recent purchase of a 2012 Dodge Journey. I purchased this vehicle through Anderson Motors in Prince Albert, SK and I just want to commend Randy Emery, as well as the Finance Guy - Justin, for how they treated me. I received excellent customer service from this group. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased through them and with service like that it's no wonder we keep coming back. So 5 gold stars to the management and Staff of Anderson Chrysler and Anderson Motors.
Although I never actually stepped foot in Anderson Motors auto body shop, because my wife took care of everything for me, I'm very satisfied with the work that took place. I had body work done on my truck and it looks great. They even took it upon themselves to replace my bumper that was under warranty, because it was rusting. They also supplied us with a courtesy vehicle which was greatly appreciated, with four kids and activities every night they would have had to miss out on a lot of stuff while our truck was being repaired. Thanks again for the great service, I will be bringing my truck back there the next time it needs work.
The salesman at Anderson Motors was excellent in every way. I could list all the attributes he showed, but you ask me about any and it would be 10/10. He could not have treated us better. I also let him know this during our interactions. The deal went very smoothly and we were satisfied with the final outcome. Your finance person, Justin, answered all of our questions with patience, politeness and explained all aspects of the deal diligently. We have already had a phone call from Dodge Motors (California) about our buying experience, which was a nice touch. Our answers reflect the content of this letter.
