Buyer beware! I sold my 2019 Ram to an out of town for ford dealership. Western dodge was slow in processing the lease buyout, and very slow in issuing a cheque for a lease overpayment. Don the finance guy yells at you on the phone when you are professional and question his lack of follow through on things he states in emails. I would definitely beware when dealing with them. The sales process was fine when I leased but since then the dealership has taken a downward turn since 2019.

After receiving excellent service at the time of purchase, western dodge has reminded us why we have steered clear of them for many years. After a warranty issue on my jeep soft top, which only they could install for warranty reasons, they had my vehicle for two days and did nothing. Apparently the $4500 top didn’t come with installation hardware, so they just threw it in the back of my jeep and called it done. So after two days without my jeep, for absolutely no reason, I still don’t have a top. Absolutely no phone calls were made to let us know that there were any issues, and I was not informed in advance that the job was not completed. The after sales service is horrible, and we will travel to a different city to purchase another jeep in the near future.

Bought a 50k 2019 truck, said they couldn’t fix the electric running board code and brushed me off after I bought it, took to another dealer ship and done in 20 minutes, opened up the back seat counsel and there was spilled milk in it , over all for the money I paid, not impressed, shop around , watrous gave us 2 free oil changes and a free full detail to use with in a year at chev on my wife’s truck

I never cought some time to write my experience with the dealership. Bought Ram2500 in March 2021. It was quick,i knew what i want,they had truck there,i got some good price on it. Sales,finance,manager...all very professional and quick.
Now,service guys....as i do what i do for living (ID with Old Dutch) and have no much time to do services,book appointments etc...i just phone and say that i need an oil change or some other service and all booked in 2min for coming friday (my only day when i can do service). Indo this a lot as i allready have 85k km on it.
And now where they really did a step up for me. 2 days after oil and fuel filter change i saw some fuel leak under my truck. It was Wednesday afternoon and i just drove my truck with 24" trailer straight to the dealership,no call,no appointment,nothing... Yes i was little bit mad,but not really at them,i was mad as i know i have to be on the road again at 4am and this truck is my job,that truck is how i provide for my family. I walked in,said what was the problem,and again they were really good to sneak me in right away in the morning...but...8am. Too late for me,i have to leave at 4am! After few min,and service staff had a chat they told me to unhook trailer and they did it literally right away!!! Fuel filter had some failure and they replaced it. I was out in an hour and on time to go to work in the morning. Thank you guys one more time for that and sorry for late review!

Very disappointed in the Moose Jaw one. We had to get our motor replaced and we thought they were good as they allowed us to pay installments which was nice but since we put in the motor it has been one new issue after another first they broke the glove compartment, why they needed to open that we have no idea. Second my mom asked them to look the driver side window because it won't go up, we went around to the garage and found our car with the window down and plastic over it which they lied about and said it wasn't our car which it was but they still didn't fix it. Then there was issue with an oil leak in the motor they just put in, next there were spark plugs that needed changing and the car is still having issues but they refuse to look at it until we put more money down. We brought the car to them and all they have done is fixed one issue and overlooked another until the point my mom had a breakdown. A $6000 motor and they couldn't take the time to make sure everything is in working order.

Took my truck in for my radio to be replaced and technican damaged my dashboard just beside where the radio went in. They said noting to be until I noticed driving home and went back to complain. I was then told they saw the mark and cut before my truck went in for repair and even fudged the paperwork to say so. I basically can't prove it was them even though I know better so they refuse to fix it

My Jeep broke down in moosejaw while en route to British Columbia. I had prior issues with the jeep that were not fixed by other dealerships. Turns out they snowballed and ended up with many different issues having to be resolved. Moosejaw dealership set me up with a rental car so i could continue my trip. The vehicle did take almost 2 weeks to be completely resolved with it being holidays and parts being in the states. But the service advisor Jen went above and beyond to make sure I had my rental vehicle paid for the entire time. Once my jeep was finished and ready to pick up she even drove all the way to winnipeg on her day off with her husband to meet me half way and take my rental car so I wouldn't have to pay a drop off fee. Next time I purchase a vehicle I will be contacting moosejaw first as they went above and beyond for a customer that hadn't even stepped foot in their dealership before . Thanks again Jen 👍🏻

The staff seem nice so that is a plus.

But my issue is that some of the work that I requested to be done, was not sufficient enough. I went in to get a. my car's hood to be able to be opened, b. a door key and c. an oil change. The oil change happened, and somehow they were able to open the hood without any parts, but they never showed me what wires they pulled or what they did to open the hood to change the oil. I didn't think I needed to specifically say to "fix the hood latch so I can open my car hood" when requesting to get my hood opened.... They never fixed the latch to open the hood and I still cannot figure out how to open the hood. That costed me 70$

Also the "door key" only starts my ignition. It may be the same key for the door, but I have no idea why no one tested to see if my doors could lock with the keys, that is my biggest concern is not being able to lock my car (which I guess it was my fault for not mentioning that I was unable to lock and unlock my door from the outside, but I figured a mechanic would think to test that...)

I am actually pretty sad to say this because the staff were really friendly and the mechanics comments on my older car seemed to be geniune. At first I had a sense of trusting their service and going back, but now I think I may use services elsewhere. I can't afford over 100$ on services that is insufficient, I simply can't. Unless I had the issues on my hood and car door dealt with for free due to it being insufficiently completed, I will have to look elsewhere to try and open up my hood and to fix my door locks. It is sad to say but it is my honest thoughts.

They do not have the capability to diagnose an engine running problem. They will allow an engine to catastrophically fail instead of actually repairing a vehicle. Hire actual technicians instead of glorified scan tool readers! Public notice, you may have an engine problem even if there isn’t a check engine light illuminated.

Horrible service, staff is very uninformed, never give the customer update calls on where there service work is sitting and when it will be done. I had to catch a cab there twice now to pick up my truck ( because I work out of town) after hours only to find it sitting in the same spot with no work done. This is after they told me the work had been completed both times. This dealer ship needs to get its sh!t together and fire there entire service desk staff. I am even thinking of getting emissions deleted and void my warranty so I never have to deal with there incompetent staff any more. This truck has 48000 km and has been in to there shop 14 times now for service work, all relating to emissions sensors. I no that part is not all there fault but at least they could make the service part less painless and be more truthful. I hope there manager sees this and acts on it.

Do not deal with this place drive to Regina.

Watch out for these guys as soon as you know a little about sales cash deals and financing warrenty and prices these guys dont want to talk to you . Asked about a jeep and they said oh its a clean title its been registered in sask i get them to pull up the car fax oh its also been registered in alberta and it was in a accident they said . They were asking 26.000+ change for it so i offered him 23.500 and i would do financing instead of cash because i know they make money on that same with the extended minimum warrenty which was apperantly 4500 for 2 years 40.000km. So we went back and forth a few times and i asked ok what is the full price taxes in etc ... came out to 35.000+ change . So im not getting any kind of deal here for the warrenty and financing it instead of buying cash they said well what is your offer . Now taking into account that it had a accident i said 23.500+ taxes warrenty and all . So he said they would call me back and he did. Was told they would knock 90$ off the deal because they are very busy and had no time to deal with me and and my offer was apperantly garbage. Also kept pressuring me vefore i made the offer to tell them what i would pay and asked how close i could get to their price i said why would i tell you that just come back with a counter offer hahaha.

Service and parts people don't listen to you. Ask them to order something specific in and tell them you specifically don't want a certain brand or type and guess what, they ignore you and order what you don't want instead. Parts guys lie to you about stuff being on back order (called up a different dealer and they had it in stock in 2 days) Sales doesn't seem interested in selling, they aren't even willing to budge on used vehicle pricing (based on market research the vehicle I looked at was at least $2000 above market) they would only come off their price $250. Service has messed up several repairs for me, family, and friends (they don't hook things back up after disassembly, they damage stuff, or tell you that your problem doesn't exist and bill you for an in warranty vehicle)

Bought a truck great salesperson. Finance was a bit shifty did not explain that the used car warranty was actually an insurance policy. So I noticed right away steering was making some noise had to drive from Saskatoon to Moose Jaw to get it fixed. They had no parts changed my oil and I had to drive back. They quoted me 2200 to fix my steering rack. I said I thought it was under warranty. They didnt even transfer the ownership from previous owner to myself. Told me I had no warranty then called on my way home said oh ya it is under warranty. Drove back again for an appointment in the morning and they weren't sure when they would have it done. Left near closing time on my way home a piece fell off my truck almost hit the car behind. It was my first time having work done and having parts fall off one of my vehicles. They also charged me 75 bucks as a deductible to fix an issue that was supposed to be under warranty?

Was supposed to get winter tires credit when i purchased the vehicle. Drove down for tire intallation after ordering tires. Service department didnt know about the tires. I've never seen anything more disorganized. Eventually got my tires the manager promised all sorts of things payment for the part that fell off my vehicle, payment of my gas and a gift card to the Keg for all the inconvenience. I never received anything.

They informed me I had to get my oil changed there for engine warranty. Played telephone tag for some time. Service never answers their phone. Tried to book online for service they never got back to me. I had to take my truck to Saskatoon dealership because I needed service and just never received it at Western Dodge Moose Jaw.

This is the worst service in any industry I have ever received. If no stars was an option I would assign it. However my salesperson was awsome. So one star they had one star they get.
