The worst cheating auto company that i have found. yesterday i booked the service with them for overheating issue and they take 140$ just to check and found that upper hose has leak. The part is only 40$ but to fix it they charge 180$ additional. Also they add coolant for me for 30$ and for adding that coolant they charge 180$ more to flush the dried coolant out. thus taking my bill with all taxes to 650$. which is insane and total ripoff 600 bucks labor charge in what world and to replace a part that costed not more than 100 bucks(images attached for reference). Plus recently i get the oil change but many other things serviced and repaired which costed 300 bucks from Hyundai which is lot cheaper. This was an emergency and i had to go to the nearby store, but I never thought that I would be cheated like this that also in this hardship scenarios where we need to help each other instead of robbing. Stockie of Waterloo really really not worth going ever.
I do not recommend anyone to go there for any reason they are cheaters.
I've been taking my Chrysler 300 to Stockie since they took over from the previous dealership, never once have I been disappointed with the service here. Ben in service was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with, probably the best service I've ever had from a dealership. Two thumps up, I will continue to bring my 300 here untill I buy a new one!

Not only did the Service Department cover the warranty item that I came in for, they discovered a number of other pending SW updates that had been missed in the past (at other dealership).
An Oil Change and a few other small items and I was on my way.

Best service in town. Have my vehicle in for an oil change, and a peace of mind check inspection. The technician then found my brakes to be needing replacement. Was priced just right and they took care of it while my van was in. We will be returning without a doubt.

Met Ryan a couple weeks ago when our Dodge Journey required service for wheel bearings. Was impressed with his professional and friendly demeanor. This week we had to have our 2005 Crossfire SRT6 convertible fixed as the roof would not open. (this rare vehicle is my wife's pride and joy). After we took the vehicle out of winter storage the roof would not retract, Jonathan (service advisor) asked us some detailed questions to zero in on the problem so that the technician would have all the info needed. Turns out they found a fault code, corrected that and reprogrammed the top to open and close. We were impressed with how thorough they were and that they took the time to fully understand our issues. We will definitely go back to see Ryan and his staff for all our service needs.
Went here to get my vehicle serviced. What they did seems to have fixed everything so far. But boy did they charge an arm and a leg for it. Very expensive. Plus after all was finished they tried to charge me more than what was quoted. I was quoted $2700 and they wanted me to pay over $2900. No explanation, no reason other than "the guys in the shop must have broke something and that happens sometimes. I'm sure they have a good reason". The manager was helpful in charging us the correct amount. While the experience wasn't completely negative, I wouldn't recommend this place or come back for another service.

They had done a great job servicing my 2010 Jeep Liberty. When it came time to replace it with a Grand Cherokee, the sales process was honest and fair. All expectations were met and even surpassed when the removed my Liberty roof racks and brake controller for free (so I could sell them). Well done Stockie!
Just purchased a car from this dealership last week. The buying process was pretty straight forward with no pressure which was great. I worked with both Julius and Tyson, who were both very helpful and easy to work with. There was a couple minor hiccups on the delivery, but hey things happen. I had to an appointment to come back this week to have one item sorted out. While that was being done, I decided to speak with the sales manager Jonathan S. I have to say I am glad I did. He took the time to listen to me and thanked me for chatting with him. As I waited in the service dept, he came over to me a short time later and asked if he could have a minute of my time again. He again thanked me for speaking to him and he told me he had gone ahead and corrected the other outstanding me and it was being done as we speak. He went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. Personal SERVICE review.
I took my 2011 Jeep Compass to Stockie for the first time in May 2019 for some recalls that needed to be done. I asked them to also change my tires (and put the other set on rims), as well as do an oil change.
I was told before the appointment that only one recall could be completed since the other one was on back order for the parts.
I took the car in the night before the service. The day of the service I get a call that the tire pressure sensor broke in the process of changing the tires (it was working fine when it was brought in, so they broke it as they took the tires off). Not sure how common this is, but I was told I needed to pay for a new one, regardless of the fact that it was fine when it went in. I could pay for the cheaper one and have my light on all the time, or pay an extra $130 for the proper working one. I mentioned that I shouldn't be paying for something they broke, but they were not budging. I paid for the proper working one, even though I was already spending close to $1000 on other repairs with them.
A few hours later I get another call the brakes needed to be done. When asked how much material was left on the brake pads, or how "desperate" the brake change was, they couldn't tell me. Needless to say, I didn't get them done at the time. I JUST replaced my brakes in August, and only 2 of them really needed to be done. The back ones were fine. When trying to take the tires off to replace the brakes, we found that the tires were way over torqued and now I have to replace those lug nuts on the tires too.
I went to pick up my car, pay for everything and took the receipt. The next day I get a call from the dealership telling me that the recall (which is the ONLY reason I brought my car here. I have a normal mechanic that I trust and would have gone to otherwise) was never actually completed even though the paperwork, and the receptionist told me it was when I went to pick up my car. Apparently they did not have the parts, regardless of the fact that the appointment was made weeks in advance. I asked them to call me when they had the parts in for both recalls, and its been 4 months and I still haven't heard anything. I won't be going back here to get these recalls completed.
I came to Stockie after a second horrible experience with Bustards Chrysler. My boyfriend and I were looking for some numbers on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and to test drive one as I have never driven one! When we arrived it was about 5 minutes and a kind sales person spoke to us. Which shocked me as at Bustards no one said a word to us after 45 minutes of being on their lot.... Julius was very helpful he wasn't pressuring us or hassling us for a deal but was very helpful. We told him we were not buying that day but we were very serious about the purchase of a jeep in the foreseeable future. He gave us the information we were looking for and let me test drive one of the wranglers he had on the lot! With our luck it was the exact vehicle we were looking for just a different colour! After a test drive we worked out pros and cons of leasing/financing, after talking with him we have definitely decided to finance a jeep from him in a the not so far future! So thank you Julius for all your help you really made the decision for us easier and comfortable! We will be back to buy a car from you soon!

I travelled from Toronto to buy my car. I called several times to make sure the car had all the features I was looking for. The phone desk person was very accomadating getting me my answers. I arrived a little late for my appointment and was greeted by Ken Holmes sales advisor. He took the time to explain the cars reliability and sound performance. He took me out first and then let me test drive the car. I particularly enjoyed the experience with Ken and how he was open and honest with me during the sales negotiation. He also has a great sense of humor.

This dealership has just recently opened. They took over the previous dealer there but in turn have made it better. The customer service is always great, and they are always willing to help. Have had my vehicle in for a couple things now, and they are never hesitant to help, no matter how trivial it may seem.

I had run into issues with my van that seemed to be never ending - Dave and his service team were amazing. They got my van in right away and kept in contact with me about the work being done and went above and beyond what I ever expected to ensure my van was fixed right up. My calls were answered every time and I never felt like a nuisance calling with additional questions along the way. Even though they are not my local Dodge dealership I will ABSOLUTELY only deal with them for any work that my van may need in the future. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE NOT JUST A NUMBER HERE!!
