I was completely surprised by the way I was treated at Tilbury Chrysler. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and left all the decision making up to me. I dealt with two wonderful sales associates- Katie and Kali who made the process very enjoyable. They were attentive right down to the very last detail. The staff went above and beyond during the sale and when my vehicle required service they were more than accommodating to ensure that I was taken care of and satisfied. And the work that was done is top notch.
I showed up to the lot to look at a Jeep listed online on autotrader which I was told was there as well. The Jeep was not there, I figured it was sold, and went into ask. A couple of sales representatives were busy yet the others watched me walk through this is the second time this has happened. The secretary was away and I turned to leave and was asked by a lady who I assume was a sales rep asked what I was there for, I told her and what I assumed and she corrected me as saying that the manager’s wife has the vehicle, and that I needed to make an appointment to see it. How do you sell inventory by letting people drive stock and not let it be present on the lot daily. Plus no where on the sites it’s listed say to make an appointment. I understand a sales rep driving a vehicle but not people who are not employed by the dealership, plus how can you ask the price for a certain mileage when your family is driving and depreciating it.
I was greeted with a smile. They helped me find the jeep compass that I wanted. Gave me great service and when I picked up my jeep, she explained everything about the vehicle. Thanks.

Had an excellent experience. Tim McLeod did an amazing job of reassuring my faith in the dealership experience after many horrible visits to this and other Chrysler dealers in the past. I was taken care of in an extremely professional manner. All of my issues were resolved in a timely fashion and on the first visit while I sat in the waiting room. I had some parts I needed for my other jeep as well and the parts staff were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I was all greeted during my visit from my salesman (Lino) and the service manager with a friendly hello and they both asked if everything was being taking care of to my satisfaction. I currently can not speak highly enough of the greet experience I had and hope my future visits go just as well. It was my first oil change for my new pickup so I wasn't sure where to go but asked Peggy at the front desk and she directed me as what to do. Very easy, drive up to the service doors, they open up, you drive in and the team takes over from there. Great Customer Service! Rachael in the Service Department has always been nice. Just got my first oil change/tire rotation. Jeff Kelly is my salesman having sold me two different vehicles, my wife a vehicle, my dad, and various friends and family. He gets me the best deal! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My co-worker saw my 2018 RAM and immediately bought one from Jeff. He’s a young guy, my co-worker, but Jeff will crunch the numbers and find a way to fit your budget. I have a bad foot and I ended up in a Chrysler Program that got me running boards. Those trucks are high, but the best! The owner Tom has always shook my hand, and Jamie in finance made it all work. My family are customers for life! The phone receptionist is always pleasant too. . When I had a Jeep I dealt buying parts and apparel. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with! Thanks. Clothing prices are really good!

I am writing to review a major safety concern. Please note that this review is not intended to discredit the dealership, but rather to make other customers aware of dangerous situations that they may experience with used vehicle purchases from this dealership.
I purchased a used 2012 Dodge Journey from this dealership 6 weeks ago. Last week my battery would not start, which is fine. Upon servicing the vehicle to replace the battery, my mechanic noticed that the tray which the battery sits on was rusted and corroded to the point where the battery was about to fall through. It is almost certain that if I would have continued to drive this vehicle the battery would have fallen through the tray which could potentially cause a great deal of harm and physical injury to me or to others.
I contacted the dealer and raised this concern only to be brushed off with a 'sorry, it's too late' attitude. Even so, it took them 9 days to get back to me with this response!
The dealership mentioned that the battery is not part of a safety check, which is understandable. However, when the tray that holds the battery is in such bad shape that a battery is about to fall right through it they should take action before putting the vehicle for sale.
I am very disappointed at this dealership's lack of attention to this critical detail before selling the vehicle and crass response to my concern afterwards.
In conclusion: BUYER BEWARE before you or a loved one is injured from this dealer's negligence.
Dealt with Denis Belanger buying a new Town and Country S - and we had an amazing experience. He worked within our price point, fully explained all charges, options, and fees. He took the time to go through the van with us and make sure we were comfortable with the inner workings and options. He was patient with our questions and gave us all the answers we needed plus more. He even sat in with my daughters and set up the DVD system with them. I will be back to buy another car from Denis in the future. Great job, and thanks for the experience.
