I just got a new (to me) Durango from them and it was a great experience!

I went in having done my research and they recognized that and made the conversation way easier without all the 'selling'.

Negotiating was fair - I got good value for my trade and got the price I wanted on the purchase.

They did their due diligence offering warranty, but never made it a hard sell or difficult conversation.

My favorite part is that you can tell they are 'car people'. We spent half the time talking about cars in general and it was a nice change of pace from typical dealerships that are always just 'selling'.

Overall, highly recommended from sales, financing and service. Everyone came away happy.

Do NOT trust this dealership. Biggest scam and waste of time. They lure prospective customers in by claiming to have the best offers but do not deliver on anything. They take your $1000 deposit and make it an absolute nightmare for you to get it back. They do not care for customers and only look out for their own interests.

We reached out to this Richmond Hill dealership to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler and were put in touch with one of their sales reps, Chris Ferraro. At first we were impressed by his prompt replies and claims to have found a Jeep that matched our asks and fit within our price range. There was one initial red flag when he sent us screenshots of the Jeep’s window sticker with the VIN number cropped but we chose to look past it since we were driving to the dealership that afternoon and expected to get more information in person. However, when we arrived and asked about the VIN number he swiftly avoided the question and said that his finance guy would give us the full package of paperwork with all details. He did tell us that the Jeep was at another dealership but confirmed multiple times that there would be no issues with getting it. He then asked us to sign the leasing contract and give a $1,000 deposit to secure the deal. We also submitted all of our financial information for the lease since multiple employees reassured us that there would be no issues and that this would speed things up. This was after having to wait for an hour to speak to the most shifty finance manager that we’ve ever encountered. Before we left we confirmed again with Chris that he would call us the next morning to confirm the status on the car and the lease approval. The next day we did not hear from Chris all morning. We called him multiple times and were ignored. He then very casually emailed us well into the afternoon letting us know that the Jeep he promised was actually sold but that he had another Jeep as a substitute. No surprise at that point that the other Jeep had less features and was considerably more expensive. We requested to get refunded for the $1,000 deposit and Chris refused to process a refund unless we send our credit card information to him or waste more of our time visiting the dealership again. Despite him having the copy of the receipt which details the visa transaction details he claims to need our credit card number, expiration date AND security code. We tried reaching out to the manager and our calls were never returned. We still do not have our money back and can’t get anyone on the phone. Honestly this dealership is an absolute fraud. If you value your time and money do not trust them.

I purchased a Wrangler JL and picked it up February 2018. Had my 2 month old newborn with me at the time and when we got home we noticed there was a small cover missing in the back area, centre console in the back was covered in dirt but folded up so couldn't see it at the time, we paid for a mats upgrade and a cargo mat kit but some of the mats didn't match the rest and weren't fastened properly to the floor. To think that a service technician installed the kit and didn't question why they are installing mats that aren't from the same box/kit, shows you the service department simply doesn't care about their work or integrity.
Julian the manager said to bring it right back and stated they will get it all corrected.
I showed up to 2 appointments - each time they did not have me on the schedule although they confirmed the appointment so when I showed up with my newborn and recovering from surgery, they didn't have the correct replacement mats (what a waste of time!).
On the third visit - I waited 4 hours with my newborn - when they gave me the car back, all they did was change the front mats that were wrong and fasten them in. It literally took them 4 hours to change the front mats, fasten them and give my car a wash. They left the wrong cargo kit still in. Changing the mats and fastening them takes about 5 minutes, yet I waited 4 hours - I could have done it faster myself if they had just given me the mats. I pointed out to Paul, the service manager, that the cargo mat kit still hasn't been changed to the correct one - he insisted the upgraded cargo kit is not available for the Wrangler JL - I showed him specs from a website with a simple google search showing it's clearly available and their parts manager was able to show the upgraded kit is available as well.
On the 4th visit, they put in the small cover that was missing in the back. On the 5th visit I showed up and they didn't order the correct cargo kit so I left with nothing done.
After 11 months and a total of 5 visits I have yet to receive a call back from Paul and not once in this entire time has he called me unless I called him and when each time I called, all he could say was 'I'm trying to get the kit in for you but I keep getting the wrong one in''.
As a service manager, Paul is absolutely useless. If he can't address such a simple service issue, I would never trust him to handle anything else on my car.
I then informed Edison of Paul's repeated lies, lack of knowledge on parts they sell as well as lack of response and inability to fix this issue. Edison tried to tell me they miraculously have a kit there for me after 10 months of me chasing them around. The picture of the kit he sent me is nothing like the kit I paid for which Edison knew well since he is the one that sold it to me. When I asked Edison why would he send me a picture of a kit he knows is not the kit I paid for and gave him the option to refund me the cost of the cargo kit since they're clearly not able to deliver what I paid for, he stopped responding to my messages.
If Julian or the owner of the dealership wonders why their customers don't come back and don't use them for servicing their cars - now they know why. Word of mouth is powerful and the loss of potential income from service repairs should be concerning to them.
I invite Julian or whoever can actually resolve this to call me and if it's ever resolved I'll update my review accordingly. In the meantime, stay away from this dealership!

Spoke with a salesperson over the phone about a vehicle. He spoke with the manager and told us a price including trade in quote. We made an appointment and drove down to see the vehicle. When we got there, they changed the value of the trade in even though they had all the facts on our vehicle and made it sound like the trade in value may go up once they see our vehicle. When we questioned the price change, we were told it was a different manager working today. They would not agree to the price previously quoted. We left and bought from a more reputable dealer.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!! I brought my Ram in for some warranty work. I paid $49 for a brake inspection. I was told I desperately needed a brake job, back pads had 5% left and the front 20%. Little did they know I usually do my own brakes. After I ordered a full set of pads and rotors, I opened up the calipers to find my brakes in amazing shape. Attach is a pick of the front pads with only 20% left. They were hoping on hosing me for a $1400 brake job I didn't need.

I was looking to get my lease transferred and went to original dealership from where I leased my Jeep (Team Chrysler) and were not pleasant to work with which was a surprise because when I was leasing the Jeep they were pleasant and friendly. The lease manager is to blame. I then called Richmond hill Chrysler and surprisingly were very accommodating and friendly. I say surprisingly because I also called others like Vaughan Chrysler and they would not entertain it. The finance manager at Richmond hill Chrysler Edison made it so easy and whom might I add was also a pleasure to work with on the lease transfer. Too horrible to describe I simply got out of there as quick as I can, criminals. Do not bring your vehicle here for anything, they do not know what they're doing. A simple recall, could of cost me 3500. They said they installed parts, but nothing was installed, had to find out from my mechanic that nothing was done. And when I went to go pick up the parts I payed for, it was a argument for trying to get my parts back. Horribly service, didn't take blame for what they did to my truck, they wrote it of to a coincidence, right.......a truck that was running perfectly fine before I got there. Was simply doing a emissions recall, that was it, next thing I knew they where trying to make me pay for something they screwed up on. I'm a very fair person that trusts in all that I deal with, never again..... Folks trust me on this one DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

I went to this dealership about a week ago to complete a recall service on my Jeep. At first I was happy with the service they took my car in quickly and started on it right away. While I was waiting I asked the gentleman working at service about some other problems I was experiencing with my car specifically with the screen. The gentleman told me that the issues were not normal and had to be fixed and when I asked him to take a look and fix it they told me I should go back to the dealership I purchased the car from. At first I thought that was strange since from my previous experiences manufacturing defects can be fixed at any dealership and not the one it was purchased from and in my case that dealership is very far from where I live. I consulted with a service specialist at my own dealership and they confirmed the same thing for me that such issues can be fixed anywhere which brings me to my point that this dealership sends you away if the work is too much for them. In addition while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I decided to look at some reviews from this dealership and I was extremely shocked at how the owner responds to some of the complaints and customer issues. As the owner no matter how wrong the customer is, they are still your customer and should be responded to and treated professionally and telling some clients to not come back to the dealership anymore is not professional at all. It almost comes out as if the owner is attacking the clients and I find it very childish and unprofessional for such environment and it leaves a very bad image on customers planning to visit this dealership for any potential business.

I Had a terrible experience with the service department this morning, i called in and spoke to the service department manger; Paul I explained to him that my Jeep SRT is leaking oil and that it is no where near needed an oil change and how there was barley any oil left in the truck, he told me he was not taking my jeep in and even laughed at me while he said it. I asked him to provide me with the owners name and his response was he didn't know who that was (pretty funny you work for the company you should know who owns it) after that he hung up the phone. The service department there has 0 Customer service if i could give 0 stars i would.
