I went to the dealership to have my summer tires installed. The mechanic discovered that the bolts needed to be replaced as a safety measure. Thanks to Kristine and Chris I was given a rebate on parts. That was much appreciated. I'm glad he noticed it. I will be back next week for retorquing.

I really appreciate the service I get here. This time just for a tire change but they went above and beyond to satisfy me. We were unable to make our appointment on time due to an issue at home and when we checked they said dont worry bring it in we will fit you in and were happy to do it. After the tire change we went to pick up the car and I was putting my wife's car tires in my truck instead of the car for more space and the young service guy came out and said here let me do that for you.!!!! Always friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in the customer leaving happy.

My experience with Robert and Hammad was absolutely terrible from start to finish. They put the cost of a new set of tires that was part of the deal on my bill under accessories so I would not notice. Then I noticed when I got home there is a light on my dash, and for me to fix it was $ 350. And now they both didn’t get back to me, so I’m now stuck with this bill, which is not fair , as I just bought the vehicle. Please stay far away from this Dealership.

If i might backtrack i have had 5 cars in 11 years, most beaters. my last car (from westend auto) when i picked it up no gas, no floor mats and had engine issues in 2 weeks. upon shopping i tried Car Canada they ran up my credit score by sending at least 6 requests for loans and lied to me about final numbers, i ran. So looked here.The team was amazing, meeted my needs and some. i have two referrals for them one is my mother. Probably the best dealership I’ve been to in Ontario! I was looking for a very specific car with my friend who lives there (I’m from Calgary) to see if they had better selection than here! I hadn’t quite made up my mind so I didn’t go through with a deal, but I have never felt more welcome in a dealership before. I wish I would remember the name of the front desk and salesmen who I spoke to that day. Wonderful environment and beautiful cars!

I called the service dept at around 3pm and told them l was visiting from Sarnia and my engine light was on. The lady said bring it in and we'll have a look. Turns out I needed a part replaced.
