Sales guy I dealt with was good and he isnt the reason I didn’t buy a truck there, in fact I felt bad he lost out on the sale. But it was above his head as to the reason I didn’t buy from here. I went in when i seen a flyer that they had a Fiat Chrysler rep in giving out amazing deals and being in the market for a new truck I thought I would check it out. I had told them what my budget was and that I had a little wiggle room for the right truck, I told them what I wanted and they put me in basically as close as they had to on the lot to what I wanted and I was seriously considering buying it until it was time to talk numbers and it was almost $150/biweekly more then the budget I gave them. But they assured me this was a steel of a deal for this truck thousands below MSRP and the absolute lowest they could go. So I went shopping around and found a much better deal at Mac Lang (see Mac Lang reviews for story) when I went back to Highway 11 and told them I was no longer interested in the vehicle they magically dropped the price by almost $50/biweekly which might now sound like much per month but over 8 years it’s over $10,000! So how was the original price I was given the absolute lowest they can go when when I go to back out of the deal all of a sudden it’s over $10,000 cheaper? Even with the new price the deal I got at Mac Lang was substantially better and I would highly recommend them over Highway 11 and they shady business tactics.
I called here after talking to Mac Lang...i should have known better...nothing good at that dealership..they are a joke..arrogant service advisor tells me my battery..which is less than 3 years old isnt a warranty covered item..funny i had called 2 months previous after having my truck boosted 3 times..he insisted it isnt covered and then wanted 55.00 to test it..I called Hwy 11 and what a suprise..more than helpful and pleasent to talk to..Go figure the battery is covered 3 years or 60,000kms..they were able to get me in 4 hours after i called and did my recall and tested the battery..i should have been charged the test fee..yet they waived it..thats called customer service..clean,courteous ,friendly staff..and looking out for the customer..i will be bringing my truck back here for any future business..Thanx for the 1st good exp at a dealer!
If you own a Chrysler product you will be glad to know about the service these guys are giving. Honest and very reliable. I'm a GM guy, but bought a Dodge Ram 2500. Looked at reviews to have some service work done and found these guys to have the best rating. Now I know why. They really care. My next vehicle purchase will be from Hwy 11 Chrysler. Best experience ever.
Outstanding! I can not explain how grateful my spouse and I were to have dealt with Highway 11 Chrysler. From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. Friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff all did their part to get us into our new truck.
Sandro was our salesman and we would recommend him to anybody! Myself being a super picky customer (and completely hard to deal with) Sandro had great patience, knowledge, and suggestions which helped us walk away with our new Ram! I am very appreciative to have such an exceptional sales person to help me out. Sandro had set the bar extremely high; and had set a great example for other salesman to follow!
Josh in the management team was super helpful also! Walked us through many ideas and suggestions to help to get us to our desired budget. He went above and beyond helping us get all our extra accessories to make the truck our own upon pick up! Josh carries himself as every manager should!
Trista in the finance department was also excellent! Very helpful, knowledgeable and comical she was a great ending to our experience. We were glad to have deal with such a nice person at the end of our long day.

Everyone told me to take my vehicle to the dealer they would be able to fix the problem. Well that is so far from the truth they had my vehicle for 2 DAYS AND could not give me any answers or fix the problem.

I have bought 2 cars here now and both experiences I had have been great ones!
I bought a pontiac off them and a couple days later the battery went, I called them and told them the situation and they sent a guy out to pick up my car, replace it and return it to me within an hour!
My muffler started to get louder on my car and the same thing, I called them up and they got my car in as soon as possible to be looked at and fixed free of cost because I had only had it for a month.
The service I got both times was very friendly and above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend anyone to get a car from here, the service is amazing, very happy!
