They did not pressure us and followed through with their offer. If only I had known how easy and stress free buying a new car could have been, I wouldn't have waited so long! This purchase was a very long time in the making and although we came in with hesitation, Katie was able to instantly set us at ease. She had the perfect option for a vehicle to match our lifestyle and made trading in our older 2005 SUV a breeze.

We had contacted other places, but due to Covid it was difficult to arrange out of town test drives and other local dealerships didn't return our messages. Our new car had a few more bells and whistles than our old school SUV so Katie was kind enough to help us pair our phones to the blue tooth and showed us how everything worked.

The fact that we were able to receive such amazing customer service from both Katie and Shannon, a vehicle that we love, and also support a local business just minutes from our home is just awesome. I drove 250 km to finalize the deal on my wife's new vehicle from Niagara. It was more than worth the 3 hours each way. We did most of the contract by email in one short Saturday afternoon, they appraised my vehicle with photos (higher appraisal than 2 other dealers), and all of their pricing was up front, transparent, and honest. The General Manager Andrew, Business Manager Shannon, and my sales representative Roland Stiller were all star examples of professionalism, and really nice people to chat with and do business with. I will drive the 3 hours again for our next vehicle. Everything was ready and I was in and out within one hour. Time is valuable!

Andrew the Dealer Principal interacts with all his customers and it's not often you get that kind of treatment in the car business these days. Also had some tire work done by their shop, and the service department was also first class. Don't trust just anyone to work on your car. These guys are honest, reasonable and really take pride in their work.

Well everything started off extremely rough when trying to get my car fixed at the shop here on Drummond rd in Niagara Falls. Things were finally well taken care of by josh and the mechanics. . He finally took things serious and had gone to the moon and back and made sure my car was properly fixed and everything was running good on it. Josh went a number of rides in the car with myself and the mechanics to try and figure out the loud noise coming from my front right tire.
The only downfall was while the were taking off my tires they snapped my lock nuts but no biggie as I’m sure josh will find me a new set of lock nuts for my tires, and I know he will complete this task well. So I wanted to say thank you Josh for all your work and caring so much for getting my car fixed. You have always been very professional with us and for that I want to say Chrysler is lucky to have you working for them as your a great people person and your very sweet and honest.

Wonderful buying experience from this dealership, I usually dread the whole car buying experience but everything went very smoothly. We had researched the truck we wanted to buy and knew what we wanted to spend and both Andrew and Jason were able to make the sale happen, everything was said and done within 1/2 hour which was a welcome change to the previous weekend spent at a different dealership where we spent most of the afternoon with absolutely no room for negotiation and a terrible offer on our trade in. I posted my less than horrible experience with this location and service manager, Shane, a year ago...and still waiting for a reply or call...after being told by Shane, service Manager, to come and push my Journey out of the bay because I refused to buy one of his batteries. I just went through 2 new batteries and wanted them to diagnose why my 4 year old vehicle was draining my batteries. I received a call today.. not an apology. But from sales. I guess I'm on the VIP list. Giggles. I will never go there again. From sales to service they are a joke compared to other dealerships in the area. I go to a different location now. Word of mouth is priceless. I've decided to take this higher. Take me off the list. Don't call again. Unless it's to apologize. And perhaps offer something a little more valuable than your customer service. Imagine being called at work to come and push your car out of the bay. He's an incompetent individual. And a manager?

I bought a 2019 Rubicon. A week later they call and say can't get it. You'll have to buy a 2020. I find one in Burlington and complain to Jeep Canada. Suddenly as I am going to Burlington thay have one. After I called to tell them I found one and was coming for my deposit. Today is pick up day. Running boards are back ordered. Tell them i am not coming in until it is fully ready. They were giving me the running boards as part of the deal. No money coming in until it is done. 10 minutes later the boards are suddenly in and I can pick it. Driving home they call to get me to confirm the VIN number. I think I got a good deal and they were trying to renage. Bought it Aug.9 and just got today.

My experience at Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep was nothing less the spectacular.

I went to the Parts Dept looking for a couple of small pieces for my Jeep soft top but after doing some research they informed the the pieces were not available separately as they were part of the main framework assembly and could only be purchased as a whole. Normally that would be it , but not here , the parts representative then suggested they have some used soft tops in the back and after a short search we were able to find the parts I required. He then approached the principal of the dealership and explained my situation and was happy to sell me the required parts at a reasonable cost .

They say "it's all about the little things" , well I agree and was amazed with the genuine approach and great service I received from the staff , as well the owner of Niagara Chrysler .

Like most places. Talk your ear off, run around questions with distracting sentences. Friendly...but that's sales experts for you. Explain things in a confusing way and when you ask for a simple explanation you get an even more complicated one. Took awhile to get our vehicle when initially it was supposed to be up to 10 days. Couldn't work around our schedule to pick up the vehicle and have it ready... in retrospect, I would have gone somewhere else.

I love our vehicle and definitely recommend the brand and some of the useful warranties offered (not the useless ones)

Some Weeks ago I brought my car in for a diagnostic due to some transmission issues (lost gearing and lockups) a very bad thing for highway use... I had asked them to look into the issue and give me some real info as to what was wrong with my car (2011 Avenger) instead of dropping the pan and doing an inspection they only reflashed my pcm with some updated firmware did a relearn on the transmission along with a very brief road test. they had assured me that this would resolve the problems unfortunately that was not the case actually the issues had worsened. Turns out the transmission ended up being completely blown out twenty mins after i got it back when I called them to let them know what happened I felt I was treated like crap in fact felt bullied to the point where i had demanded my money back due to improper services which i never got back... As far as I'm concerned stay the hell away from this shop....!

I wanted to write a review about the employees I dealt with at Niagara Chrysler. I called in to make an appointment and I spoke with Joe in service. He said come right in for an oil change. When I pulled into their service drive thru I was welcomed by Shane. Shane took the time to walk around my car and noticed my tires needed to be rotated. He showed me proof on his tire tread depth gauge. So he told me that if I went with the Peace of Mind service I would get a FREE pair of wiper blades which he also noticed mine were torn. My first Service experience with Niagara was great. I moved from the GTA and any dealership I went to there was all about themselves. I did not feel this way at Niagara Chrysler. Great job see you next oil change! P.s Joe also gave me a buy 4 get the 5th oil change free card. Not like that in the CITY I tell you!

I have to tell that I had a very good experience with the service department at Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They took good care of me when I had a problem that was hard to identify. They did not take advantage of me. I was willing to put money towards solving that problem, but they did not try to get that money out of me. I came in with my Jeep Patriot they were able to diagnose that there was no issue with the vehicle as well as giving me a software update update for the vehicle computer at no charge. I really need to thank Mike and Ryan of the service department for their and Professional Service. Thank you guys thank you very much.

I updated my review, because the owner/manager of the place was honest with me. However, it was still a little uncomfortable negotiating with these guys. I'm not one to shy away from negotiation, so this is what happened, you be the judge:

Used car listed for about $11,500... spent two hours negotiating down to $9,100. Owner tacked on clause "subject to reasonable safety", meaning that if it would cost him too much to certify vehicle, he could cancel the deal. That's fine, I understand it's a business.

The deal was ultimately cancelled by owner, as he said the car was a "train wreck". To be honest, the brakes did feel really spongy on the test drive. (The update reflects that this is what really happened.)

What left a bad taste in my mouth was the way that car dealerships play the negotiating game. The salesperson is the "good cop" and the manager is the "bad cop". So we're basically wasting our time with the salesperson who is trying to goad us into raising our offer, while the manager incrementally accepts a lower and lower price. Finally, you're supposed to meet in the middle (and you give the salesperson a credit card to "show" the manager that your offer is serious and you're willing to put down a deposit.)

It was less tedious when we negotiated our house!!!
