I don't bring my Jeep in for regular service. Cooksville Dodge is to expensive. Recently I had a recall notice to replace the passenger side air bag so I booked an appointment to have the recall work done. I brought the car in and had the work done. The day after the service was done I noticed a buzzing sound coming from behind the glove compartment when I accelerated.I called Cooksville service to check what it could be. I thought that perhaps it was a loose nut or washer that was making the vibrating sound. I was told that there would be a $70 inspection fee if nothing could be found. I was sure that the new vibrating sound was a result of some error that the mechanic made on replacing the air bag. The mechanic checked the work that had been done previously but could not find anything wrong and the noise continued. I did some research for similar vibration noises and found that the glove compartment was not properly installed after the initial work was done and even after the mechanic had checked again the second time. So I brought it back. Another mechanic by the name of Mike checked it an installed the glove compartment correctly and the buzzing noise was gone. Thank you Mike. So apparently the first mechanic was incompetent and installed the glove compartment incorrectly not just once but twice. Now I paid $70 for this incompetent mechanic to incorrectly replace the glove compartment and felt that the money should be refunded since he incorrectly attached the glove compartment twice. I was promised by the service advisor, Kathy, that if the noise could be attributed to their faulty workmanship that the money would be refunded to me. However when discussing this with the service manager he refused to refund the money claiming that the noise problem had been fixed. I found the service manager unsympathetic to my cause and actually uncaring. This is not the first time that I have had problems with the service department at Cooksville. I have Gold Member Warranty status which I paid extra for when I purchased the car.
Beware! Do not buy any cars from this place unless you want to lose a lot of money!
These crooks added tons of hidden fees and rushed us into signing the contract which ended up around $12000 higher than the agreed price! They have tons of fake reviews and build their fake reputation around it.
We bought a new 2016 Ram Promaster. The whole process was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd previously looked for the same vehicle at another dealership were they were much less helpful.
Taylor is the best!! Most informative, kind and super helpful advisor I’ve ever had. I walk in with a smile and leave with an even bigger one. More people should take pointers and learn how to treat people the way he does. Because of him and his great team of staff I will go to no other dealer with my car. Both my wife and myself feel comfortable coming here which gives us trust and peace of mind with the work being done to our vehicles. We have found this dealership unable to discern and solve the problems with the vehicle they sold us. They have charged us for many hours spent not being able to fix what's wrong with our Chrysler T&C. We went through a period where they would book us for an appointment that we would show up for and then they would tell us they didn't have the parts and rebook us. Then the same thing would happen again. We have never been more discouraged or incurred the expenses we have, with a dealership or a vehicle.
These guys were top shelf. Downsview Dodge judged me by my cover and provided sub par service at best. Cookesville restored my faith in the brand. Shows that not all shops are equal and service and respect counts.
Had nothing but a great experience with these guys. Bought a Cherokee SRT and they provided great sales experience and post sales service. Very knowledgeable staff and give honest advice.

My husband and I purchased a brand new Jeep Rubicon from Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep from abroad in the fall of 2019. We were moving back to Canada after 20+ years of being away and upon our return wanted our vehicle without delay. We were concerned it might be complicated because all correspondence would be through phone or email. We dealt with Cody Dinning and the entire process from beginning to end was done efficiently. Cody got back to us right away, offered a competitive price, and made the entire process easy. When we picked up our vehicle they took time to go over everything and told us to call if we had any further questions or needs. We highly recommend Dodge Chrysler Jeep because they have excellent customer service.
I replaced a battery on my grand caravan in September 2019. I did it as I expected to get "all Canada" Dodge warranty for new battery. The battery broken in 3 month. By that time I was in different city and try to replace it there, but found out that Cooksville Dodge installed non official battery and warranty works only in Cooksville Dodge. Nobody has advised me during the battery replacement that battery is non official and worranty is limited. As I was in 600 kilometers far away of Cooksville, I have to pay myself for battery replacement. Cooksville Dodge decline my request for refund.
I made arrangements to view/test drive a 2017 Grand Cherokee. We agreed that if the jeep were to be sold before I got there I would receive a call to inform me. I went that night driving from Kitchener to view the jeep, only to find out that it was sold shortly after I made the plans to go see it. In the future I would suggest keeping your customers informed. Had I known it was sold prior to driving I would have been willing to look at your other stock. Instead I was left with a sour taste in my mouth and purchased a Grand Cherokee from your competitor
Great customer service. Fast shuttle and efficient repairs. Coffee machine, drinks and snacks are a plus. Complimentary car wash service is now a standard perk at nearly all dealerships, but not here :(
Service was awesome. Work was carried out as promised. Service Tech (Glen Johnson) was helpful and well informed. Shuttle service was a great help in getting me home and back to pick up my car. Would recommend Cooksville Dodge to all. Can be sure I will use cooksville Dodge in the future to service my car.

but a little annoyed, charged me scanning fee to tel me exactly what I told them was wrong when I went in.
The labor fee was higher than normal, they go by the book and not actual time taken to complete.
But they are friendly, did the work in a reasonable amount of time and everything is working properly now.

Came in with a Mazda for a walk in winter tire change. I was waiting to head up to Barrie tomorrow to change my tires but a snow storm is on the way today. After trying a couple of places at 7 am with no luck with walk ins, cooksville dodge, took me in saying that can’t leave me drive away with this incoming weather. Great staff and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!!

Went in for a recall. Was taken care of promptly and courteously. In and out in less than an hour. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, provided coffee and the television informed me of the progress on my vehicle.
Went in for a recall,l service, the service desk was awful. I asked, "how long it would be? " and she just said to her co-worker rather than me, "why do these customers not know how long their service is scheduled for?" how am I supposed to know??
She just left it at that and I had to ask again, "an hour? 45min?" And she said an hour. Overall very unprofessional, also my car started rattling after the service. Go to another dealership.

I got my truck serviced before the May 24 long weekend. Dropped off the truck at 11 am. Did oil change and tire rotation. On top of that there was 2 recalls done as well. I was told that it would take several hours since the recalls take time. Received a call at 4:45 that it was finished. Arrived at 5 to find my truck wheel cap was missing from my aftermarket rims. The bolts were still there but cap missing. Nobody seemed to check or know anything about it. The oil change light was still on. Not reset. The sticker on windshield from last oil change was not replaced with a new one either. Nobody could find my cap or even know what happened to it. I took pictures before bringing my keys inside at 11 am to prove it was there before service. Multiple excuses were given to me including that there must of been something wrong with the cap itself. I have a 3 year old vehicle that had been to multiple service visits and never we had issues with the caps. I was told someone would call me on Tuesday but nobody did. I went personally to see if they found it but all I got was the service manager telling me they will replace the cap. I lost 2 hours of my personal time seeking to find out what happened and I'm very disappointed in the professional conduct of this dealership. I will not be coming back if they dont make things right. The service manage offered me a I owe u in future instead of giving me some kind of gift card for the mistake.
Took 3 hours to plug a tire. Then I had to miss a day of work because of how long it took to do this simple fix. No consideration for my time. Didn't even fill the tire after plugging it.

I strongly recommend avoiding Cooksville Dodge altogether. They could care less about you and your vehicle once they already have your money. I’ve been waiting a week for their finance department to return my calls. I’ve left messages with two different people, explaining my current situation and how important it is that I speak to someone. Still no return calls.

We were looking for a Grand Caravan for our family and had visited a couple of other local Dodge dealerships. From our research we knew the specs we were looking for and were motivated to buy.
We contacted Shawn as he had come recommended and within 90 minutes, Shawn had come back to us with the vehicle we were looking for to the exact specs, firmed up the price for our trade in and was ready to get the deal signed. He even suggested other options which could have worked if he couldn't source the exact vehicle, but that wasn't needed because he came through.
Other dealerships took more than 24 hours to even come back to us, so we were very impressed by Shawn's motivation, suggestions and efficiency.
Shawn is friendly, motivated and knowledgeable. He set's out the deal and does exactly what he says he will do which can be rare these days. Shawn is honest and a man of his word and makes the whole car buying experience easy and stress free where you are usually parting with a large sum of money.
Every interaction I had with the staff there was a positive experience, everybody there is friendly and approachable.
I would definitely do business with Cooksville and in particular Shawn Yarrow again in the future, and if you are in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep, you should too because the local competition are no where near as good.
