I didn't actually buy a car from this dealer, and they may be a perfectly decent place to go, but I did use Unhaggle to get a quote, and this dealer called me and refused to discuss a quote on the phone. They would only speak to me if I drove a few hours to their dealership. Um.... not quite the point of Unhaggle! Being surrounded by volume dealers in Southern Ontario - dealers who WILL have a conversation about price over the phone or email - I didn't even bother wasting my time. These guys are not really trying to sell you a vehicle, from what I can tell. Get with this century people.

We had a great experience from our initial contact with Nigel Mosley, our sales representative who patiently answered all our questions and was not pushy and treated us fairly. All the people we met at the dealership were super friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean and well laid out. We bought a 2021 ram classic Warlock which was delivered a few days later during a snowstorm. The delivery driver was friendly and a real professional. A special thank you to Aimee Charron who handled our financial and warranty details professionally and to Natalie Hamilton who kindly forwarded some items and paperwork by courier. I went in to look at buying a newer vehicle, and the salesperson Noah, was greatly helpful and knowledgeable. I went on to pursue a purchase of a slightly used SUV. I was sent in to do the paperwork with Taylor, who took care of everything towards the purchase, financing, and extended warranty of my choice for a newer vehicle. I was asked to come in a few days later, where I was handed my keys, taken to my new purchase by another knowledgeable employee, and asked if I had any questions or if I wanted any technical help (pairing my phone, etc). All was in a timely professional manner. I had none of the hassle normally associated with purchasing a vehicle. Everything was taken care of by them except a couple signatures lol.

Terrible experience on a Saturday. While trying to change my breaks, we came to find that my Jeep (bought from midland Chrysler) did not come with a wheel lock key to take off my tires. When I called, no one is working in parts today and the SERVICE MANAGER “does not have a key to that section of the shop.” He suggested I try calling back on Monday as my one and only solution. He tried to shame me saying that I should have noticed this piece to be missing before I needed it. This team is really great at selling you a car, but unfortunately the follow up service continues to be far from great.

Only leaving 1 star because zero was not an option, cannot express enough how horrible the post sale service is. Ordered a truck 4 years ago, have been having sensor issues with it within the first 6 months till present day and they haven't been able to fix at all. Truck has been in and out of the dealership almost dozen times annually with absolutely no solution. Unwilling to go to bat for you with Dodge canada, they constantly try to pass the blame. Service desk was friendly however but is a front for incompetence in the shop. Buyer beware go somewhere else for a vehicle

I would like to say first that when I was looking at new vehicles at the beginning of fall at other dealerships, I had a hard time with sales people - very pushy, just wanting to sell me whatever highly expensive vehicle they had and not listened to anything I had to say or ask about. My experience at Midland Chrysler was fantastic and I didn’t have the horrible experiences I had in the past at other places. I went in to look at a used truck and Ryan was great to show me what I wanted to see. He also gave me other options in new trucks as well and I was able to test drive the trucks with no added stress. I was able to see the difference in pricing and got to compare the trucks to make a decision. Ultimately I purchased a new truck with no pressure and My husband and I love it! I am not sure how a dealership could have such incompetent staff. I brought my vehicle to them to do a service recall on my cat converter. They left my vehicle outside for me to pick up after hours, and driving home I noticed there was an exhaust leak. I returned my car to have them fix the hole they causes in my exhaust system, only to be told that they didn't cause the leak and it would be $1100 for them to repair it. I had no issues with my vehicle AT ALL until they did work on it, and was even told by Crystal that it is possible they caused the leak because they were handling the exhaust. So. How am I responsible to pay for a repair on my vehicle that I wouldn't otherwise have, if they caused the damage to it?! I am beyond frustrated that a company can handle itself so unprofessionally. Don't take your vehicle there unless you want to pay extra for them to repair damages that they caused to your vehicle while fixing the initial issue you brought it in with!

Went to dodge to get transmission fluid checked - they told us we were short 1.5L - took out the “extra fluid” our Jeep then wluldnt switch gears- was letting off burning smell- went to our local garage and watched then check the fluid... guess what !? The Jeep was short exactly 1.5L!! Dodge almost cost us having to get an entire new transmission (4000$) because they failed to do the transmission check correctly! Because of this we drove all the way to Barrie to buy our new dodge van a they lost on a massive sale and I will make sure to tell everyone of their incompetence ! Unbelievable that the people in the garage at Dodge are either lying to get more money out of you or simply have not a clue what they are doing! They have lost our business along with many other of our family members and friends! Very upset

I have two messages:
1st -to the nice lady on the phone – when a customer tells you that one of the wheel bolts is missing and the rest four are not torqued enough after your service – it’s not because he wants to call back in an hour and talk to your technician (what is really to talk about?).
2nd message to the guy who fixed the tire – thanks for doing a poor patch or plug (didn’t have time to check yet) job – otherwise I wouldn’t find out that I could loose my wheel somewhere on 400 doing the usual 120 km an hour. So next time finish your job properly – not your shift at 5 p.m. as your boss wants you. And it’s actually not funny at all.

I put faith in a huge job on my engine. The Dealer Manager had faith is his mechanics, (Kevin) I trused his word. Couldn't be happier with that work being done.

I then traded in my car, The finance department ( Chris) was amazing in getting me a new car and a better finance rate.

I have delt with Ken and Burno in parts for winter tires for my car but also my sons Ford.
Both of these guys can find an answer to any part questions you may have.

Scott and Justin know customer service, you won't go any where else for a simple oil change till fixing major troubles.

I know this sounds to be good to be true, or I work for them.....trust me when I say... Midland Chrysler will change the way you car shop and get repairs! You become part of their family, I have over the past two years!

I was interested in a used vehicle at Midland Chrysler, so I set up an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:50 a.m. and the salesman had not yet arrived, so I waited till 11:05 and asked if there was someone else who could assist me. I did my homework prior to my visit so I knew the wholesale value of my vehicle.
They offered me $3500. for my 2010 Nissan which is in mint condition and according to my online research it is worth $6950. or more depending on the condition of the vehicle. My Nissan is in mint condition, oiled every year, inside and out is immaculate.
I am a single middle aged female who was about to taken for big $$$$
Please be ware of this dealership.
They insulted my intelligence as a female, I am considering the idea of contacting " Going Public" with this experience.
