I bought my car here a few years ago and was going there for service and maintenance. Not any more! The sales staff are great, but the service department are less than desirable. They told me my car was fine, but when I got a second opinion from Oxford Dodge( highly recommended) they found 32 error codes! They also wanted to replace parts that did not have to be replaced. I do not recommend this place. I feel sick just driving by it. I get my car serviced where there's honesty and integrity.

Loved the initial sales service I received at Finch. Upon picking up my new truck I wasn’t pleased to be told to come back to simply have a burnt out light bulb changed, which is a 5 minute job. I was also not offered the promotional “90 days no payments” that they have been advertising, and when I asked I was told it was too late and the promo was over that day. I also inquired about floor mats and was told I needed to speak to someone else who wasn’t even there.

I purchased my truck here and In the previous times I've been, the staff have been friendly and service oriented. Most recently I brought my truck in for a recall. I took it home (5 minute drive) and when I went to drive it the next day, I noticed the steering wheel controls were not working. I took the vehicle back the following day and although the service rep was nice, the dealership would not accept responsibility, claiming that there is no way their maintenance (recall) could have caused the issue. I know that the controls were working the same day I took it to the dealership because I had to use my horn (which no longer works). Their best offer was to perform a diagnostic for ~$140.

It is extremely coincidental that this failure occurred at the same time it was in for service (or maybe on my 5 minute drive home the next day), but odds are in favour of when the techs were manipulating things. Either way, I have lost my trust in this dealership's service department and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Purchased my vehicle from Finch Chrysler and from day one the service department has been lacking. No visit to finch for a repair is one visit, they have put my vehicle together incorrectly on nearly every attempt to repair it. Every repair at Finch Chrysler is a 2 to 3 visit ordeal. I cannot tell you how many times I have booked an 8am appointment and picked my vehicle up at the end of the day with no work done to it.
Now Finch is refusing to honor warranty on parts of the vehicle that have warranty according to FCA customer service. If you are looking for a reliable, competent service center this is not the one. Constant run around, constant return visits to fix what every they did not fix correctly or did not order parts for. Pick another dealer.

** Addition **
I attempted to book an appointment just 2 - 3 weeks ago. I was informed by the staff in there that the part I wanted looked was not going to be covered by warranty as you have already done it once. Why would I take a vehicle back some where that tells customers they will not honor warranty. And yes the part was covered and has already been replaced again under warranty.
So no requirement to earn my business back Jim as I have found a dealership that does not fight customers on warranty products and puts vehicles together correctly. The review is good information for future customers to shop elsewhere.

I have had multiple horrible experiences with this service department. The first, was when I brought my car in for a humming noise and was charged $125.00 for a diagnostic, only to get into my car right after the inspection to find that the noise had not been eliminated. The technician came out and told me that my license plate was loose....

After that, I vowed not to return. I attempted to get my tires changed for the winter season elsewhere, but I was forced to come back to the dealership to have my wheel locks removed. This was when the second nightmare started. What should have been a simple seasonal tire swap, turned into a series of five trips to rectify issues with my tires. I just called again today to inform the department that the issue is in fact still persisting.

As a young female who has no knowledge of cars or mechanics, I defer to these employees as the expert professionals in this area. I see now that has been a big mistake. The staff in the service department are well aware that I have been upset with this issue and never once did the service manager Jim take the time to reach out to me personally; at this point, it is not necessary to contact me as I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't buy a vehicle here. Service is terrible. They have an inability to diagnose correctly and will give you the run around for your Warranty claims.

Buyer beware this is the worst dealership and service I have ever seen. My salesman was actually great at his job but everything after has been a nightmare paper work financials are sketchy.

Charged me for wheel locks I didn't get, Muffler fell off vehicle first day, console has been replaced and still not working, screen has been replaced and still not functioning correctly , transmission not shifting properly told that's the way it is, service manager actually said 8 speeds are not a good transmissions, vehicle jerks forward when stopping told that's the way it is, noise over bumps on front end swapped out a strut with a different brand than the other side. Noise remains. Told we don't know what it is but it's not a safety issue. How would they even know without being able to identify the problem. Said they would order a control arm bushing on my request and didn't. It's been two weeks of them avoiding me.

Service was just hoping I let it go. In there words. "We don't know what's wrong we would just be throwing parts at it." 4 days later Parts says nothing has even been ordered. I speak to service manager he says he'll take care of it. 2 another week goes by parts says nothing's been ordered. Service manager not returning my calls. Treating me like it's my problem they can't diagnose.

I call in and speak to several others a part magically appears and I come in for service. I ask about a trade. They said I would get preferred pricing because of my issues. They just shaved it off the trade offer dollar for dollar.

It's appalling they can just do this to anyone with impunity. Be smarter with your dollars because they don't seem to respect them at Finch.

I would say See Finch first as you drive by to a different dealer but leave it at that.

Angelo Rossi in used cars is an honest guy! BUT I've an issue just 5 days after getting an Audi A6 there. The check engine light came on, something with the sending unit in the gas tank. Dave, the sales manager won't pay to fix it. A safety should be good for 30 days. Dave says not safety related. But if something else happens I won't know. I'll take it to Autobahn Motors and see what Brian Finch will do for me. And I hope to write a much better rating in the near future!

I purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership Jan 2 2017. One month later I returned for my first visit to service for a leaking sunroof. I have been to this dealership no less then 8 times over the last 2.5 years to rectify the issue. I have been told everything from - you left it open - to its not leaking there is no problem. Each time I have been told it is my responsibility to get to and from the dealership for warranty work. If there is no leak, or your not able to diagnose the problem why is the water pouring out of the overhead lights onto myself and my passenger? I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully. The amount of human error on part of the dealership to fix this problem is ridiculous, missing bolts and improper placement of the sunroof leading to subsequent visits is unacceptable.
This last time finally it was decided to replace the sunroof assembly, all the while the sales manager suggest that I trade it in to purchase something new. BEWARE buying a used vehicle as I am sure they pass off problem vehicles to unsuspecting victims.
This time when I got my Jeep back I was given the paper work and the keys with out explanation of what was all done, and told to go find my vehicle around the side someplace. Thanks a lot. My Jeep was returned with no gas when it had at least a 1/4 tank, the sunroof is covered in white lines and dirty fingerprints, the sun blocker is dirty with black marks, and the water that was flowing all over the radio and console area was left to leave water marks. I asked for a call back from the service manger today, and have yet to receive a call.
To make a long story short, do yourself a favor and purchase and service your vehicle elsewhere. Maybe rethink Jeep while your at it.

I was very happy when I initially purchased my vehicle from Finch. I wasn't able to get the type of vehicle I wanted because of credit issues, but the salesman helped me find a vehicle better suited to my needs that I could afford. We even ended up getting my husband a new car from Finch shortly after I bought my Jeep.
It's been about a year now and with my credit on the rise I started looking again for a truck. I emailed Finch's credit manager to ask about a loan payout document for my Jeep. He forwarded my email to a salesperson. I explained to the salesperson that I just needed the loan pay out info as I wasn't interested in any vehicles on their lot. He then proceeded to try to sell me a truck way out of my price range. The next morning I received a credit alert because he ran my credit without my permission. I emailed both the credit manager and the sales manager to inform them of what happened and have never heard back. This experience has completely changed my view of the dealership, I will never recommend them again, nor will I ever buy here again. It's been over a month and I still can't believe they would run my credit without my permission. And I never did receive a loan payout statement from them either, or even instructions on how to get it myself.

03/15/19: 3rd email sent to Mike Beernink to try to resolve issue. No response received as of yet.

My vehicle (2013 Ford Fusion) was brought to finch collision from courtesy ford due to a careless tech running into my RF fender when it was getting a recall preformed. Anyways I was told my vehicle would be repaired to the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off. Well that’s not the case.

First phone call I got from the dealer was my car was completed and ready to be picked up. So I drove down and look at my vehicle to find my right front fender body filled with body lines smoothed out and unpreped body filler on the inside of the fender lip. After I seen the work preformed I refused to take the vehicle in that condition. The vehicle was then returned from ford back to the body shop to have the fender replaced with a brand new one and that’s where the problems started.

Second phone call from Ford dealer..... was told the car looks great And was in perfect condition. It was at night when I picked the vehicle up and did not notice the color difference between the fender and door etc until it was light out the next day. So I phoned the body shop myself and told them the issue and they attempted to repair it but then only made it worse.

After the first attempt of paint match I noticed right on the dealer lot before taking the vehicle the paint didn’t match again towards the bottom of the fender, there was a very noticeable tape line and paint/clear coat runs.

Now that it’s been about a month or two I’ve noticed on my clear coat on the front section of my bumper pealing where the paint match was attempted. Paint doesn’t match on the bottom section. Etc I’ve also tried reaching out to the body shop to have them fix or pay someone else to do the job right so my vehicle is brought back to the same condition it was but they are ignoring my phone calls. I’ll give an update once my lawyer reaches out to them.

I Purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I found my salesperson Fred Mago to be an excellent listener and very attentive to my requests. I discussed with him the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific about my wants, and Fred worked extremely hard to assist me, and accommodate me which I thought went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for.

I had done a lot of Internet research; however, Fred added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle, and how things worked. Fred was extremely patient with me and I never once felt pressured. I would have to say this was my best car purchasing experience, (which I have purchased new BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac, Dodge), and for the first time I actually felt that I walked away with a great amount of knowledge and a super deal, with the exact Jeep I was looking for.

By the end of our dealings, Fred feels more like a trusted brother than someone only wanting to sell me a vehicle.
