Extremely poor customer service. General Manager gives little priority to service customers. He will defer any mistakes back to you and anyone else he can point a finger at. When McDonalds makes a mistake on a drive through order, "Sorry" is adequate; I think something more than an insincere and cowardly apology is required when an automobile dealership/service centre turns a quick recall/oil change into a broken truck and lost work time on Monday (and beyond?), leaves your work truck unlocked in an ungated yard with valuable tools inside ("That's what insurance is for" they will tell you) ("We do lock checks every night!" Well i guess not when the service guys are taking off Friday evening), and makes insufficient attempts to contract the vehicle's driver when a fleet service (providing reduced profit margains) is involved.
Oh and when they ask you if you will need a shuttle when you book an appointment, they will not have a shuttle there for you at that appointment time. When you tell them you are calling a cab, they won't give you a cab voucher. I guess that small luxury is a thing of the past.
The General Manager actually threatened to call the Police when I said I would leave this 1 star review.
Just stay clear folks.
Went to this dealership looking for a new truck, they lowball the price of the car I had for exchange et they tried to upsell me a truck I didn't want and didn't ask for that was way out of my budget for no reason. Went to Jim Thompson Chrysler, also in Kingston, the next day, amazing service, would recommend 10/10.
Bought used car from kingston dodge, they did the safety on it and decided a heavily scratched front window was safe, when I complained about it the staff were rude and demeaning and didn't want to help I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone

Do not get service here questionable tactics at play. Had my vehicle brought in for a safety they wanted 4k to safety it. Paperwork was incomplete and didn't state what repairs were needed. Got a second opinion at Herman's (highly recommended) and they safetied my vehicle with only minor repairs (200$).
I will no longer support this business as their service manager Thomas is also extremely rude. Shop elsewhere, repair elsewhere.

Went in for oil change and 2 recalls that take 5 min. Dropped truck off for 8 am appointment called at 1pm cause no one had contacted me. They didn't have my truck in yet said it was getting started now. Didn't get my truck back till 5pm that day. In again for exhaust leak, on my 2018 ecodiesel, see what time I end up getting out of here today.

I have been using Kingston Dodge services for many years now. I really love the drive up oil change service which is actually Faster and cheaper then oil changers. I purchased my most recent vehicle at Kingston Dodge in August 2020 and had a great experience. Staff are not pushy, they are friendly and very personable. I would recommend them for sure!
Called dealership to book appt to see CPO vehicle. Called salesman at 10:30 before leaving to advise arrival time. Pulled into lot at 11am and had message from salesman that we could not test drive the car as the brakes needed to be fixed.

I had visited the service department a few years ago and loved my experience. When I was looking for a truck I kept an eye out on their website. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When my husband picked up my truck the dealership noticed some paint was chipped and arranged to have it fixed for me. They even gave me a a Jeep to drive while it was getting done. They definitely went above and beyond.

Bought a dodge challenger from the showroom, Eric the salesman went above and beyond from the starting from replying my message from kijiji autos,explaining everything about the car,test drive and everything else. Would highly recommend to get your car through him . The trade-in value was not too great nor bad. 4 stars as i haven't picked up the car yet. Will update about the delivery and financing after that.

Very positive buying experience. Bought a truck and everything was handled professionally. Travelled 3 hours to pick my truck up. My wife and i had planned to stay overnight abd use the new truck.

Chuck and Kyle were awesome! They were flexible and met with us around our schedule and they made sure we understood everything before buying. Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. This was our first time buying a vehicle from Kingston Dodge and it was incredible. Sierra in sales and Chuck in financing were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I loved that there were no high-pressure sales tactics used (which is common at other Kingston dealerships) and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were also extremely happy (and shocked to be honest) that the prices at Kingston Dodge were better than every other dealership we looked at for our vehicle. Service and parts department seems very nice. They fixed a warranty issue in a neat and timely fashion.
Update : Paid $300 for a new key fob. They tried to give me one that you had to push down with all your strength on the buttons. Barely worked. They knew it but still tried I suspect because they didn't have anymore. I didn't except it. New one came with in an hour. Because of this they are dropping from 4 to 3 stars.
My wife and I have purchased 2 Jeep Patriots (2008 and 2011) from Kingston Dodge both times the sales staff was very helpful and friendly (Doug Stevenson). The Dealership was very clean and accommodating towards us with our daughter running about. After purchasing our new Jeep we joked about wanting to drive the Jeep off of the sales floor. Sure enough on deliver it was parked waiting for us with Balloons no less. This little added bonus really made getting our new Jeep that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Kingston Dodge, it was a pleasure.
Recently, I’ve was shopping for a minivan for my family of six. I had been in to see several dealerships and felt that I was not being listened to when I explained the features that I required. In fact, I was being pressured to take a deal that would only last 5 minutes at one dealership, at which point I walked out.
