I was pleased with the way my Jeep performed after the alignment. I had 2 concerns though when I got it back:
the door, steering wheel etc had grease from the mechanics hands
for some reason my power adjustable steering wheel is stuck in the up position.

Blue Mountain Chrysler went above any beyond when we arrived at their location with car troubles on the way to our son's hockey tournament in Port Elgin.
They assessed our vehicle right away and when the repair was going to be a few days they provided us with a loaner to get us on our way.
I cannot say enough good things about the service we received.
We were not customers of Blue Mountain, but we definitely will be back for any service needs and when we purchase our next vehicle.

Bought a used Jeep from Jamie at BM Chrysler. Drove it for about 18 months (with my kids). Read about an airbag recall on my make and year. Surprised to learn he had sold the vehicle to me AFTER the recall but hadn’t done the repair. To be clear- a dealership sold a vehicle without doing the recall work.

Negotiated a “towing package”. Jamie had only installed a hitch. He argued that this was a towing package and I had misunderstood. Refused to honour our agreement. Since I couldn’t pull anything without the electrical had to pay for this at a local shop.

Came with only 1 key as the previous owner hadn’t brought in the spare. Months later and numerous phone calls and trips to the dealership - still no key. Great to know that a local guy was walking around with my spare set. Jamie finally agreed to get a replacement. Unfortunately, it wasn’t programmed. Lost main key over the weekend. Jamie wouldn’t give the needed information to our Alarm company. Number of excuses given- but finally had to pay to tow the Jeep to the dealership to get the programming done. Supposed to take 10 minutes but are into the second hour with no timeframe given. No communication between Jamie and the shop, as the shop says I’m responsible for the cost of programming.

I have been passed from department, to department. Better communication skills are needed, finding it hard to want to buy another vehicle at this point. Went there for a recalled cat converter. Was told that my tie rod was so loose that my tire was going to fall off and that I has a really bad leaking axle seal that needed to be replaced right away. Of course they gave me a quote that was ridiculous and tried to scar me into getting the work done right away. So I didn't trust what they were telling me and took it to my mechanic when I was done. Turns out the tie rod was a little loose, but no danger of the wheel falling off anytime soon and he also showed me that the axle seals were not leaking and in no need for repair. Good job Blue Mountain Chrysler. Way to try to rip off customer's to try and make a quick buck. And this is why I would never take my vehicle to a dealer to get it fixed. This is why I will never trust dealerships to do any work on my vehicle. A bunch of lying crooks. Will never go there again!!!!!

We have just purchased our second vehicle from Shari McKilligan. We were impressed with Shari when we purchased our Van for work, a year or so ago. She was warm, friendly and professional. We felt like she truly cared about us a customer and focused on what our needs were. We were not as thrilled with the service department at that point in time. We recently went back to Shari to purchase a personal vehicle and were treated with the same courtesies as before. Love Her. Andrew Morrison helped us out with financing and insurance and was a pleasure to deal with as well. Upon receiving the vehicle we noticed a couple of small problems that required dealing with the service department. Tanya Snell looked after us ensuring that of our service needs were being met. She expressed empathy for our concerns , gave me guidance as to what to do and took charge to make sure our needs were being met. She has brought a whole new light into the service department. What a wonderful addition she is to the team.

Have nothing but good things to say about the purchase of my new RAM 1500 from here. It took me a while to pull the trigger but there was none of the ‘high pressure’ tactics you hear so much about at other places. I didn't have the best experience with service at this dealership in the past. However, I must say, service has improved a lot since then. They had fixed my van under warranty without making excuses or giving me the run-around. I was also given another vehicle as a loaner which was very nice. I just wish that someone would have called and updated me on the status of the repairs. They had the van for 2 weeks and no one called to let me know what's going on. I had to call the service desk to find out... but other than that, all good 👍

I took my Dodge Journey in to be serviced to have an oil pressure sensor replaced last week. Despite my hesitation on taking my car to a dealership for service due to past problems and reputations of dealerships for up selling, my experience was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous. I was not advised to make any repairs that weren't agreed to. The waiting room was lovely with coffee and snacks. Despite my willingness to wait in their spacious waiting room, after 15 minutes a staff member approached me to offer a fleet vehicle to run errands while I waited . Their customer service far exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them for service. I will be using them again .

Worst service department i had an on going issue from last summer to the fall still not fixed I was told to stop bringing it in. Issue still not repaired now I have to pay a repair shop, warranty ended in March I wonder if that was the plan all along. Extremely disappointed with the service here. My partner has been bringing her vehicle here for service and is consistently screwed around with and receiving poor service. They tried to strong-arm her into paying for new winter tires twice, and "couldn't find a receipt" for it until my partner showed them hers. Multiple times she has been told the wait for service would be an hour only to be waiting upwards of 4 with no explanation. We understand that things happen but with no explanation it's tough to find sympathy or understanding. They have done a poor job of changing her tires over and maintaining the lug-bolts so that they accrue enough corrosion and dirt to actually snap, presumably so that we will pay more money to fix them when that happens. I rarely hear of this being an issue for people but their service manager, Adrian, told me they have "3 trucks in there right now" with that exact problem. What a coincidence?! He then told us he would call back immediately with a quote, which he did, about 3 hours later. By this time we had found a better price and friendlier service at every other mechanic shop in town. After all of these issues, my partner has still gone to them for service. You really could not have a more loyal customer - yet they refuse to even talk to us with respect when explaining how they have nothing to do with the issue we have brought forth to them. Absolutely shameful. I would not recommend this dealership - at least for service - to anyone.

Edit - NEVER store tires with these guys. We were straight up told by them not to do it, as they "would probably lose them." Real professionals.
