Terrible service,

Needed antifreeze and was charged for 4 L even though the jug was for 3.7L. Was scoffed at when I brought their attention to that fact. Got home after and the jug they sold me was already opened and missing about a liter already. Was charged for 4 got 2.7. At 54$ a jug, I was infuriated. Stay away from this place. Seems like a culture of disregard for the customer.

Called about my truck today, for some warranty questions, horrible service, right from the woman that answered the phone to the last guy I spoke to from the service department. Very unprofessional staff. Sad to say I live right here in Capreol and will not be dealing with them nor recommending anyone to them.

Took my jeep here because I had a clunking noise coming from the front end and have my passenger window motor replaced. I dropped it off the night prior and heard nothing by 2pm the next day. I called and was advised they couldn't replicate the noise I was hearing. I advised them to take it for a test drive as I could only hear the noise over rough uneven roads. At 4pm they called me back to notify me they didn't have a window motor in stock and it would take a week to order in and the noise I was hearing was my trailer hitch bouncing even though I mentioned I hear the noise without the hitch inserted. While I was on the phone talking with the service department explaining the noise I was hearing and asking questions It seemed as if I was interrupting him and being rushed! At the end of the phone call I said bye (like a normal person would) and he just hung up! When I went to pick it up the service guy was extremely rude and acted as if I was an idiot for wasting their time. I was told they would call me when the part came in for the window... It's been 2 months and they never called me back about the window motor. I had to pay a diagnostic fee of over $100 for nothing. I took my jeep to another shop and immediately they notified me the passenger side Stabilizer link was bad. Horrible experience. Wasted my time and money for horrible service. I highly recommend you go somewhere else

Terrible experience all around for 2nd time. Went in about 5 years ago and should have never gone back again. Called for quote on brakes for truck, told about 500 an axle. Rear brakes only costed us 1000 plus. Husband sat around to wait for truck as they didn't have shuttle and they were annoyed that he was even there. The service manager is rude. After job finished, have huge gouge out of one rim and large scratches on the other. No one even had courtesy to tell us this even happened had to find it on our own. Was told rim got scratched. Husband got upset and confronted them and no solution, no sorry, nothing. Stay clear of this place if you want the job done right, your truck to look the same as when you brought it in, good customer service or even a competent friendly face to to deal with. So much for staying local.

The service received from the service department was awful. The counter person "manager" had no ppl skills and didn't know how to speak with a costumer.
Brought in a new truck for an issue, was told it was ready to be picked up. Truck was taken out of the Bay still full of tools and dash was still disabled.
He got upset brought it in to clean up and when brought out was still full of staffs person items.
Manager talked down about his worker.

I have a company vehicle that started acting up yesterday, was told by both dealers in Sudbury it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. One dealer said if i left it with them they would try for this week. I then called Mazzuca never having dealt with them before & the sales guy said can you have it here by 1:30. I was blown away, they took the vehicle in & I got it back the next day. Was very impressed with the service.

I'm very upset with this company. Ive been here a few times and everytime I go, the service guy is rude. I made an appointment 2 days ago to have my car looked at. My appointment was for 9am! The first appt of the day. I dropped my car off and by 1pm I still hadn't heard anything. So I called them thinking they'd be almost done, they hadn't even looked at it! All I needed done was a diagnostic test and an oil change. I will never come back here, I'd rather travel a town over for reliable appointment times and friendly staff.

fantastic service center! most appointments can be booked within the week if not same day. the don't question or quibble over warranty work. It's a small dealership but they remeber their customers and it's makes for a very pleasant experience. 5 star dealership

When i walked in i was politely greeted, everyone was helpful and friendly. Good start. Salesmen were honest and far from pushy. I certainly didn't get the impression i was going to be a number nor did i feel they were going to swindle me.
I went in knowing about certain manufacturer rebates, but apparently not all. They were forthcoming about every penny i could reasonably squeeze out of them and knowledgeable about their products . I felt good about the quick trade in assessment, again not feeling like i was being taken advantage of.
Best of all, they put me in the vehicle closest to what i was looking for, got me driving it off their lot without delays, and for what i feel was a fair deal.
Thanks Trevor, Paul, Richard and Clayton, you made what can be a stressful experience pleasant. Not having repeated phone calls and emails was a nice change from some of the other places trying to sell you their goods and services.
I'll be sure to write a follow up review on their service department, which is a dealer's real test, when it's time to bring in my new Ram.

Paul Soucie sold me my Jeep- he's wonderful and takes care of his customers. I tried to deal with Mike Doyle in town but they would rather push what's in Stock rather than try to get me what I wanted. Paul offered to find/order what I wanted right away and he isn't pushy. The regular service staff are great. Never any issues getting warranty work done or with the quality of work. Worth the drive.
