New Car (Sales)

I bought 2 brand new ram 1500 classics in 1 month. I got rear ended with the first one in the first 3 weeks of ownership and it got wrote off. i got the second one just before christmas.

I got the second truck and asked for an built in navigation system. i was told i would ONLY LOSE MY VOLUME AND CLIMATE (caps just to highlight) controls as it was a large tablet.
When I got it the navigation did not work and the manager gave me his word " come hell or high water I will come to your house if I have to and get your navigation working before the holidays" he never showed or called for 2 weeks.
During that time I found these things did not work/integrate with system.
1) Lost hands free calling
2) Lost my compass
3) Built in mics don't work with it. You hand hanging mics from your window.
4) Navigation and phone wont play sound at the same time. You can use one or the other
5) The screen was so dark you cant see it during the day
6) Not as many climate control options
There are other smaller issues but the above are the main ones.
After Christmas and new years with no contact from them with anything other then "we will look into it" when I emailed them one time, and no navigation I reached out and informed them of the issues again. I had also been in contact with the makers of the aftermarket system and they informed me that not everything integrates properly. i first contacted the dealership Dec 23 and they advised they would look into this. i then reached out again on Dec 30th with an update of the conversation i was having with the maker of the system and to ask for the old system put back in and the charges reversed as they told me false information on how the system integrated, I got no reply to that email. I reached out again on Jan 6th as they had not replied to me since Dec 23rd. By jan 21 with no resolution and a little back and forth of we are looking into it i was at my wits end and just wanted my truck to be fixed.
They finally had the original system put back in.

Horrible experience and none communicative staff

They said they would fuiger this out. After 4 days of me doing research on forums and trouble shooting it I called them. Again they had done nothing to figure this out.
I asked for some money back as I have been doing the leg work trying to fix it and was told I could not get any money back. So I paid 2500$ for a system that did not work properly.
THE KICKER, all they had to do was speak with there tech/mechanic department and they would have told the sales people that aftermarket was crap.

So not only am I out 2500$ after losing almost 10k$ in fees and lost wages getting hit by a drunk driver, these people took me for my money and did not do their due diligence in looking onto it.

The quality and speed of service consistently meet and exceed my expectations. The knowledgeable service staff are always able to diagnosis and rectify any problems with my vehicles. I always find it easy to book appointments with the service department. The ability to communicate with the service department through e-mail is a big bonus. Tim is amazing at returning e-mails right away and working with me to find cost effective solutions when issues arise.

I continue and will continue to get my vehicles exclusively serviced through Galt Chrysler.

Very pleased with Galt Chrysler Collision Centre

Our Chrysler 300 needed repairs due to an accident and I found the service at Galt Collision exceptional. When I called for an update, I was greeted by very friendly staff who answered all my questions. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I arrived just after closing hours on a Friday evening, but Lauren Lacroix welcomed me. I was concerned that the staff would be frustrated that we came so late in the day, but there was no indication of that and I did not feel rushed to complete my transaction. She gave me her assurance that the work done on my car was above expectations as they had to meet her standards, which were extremely high. All in all I left very happy and would definitely recommend this dealership for any work needed in their Collision Centre.

I had been waiting months for the new Jeep Cherokees to arrive to the local dealerships, and finally in December they started showing up locally. I stopped in to the Galt Dealership on a whim to check out what stock they might have and met with Gareth Armour. They had several models in stock and he brought around a Cherokee North (what I was looking for!) to take out for a test run. It had *just* come off the transport truck so hadn't even been cleaned up yet. No matter, I was more concerned about how the vehicle handled and performed. I wasn't too far down the road on that test run when I decided the Cherokee was the vehicle I'd hoped. I didn't make it back to the dealership until several days later, where I again met Gareth and we negotiated the purchase on the spot. I picked up the vehicle the following day (they were very accommodating in getting me into my new purchase, I was impatient to get the new wheels!). Gareth and Trevor both were astutely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked to ensure my expectations were met. I had a very pleasant experience with the Galt Chrysler team and I anticipate a great, ongoing relationship with the dealership for all my service needs going forward. I have now had my Jeep Cherokee a little over a month and I LOVE this vehicle! So glad I waited it out for the Cherokee - it's a fabulous set of wheels! I can happily recommend the Galt team if you're looking for a great customer experience!

My husband and I have been customers of Galt Chrysler Dodge for over 8 years now. We have purchased two vehicles through the dealership and both of them are serviced there exclusively. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle in the future, they will have that sale as well. Gareth and Trevor have always been there for us - their sincerity and dedication to their clients is unmatched and they have earned our trust and our business for years to come.

From a parts/service standpoint the customer service is also fantastic. The team of Tim, Dave, Glenn and Mike take great care of us and our vehicles. I appreciate all that they do for us. I know my cars are safe and I have no worries driving around with my two little ones on board.
