This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever delt with!!!!! I wish there was a negative star rating. I starting dealing with them online to trade in my car, they asked me to bring it in for assessment which I did ( a 1hr and 15min drive) They loved the car and told me a value they agreed too and just had to locate my the new Jeep I wanted and we agreed on everything and were good. A week later I was told they found the Jeep I wanted and to bring the car and let's make the deal but had to be that night. So I dragged my 9yr old son at prime traffic time (took 2.5hrs now) to go get this Jeep. Got there waited over an hr then sat down with the sales manager for him to tell me they decided to give me $10k less for my car and wanted more for the Jeep. I was floored.....unreal. Basically lied too to get me in the door to try to swindle me.
Skip ahead 2 weeks they reach out to me and offer me a decent trade in on my pickup truck. So I go in and after a lot of back and forth we finally make a deal on the Jeep, which really was not the greatest but I was tired of the run around so just wanted it done.
Go pick up the Jeep SRT ( after a few calls to find out when I could cause I had zero follow up) Pick up my brand new 70k+ Jeep and there's only one key.......Ok no problem. Promised to send out the spare key the following day right away.
It's now been over a month and a bit, still no key. Messaged back a forth and the keys being mailed out everyday so I'm told. Still no key up too date....... Save your money and time stay far far away from here worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!!
We had a great experience at Unique Chrysler. We went to see a specific car that we found in their website inventory. As soon as we got to the showroom we were pleasantly greeted by Abir Rachid. She was very attentive, helpful and easy to get along with. We spent 6 hours there while they helped us choose and decide what options suited our needs.

Picked up a vehicle today from Unique and couldn't have had a better experience! The whole staff there are warm, friendly and caring people! Dealt with Mitch who made sure we were well taken care of. After deciding to move forward with a vehicle, we dealt with Nadine in finance who was knowledgeable, easy going and a pleasure to deal with. When I first walked into the showroom I was greeted by the warm personality of Leah. I had already been on the website and had a specific used vehicle I was interested in. Leah was very knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. She answered all of my questions, took me through some important information and before I knew it I was buying the vehicle. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Unique Chrysler. This year I decided to put snow tires on and brought them to unique to install. There was an issue with one of the tires and the service department went above and beyond to fix the problem. I was so impressed that they took the time and effort to ensure the problem was fixed even though the tires were purchased elsewhere. The general manager Mike Carabelli even took the time to personally make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will continue to purchase my family’s vehicles from unique and highly recommend them for sales and service.
We recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes-Benz from Unique Chrysler. Overall, we had a very good experience. Our salesperson, Frank, was professional and polite and had a good knowledge of the car. He accommodated all of our requests regarding test-driving of the vehicle and an overall review of the car. The car was ready when promised and had been detailed so it looked like new. Frank also called to follow-up on how we were enjoying our purchase and to make sure there were no issues with the car. We would definitely recommend Frank when purchasing a vehicle.
Went into Unique Chrysler on Friday to buy the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited because the job requires a truck instead of the SUV that we have. We dealt with Mitch who gave us great service. We were ready to buy the truck that day. We had a 2014 Mercedes GL350 in great shape that we needed to trade in. For some reason, they didn’t want the Mercedes for a trade in. Weird that the dealer didn’t want to get rid of a $70,000 truck near the end of the year...
Call a few other places on Saturday and found the exact truck with all the same options and a better price at Peel Chrysler. Super easy process and firmed up the deal over the phone. We will be picking up our new truck in 3 days.
I feel bad for Mitch who spent so much time showing us the truck and didn’t end up making the commission because the dealer didn’t want to sell their vehicles. If anyone wants a truck, please go see Mitch. He is a very cool dude! He will take good care of you and maybe his boss will sell you a vehicle.

Bought a 2019 Ram from them, upon driving home to Port Dover we realized the balance was off on the tires. Didn't have time to return that day so we booked an apt ( week and a half later) to have the tires balanced. At the time of the service apt we asked Andy to check the sound coming from the back of the truck. His technician reported it was our trailer hitch ( which we were billed 45 dollars for time to figure out). I understand we should have realized it was out trailer hitch , however you would think they would check the balance of the tires before delivery to us.

The customer care from the moment of contact (I am from Windsor) to signing the purchasing agreement was impressive.
We were presented with 4 options to purchase the vehicle, which I have never been presented with through any other dealership before. Mitch was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even showed us a little trick to putting the car in park. The used car Manager Johnny introduced himself to us and made sure we were being taken care of. When meeting with the finance manager Mio, he did not try and push any products and was very pleasant to deal with.

I live 2.5 hours from Unique Chrysler but knew from first contact this was a great dealership from the quick response to the vehicle I was interested in and the video Derek C sent me showcasing the vehicle that day. Great vibe and experience without feeling pressured. Derek C answered all my questions and had the deal done on time and delivery was fast!! I will definitely be dealing with dealership again and refer my friends and family as well.

After a very bad experience at Fairview Chrysler I came to this location. I came in at about 8:15 PM when they were closing at 9:00. The sales people, including the sales manager were very accommodating, straight-forward and willing to help. I ended up making a deal that I was extremely pleased with. It may have been the best new-car sales experience I have ever had. I just want honesty and respect. I know the dealer has to make money as well. This felt like a win/win relationship.

After reading some reviews, i found that this was one of the top places near me. I went in ready to purchase a vehicle. I was dead set on a new fully loaded Challenger so I wanted to have a closer look at the car before I made the final decision.
I went inside expecting a greeting but instead i got nothing. I made eye contact with 4 or 5 people but I was ignored.
I went up to the front desk to finally ask for some "service". I have a very good standard of what good customer service is but what I encountered was well below failing what I had expected.
I had told the guy who finally showed up exactly what I was looking for and asked some questions regarding factory ordered vehicles. I had done my research, of course, and had already been to other dealers. I had never met a salesman so misinformed about what he was selling.
I then asked to see the car. He brought me right to the front where the vehicle was displayed by the main road. To the specific model where access to the driver's seat was blocked. This means I was not even able to sit in the drivers seat. I asked questions about the car such as the difference between trims, gas mileage, power, about the features, etc. All i got were extremely vague answers.
I knew right then and there that this guy did not have me as a priority customer and was rushing for me to leave.
I was at Unique Chrysler for a total of minutes. If I were to be paying money for something, this place did not deserve it.
I definitely would not recommend this site to anyone.
I came in ready to pay in cash but left sorely disappointed and disinterested.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Rally edition from Unique Chrysler. The price was exceptional and Derek was great. Joe went out if his way to get me into the car, getting me a great rate. Unfortunately I had a clutch issue and Paul, the sales manager, went out of his way to tow the car to a Hyundai dealer near me and then back to them for repairs. The service technicians quickly assessed and repaired the issue, cleaned my car and topped up fluids, all at no cost to me. I am impressed with their quick attention to the issue and how well the communication lines were kept open.

Everything I wanted and more....I Walked into the dealership on Friday not sure if I was ready to purchase a car or not....was it the right choice or not.....but after chatting with Brian DeVincentis about what I needed in a car and what I wanted in a car....he managed to go out onto the lot and find "THE PERFECT CAR" After test driving it I fell in love and after some number juggling for me I was ready to make the purchase. I was then introduced to Mio Radenkovic who had me fill out some paperwork and within 3 or 4 hours I was the proud owner of a 2014 Dodge Dart in WHITE....I can't say enough about my experience. I thought 2.5 yrs ago when I purchased my van that I was given great service but I feel this time it was even better. They both took the time to care which doesn't always happen anymore and stopped at nothing to make sure I left happy. Buying a new car is suppose to be an experience that is stress free, fun and most of all exciting. Ivan and Michael provided customer service like it should be done. One of the best experiences I have had while purchasing a vehicle. Both of these guys took the time, put in the extra effort and got me into the vehicle I wanted. If your looking for a dealership that cares more about the customer than the deal this is the place you want to be.
18 weeks and then my truck was damaged in delivery.
Ordered a dodge ram from this dealership on March 1st and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. Be aware that there is a rail car shortage and your order could take significantly longer than expected! This is not the dealers fault.
In the end, the GM (Mike) put me into a similar model with modest discounts. Chrysler Canada also chipped in a healthy amount of mopar goodies.
I've had a pretty unfortunate experience but in the end I am finally happy.
