I was called by a sales person after i register with in haggle and got noted for my vehicle specs. However I never got the second call. I instead called the sales twice at Brennan dealership but could never get through to speak with someone. It's like they were not interested. Any I got a great deal without in haggle at another dealership for the same vehicle. And I forced to give this review half star as it would not allow me to submit otherwise. My Dodge Journey was making a ticking noise. It started off slow and gradually got worse. I took it in and they told me exactly what was wrong with it and informed me of possible scenarios. The work was done in a timely manner and all the work they've done is warrantied for 2 years. If possible, the vehicle runs even better than before. Many thanks to Joe (the service manager) and Sean (technician) for going above and beyond to make sure the price and work was fair, and excellent in quality. i will never go anywhere else again.

He really took the time to evaluate our needs which in turn led us to purchasing our new Jeep compass. This dealership is awesome, the employees really take pride in what they do and genuinely enjoy doing it. I think this dealership is my new go to place. The owner Hugh, who seems thoroughly involved and also ensures each experience is personalized, this way who always are guaranteed to get what suits your needs. After a complete deplorable and frustrating experience with Brampton Chrysler Jeep nearly a year and a half ago regarding a recall on the airbag system of my Jeep Wrangler, I tried out Brennan's this morning and am completely happy and satisfied with every aspect of my experience. Keep in mind, this recall was an important SAFETY issue and Brampton Chrysler Jeep just shuffled things under the carpet in a complete unprofessional manner.....it doesn't take a year and a half to order a clock-spring and shroud!! And after 5 documented phone calls to their service & parts depts. my concern obviously fell on deaf ears!! Here at Brennan's Dixie Chrysler-Jeep, parts were ordered immediately through Rick and service appointment was booked with Sandra the following morning (today). Nothing but praise for this dealership, as they were extremely professional, quick and helpful......but more importantly, they cared for my SAFETY!! I highly recommend Brennan's, and will definitely be a repeat customer here :)

About the only good thing I have to say is the team was nice, got sold a dodge journey that had issues when I went to check it out, got told it was fixed and saftey tested, brought it home and within 24 hours the issue was back and worse, sales rep told me that it's usual for the mechanics to not do their jobs... So clearly the car was never legitimately saftey tested! Journey has been getting 'worked' on for the past 16 days and absolutely no communication with me other than being told to call 3 times a week for updates!
*BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SHADY STAFF*
Update: told the part they need to fix it will be 3-4 weeks so got told to pick the car back up in the meantime and drive it with the engine issues

I have bought three brand new Chrysler vehicles since 2011. None of them from Brennan's. It was only when some engine issues could not be identified and troubleshot by the dealership I bought originally my Chrysler 200 from, one of my friends recommended seeing Brennan's Dixie team.

I would rather not speak much about the dealership who originally sold the car to me and failed to own the warranty issue in the car and treat me respectfully but on the contrary the experience that I had with the Brennan's Dixie Chrysler was totally opposite.

The Service Manager Joe and the Chief Mechanic Dominic make an absolutely awesome team. They have not only the expertise to troubleshoot complex issues but have the compassion to treat the customer in distress respectfully and patiently. Dominic was not only awesome technically but he never felt that I am alone in the long process of eliminating the causes of the problem and in the end was able to successfully resolve the engine problem. The overall behaviour of the floor and office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

These guys not only have won me over with their professionalism but managed to preserve the loyalty of a loyal Chrysler customer.

What a ripoff
They told me that they need cabin and engine air filter cleaning. Only cabin filter was replaced. Charged me $22 parts and $60 for labour. When I asked why charge $60 for just working on the cabin filter, the bald guy at service lies and tells me that it’s done from the inside of the glove box. What he doesn’t know that dodge car’s cabin filter is replaced from under the hood. Cheating with the customers if what these dealerships represent.

Just to add to this, there was another lady who paid so much money to get her cars heated seats fixed and was mad as they took all the money and didn’t even fix the issue.

Had a great experience buying a used Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership. I was dealing with Najam and he was awesome. He had tons of information about the vehicle and was very passionate about the Jeep brand! He made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision on buying the vehicle. I also want to give a shout out to Zeeshan who was a big help in getting the vehicle sorted. Both guys were super positive and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here and having these guys help you out with the whole process.

The only reason I am giving it a 4/5 is the dealerships rule to only put $35 worth of gas in your new car when you buy it. Feel as though a full tank of gas isn’t too much to ask for customers buying a car from them.

Went to get the first ever service of my car, the staff seemed very hesitant when i asked for the shuttle service. Didn’t even sprayed water on my car after service. The seats in the waiting area are quite uncomfortable, spending 2 hrs there seems like 2 centuries 👎🏼 I Wouldn’t go there again.

The only suggestion I have for people reading this is DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this location.

As a customer the only power you have is who your choose to give your money to. I made the mistake of buying a brand new dodge ram that is rittled with paint defects, chips, and running paint. They have already replaced the front fender and are suggesting I bring it in to see if I need to do the same with passenger door. I've owned the truck LESS THAN A WEEK.

There is NO cooling off period. I asked to return the truck once I found all of the defects (which should have been found by them during the pre delivery inspection) to which they said no and that they would just keep replacing parts as per the warranty.

Long story short always purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealership with a cooling off period even if it's only a few days.

This was my first time at Dixie / Brennan's Chrysler. My usual dealership is quite far from where I live and I wasn't fully satisfied with them, so I decided to give this place a try and I am glad I did. I showed up a bit early to my service appointment and was taken right away. The clerk that welcomed me was very friendly and confirmed the services that I had requested. The turn around time was pretty quick, especially considering I was early. The clerk (really sad that I forgot his name) showed me the work slip. Paid a respectable amount for the work done. The place was clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming back here.

Worst customer service ever. Do not - DO NOT, take your vehicle here if to be repaired if you're expecting honest, reliable, fast service. A repair which was quoted to take 3-4 days to complete, took a whole month. I am not even exaggerating. The people in service lie, don't call back when they say they're going to, then lie and tell you they did, make up conversations that never occurred and just give you the run around. Pure f*ckery. Don't ever call and leave messages, no one will respond. Always request to have the person you're looking for be paged. I will never bring my vehicle back to this location, not even for an oil change.

I paid deposit on Saturday for new van n got A draft for the remaining amount on Sunday n they said ur van delivery will be on July 31. What I never got a call back so I called on Tuesday n Asked for the vin number. They said we will call u tomorrow. What they never called so I called again on Wednesday n then they said they don’t have the van I ordered what they have higher model n I have to pay more money now. I wasted a week n got no van. I don’t post reviews often but I really want to help you guys save some hard earned bucks, so I would like to post a review!!! I recently got my car serviced from this place. On a weekend, I reached the place by 7:45am and still didn’t get my car by 11:30am because the service representative provided services to other people who came after me for the car service assuming that I have gone back to my place whereas I was still at the store. They told me few of the repair items will be taken care of during the week days. I agreed to it and took an appointment for the following week. I dropped my car at 1pm, picked it up at 4:30pm and they charged me $700 for the labor costs, which is terribly high whereas the parts cost $70 and they don’t even have the courtesy to inform you the same before the service. Not at all a good idea to get the service done from this dealership. I won’t recommend this place.

On my last visit, one of their mechanic, Dave, came out and discussed with me the cost to replace the number plate since it was hard to remove even by other specialized local auto mechanic. I visited this dealership with my cousins a few days ago in the evening. We are all students and one of us is looking for a new car. When we walked in the receptionist was friendly, but as we browsed a little more and were helped by a fine gentleman things went a little downhill. At first, we looked at the vehicle and then requested a test drive. The salesperson was respectful and was looking for the keys. After approximately 30 minutes we decided to look around as they still didn't find the keys. While we were looking around one of the store representatives locked a car which were there to test drive. A short while after we decided to leave and as we were leaving the manager comes out and says 'yeah we are kinda closing now, come back sometime later'. In short, we felt extremely disrespectful and were shocked to see such a thing happen. We will never be returning back and I recommend any new car buyers to try out a different showroom if you want to browse a car in a friendly and respectful environment.

What a waste of time. They keep calling me to do a test drive. I came here for a test drive and now they say they don't have the new vehicle. Then they do all the numbers for new vehicle saying they are giving a $7000 discount. Then the sales guy went to manager for couple of times and said manager gave additional $1000 discount. I said no point in discussing number if they don't have the new vehicle (2019) to test. Instead they were giving me a 2017 vehicle for test drive. Trust me don't go here unless you want to test your negotiation skills for yourself before you go to your choice of dealer to buy your choice of vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE 🚨🚨🚨🚨⛔️🚫⛔️🚫🚫Very Disappointed in this Dealerships SERVICE AND SALES department and the OVERALL Purchase of an “apparently” Brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk this so-called Brand New truck has been Recalled twice in its-first year and had 4 repairs -on a costly $48,000 vehicle
now owned for only 15 months AND only local driven in Brampton with 20,000 KM on it -4wd system completely blown without even using it AND the exhaust system is blackened with smoke and they try to tell you it’s from the 4wd system problem ?..let’s add that they STILL HAVE NOT EVEN fix it until parts came two weeks later and then when I dropped the vehicle no one knew what the repair was that it needed ...was told half a day turned to WEEKS AND WEEKS I STILL HAVE NO TRUCK AGAIN-THAT IM PAYING 236$ biweekly FOR with no Repair UPDATES BECAUSE— this truck was seriously broken (LEMON ) upon selling it to me -it had missing parts in interior and damaged fenders when sold to me and multiple issues with transmission computer and 4x4 and everything else

I purchased a Chrysler 200 earlier this year. I love the car, but constantly think back to my experience at the dealership; I should have bought elsewhere. That's why I'm now writing this review. This is the only time in my life I had someone back out of a handshake deal, with an agreed upon price. Bobin (a manager at the dealership) and I arrived at a price on Saturday, and shook hands. When I went back in during the week, ready to buy, he told me he couldn't honour the price we shook on. After plenty of back and forth, we arrived at a new (higher) price, only after I threatened to abandon the deal altogether. Looking back, I should have. What makes this worse, is after signing the paperwork, and sitting down with the finance manager, I later discovered he had removed the remote starter he agreed to 'Throw in' at the original agreed upon price. This is the second time I should have walked, but they assured me they would contact me later about installing the remote start. That was over 3 months ago. While the sales rep I dealt with was great to work with, I would never deal with Bobin or his team again due to his tactics. There are plenty of other Chrysler dealerships in the area, I'd look into those first.

Each time they serviced my car quickly and effectively, and if the service on my car was going to take a little longer they provided a shuttle service, so I still could get on with my day and run errands.
