Brought there for a recall on a steering wheel. They sent an invoice for an oil change via text. Charging me over $100. I fixed that and corrected them. 2 hours after arriving, I ask why a steering wheel swap is taking so long. I am informed that they installed the wrong wheel. Assuming this part was ordered according to the VIN I don't understand how this happens. Nor do I understand how a technician can install a brown wheel if a black and silver wheel was removed. Terrible experience. The staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. Service here clearly does not make me want to go there in the future. While sitting in waiting room I hear them deal with other customer saying the door panel ordered by the dealer did not come with the door as THEY expected, but then seconds later said they didn't order the door because they thought it was not needed... no idea what they are doing here! Contradictory back to back comments to a customer. Clearly, I'm not the only one that they are messing up ordered parts for.

As always, Bayside has been treating me well and always lived up to my expectations.

Even if they run into hiccups, they understand that if it affects me, that it should be taken into consideration and I should be taken care of.

The work I needed done took longer than anticipated and it messed up my plans which Bayside went out of their way to accommodate me with a vehicle of the same level of what I have in order for me to go on with my day until the work was done on my Ram.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
MICHELLE HEBERT IS AN ABSOLUTE HEADACHE. She booked us for an apt. Then canceled it for no reason, I only found out once I drove 45mins to the dealership that she canceled it.( for what reason we don't know) LOL.
They put our suv up on the hoist. It was going in to see what else was causing our "Service AWD light" to flash on.
After the vehicle already being started she called telling us all these different prices it was going to cost.( When we first booked the appointment she said a different cost).
We go to pickup the vehicle then MICHELLE HEBERT won't even come out to apologize for her mistakes on the appointment and for telling us different prices. We ASKED FOR MANAGER AND WAS LAUGHED AT BY THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!

Bayside has not been honest with us. Bought our 2019 Silverado from them...first day off the lot we had to return and get new front brakes done. Then still within the first week we brought it back again and again...the rear brakes need to be fixed too! They want to make us pay for this!! Won't answer phone calls. Give us the run around. I usually wont bother with reviews but i cant say enough with the sale team at Bathurst Chrysler dodge. Their finance specialist Pierre Luc got US into a new jeep Cherokee and worked hard and beyond to reach the finish line to complete the sale.. Professional in every way ,friendly and smart .The salesman Kevin took the time to sit into the car and explained every little detailed was also professional and polite.When your ready for a used or new car,i strongly recommend to check this place ,thanks guys for the fantastic job you all did. cheers
