When I arrived a couple of days later , he was very patient, friendly, and informative. The showroom has a very welcoming, comfortable, family -like atmosphere. We truly felt Lorenzo was working for us to make the deal. Andre ,the GM, also wanted us to be happy . They were very accommodating, fair and efficient. It was a surprisingly painless PLEASANT experience. It was the BEST DEAL in Manitoba! No stress, no high pressure up sell or sneakiness. Great Dealership- we'd happily return and refer family and friends who want to buy a vehicle.

I live in Guelph Ontario. I’ve been waiting for a part for my 2019 Ram Rebel for 3 weeks from my dealership. I finally gave up and asked for the part number to source out myself. I was lead to Amanda at the dealership who had one in stock. Thanks you for the great service to get it shipped out to me, so my dealership can install it.
Stay away!! This is one of the shadiest dealership experiences I've ever had. My wife went in to use the tire warranty that was purchased with the jeep we also bought from here. Ended up paying for a tire repair that wasn't repaired. They found a nail inside the tire yet there was no damage to the tire according to the guy so they just resealed it and charged us for it. How does a nail just end up in a tire without damaging it??? Shocker.. tire still leaking but I guess that's what tires do from this place...
Once again I had to take my Saturn in to be repaired because someone had backed into my mirror on the driver's side and broke it. So I took it it in and they replaced the mirror, plus they detailed my car as a courtesy. They shuttled me home and back when my car was ready. I will always deal with them. Thank you!!
I suggest not associating with this dealership unless you’re prepared to receive emails everyday about how you should buy a car from them. I inquired online about an estimate value for my car and continue to receive countless emails from several employees about buying cars. Even after emailing back and telling them I have already bought a new car and sold mine they continue to email daily. Way toooo pushy, maybe relax a bit and I would have actually considered coming in.
I had my Jeep Wrangler brought into the Murray Chrysler shop in Brandon for some messed up wiring on the aftermarket LED headlights that was completed by another business in Alberta. Robert Brown (Accessory Shop Manager) was simply outstanding to deal with. He provided a detailed list of the required repair work and his communication was excellent. I'd highly recommend the accessory shop for any work and will certainly use them again. Thank you Robert for treating my daughter so great when she brought the vehicle in!! Very pleased.
I don't recommend here. It's super duper expensive and whenever I take my car here, they usually fix the incorrect thing so I have to come back and get the proper thing fixed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Horror story. Bought a Mercedes 2017 with an extra warranty package. Had transmission issues within first three months. Couldn’t fix it didn’t even attempt to but it cost me 250$ and they said they would clean my car. I came back and my car was a quarter tank less of gas my car was not cleaned in any way. The guy explained nothing he could do and they will not help me with the warranty at all and when I call the warranty numbers they are all out of service. Complete scam. Terrible interest rates as well tried to take advantage of me and forced me to make a huge down payment in order to avoid “high interest” when I still ended up with a high interest rate. Also originally told car came with both winter and summer tires but as I was handed around by different people it somehow was not in the deal?
Had to constantly call to get updates. Took twice as long as quoted, kept getting the run around about a courtesy vehicle, which I never ended up getting in the end. Avoid if you can.

First of all you guys didn’t ask to run my credit and secondly I haven’t heard back from them in two days so what was the point of checking my credit?! Especially if I didn’t give you permission to do so, and don’t make up an excuse saying you have mistaken for another dealership, we have not dealt with that name, obviously this is a fake name!!

I have 2020 3500 dually ram and brought here for service due to DEF pump replacement and it was cover by warranty. And my truck stay here for almost 2 months! Without calling me what’s going on or update! The second time i have the same problem together with the recall about stud and still they say they ordered the parts but 4 weeks right now still no update from them! This time i went to Moosomin dealer with this problem they say they dont have problem getting this parts and it should be coming the parts on the following day and people in Moosomin dealership was awesome than here in brandon!!

We bought our 2015 Patriot new 6 years ago from Murray's through Brent and just traded up to a new Cherokee through Brent and Murray's gave us a great deal and a very good trade in value on our Patriot. Service was excellent and very professional. Brent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all the different options and how to use them. Took less than 2 hours to complete the deal. We are both very happy with our new Jeep and very happy with Brent and Murray's.

I limped my vehicle in and was initially turned away as they were very busy. When my vehicle literally fell apart in their parking lot, they brought it in and were very friendly about everything. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had put the rusty rim they replaced on the rear passenger seat when they said they put it in the rear hatch and it has left several stains on the seat. They had wrapped the tire, but left the rim bare on the seat. I was hesitant about coming back here after they left the cup holders in the center console full of water after the last repair. Very friendly staff, but twice now my vehicle was returned in less than satisfactory condition.

I purchased a new Ram 1500 Warlock and am 100% satisfied with the service I received. My special thanks to Thomas Boyd for his help during the whole process. It took several months for me to figure out what type of vehicle would suite my needs and Thomas was very patient and if he couldn't answer one of my many questions he quickly checked it out and got back to me. He didn't try to pressure me in any way which was very much appreciated. This was my 2nd new vehicle purchase that he helped me with as I purchased a new 2016 Caravan which I still have and have never had a problem with. My thanks also to Darcy Snider the Financial Services Manager for the quick handling of my purchase. I've been very happy with my interaction over the years with all of the staff and the service department has never let me down!

Jeep was running rough. Struggling to make power. They replaced the air filter and told me it was "an easy fix"lol. I was skeptical that was the problem. Low and behold the problem comes back a week later and the Jeep goes into limp mode. Conclusion, they just wanted to charge me for an air filter replacement that I probably didn't need and could have done for much cheaper myself. Only positive was the service was quick.
I’ve been there twice now for my car in the shop each time I’ve had it returned with boot prints all over as well seat and mirrors moved. The radio station was also changed. There was also a lack of communication the first time and I had to keep calling to get updates on my vehicle. For my second visit I got charged $100 for a $20 part. Not impressed at all. Definitely will take my vehicle else where
I bought my Jeep here just over one year ago. Thomas helped me out and all I can say is what great guy he is. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and did not pressure me whatsoever and answered all of my questions. My favorite Part was his honesty. If he did not know an answer to one of my questions he straight up told me he was not sure and got me the proper information immediately instead of making something up. Solid guy and just nice to talk to. I was in for an oil change today and the maintenance staff were also great. Extremely friendly and let me know exactly what they were doing and why ( rotate tires and showed me clogged air filter). While I was waiting I think over half the staff there said hi to me and made sure I was being helped. Overall this is a great dealership with great people working there. I will be back to see Thomas for the purchase of my next vehicle.
I was told going to Winnipeg to buy a brand new vehicle was well worth my time and money, So I set up a few appointments and looked around at a few different dealers. Before I committed to anything in the Peg I decided to give my home town boys a chance as I have always liked to support the local econimy 1st. So I called Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Westman, of Brandon one morning and told the salesmen I was dealing with (Eric Taylor) exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay (because I had already received some quotes from other dealerships). Within 1 hour of talking to him he had found me what I wanted in Saskatchewan, and the finance guy handled everything over the phone and all I had to do was head in later that day and sign on the dotted line, they made my purchas of my brand new Jeep simple and painless, excellent service and highly recommend that salesmen.

We all know the mid-west provinces have the worst dealership's in the country, this is why you should avoid this place, they are ran completely backwards just like Power Dodge in Estevan Saskatchewan , Pembina jeep in Winnipeg and Morden, they will make a mess of your vehicle when fixing it....the mechanics don't understand newer model vehicles that are coming off assembly line....👎try to avoid this dumpy dealership if you can, if it's your last resort then I guess you have no choice, stand your ground with them cause they will try to dick you around....
