Car Servicing

I am very disappointed in their auto service. Our car needed only a thermostat replacement, which by the way can be purchased on Amazon for $15. They charged $320 for that plus a coolant flush which was not at all necessary as confirmed by a mechanic I know. This was an additional $260. That is unethical and a scam. I will never bring my car back to this place. in comparison, I had the car quoted for both services at another place at just over $200. Be warned.

New Car (Sales)

My wife and I went to see Shaunna after my wife's mother had purchase her new vehicle from her. Shaunna was an absolute delight to deal with. She made us feel like we were being taken care of in an honest and sincere fashion, which is not what the industry is know for.
As a salesperson myself, I really appreciated Shaunna's hi level of integrity and straight forward approach with us.
She found out our budget, likes/dislikes and lifestyle in order to get us into the right vehicle for us. We love our new Jeep Patriot and will recommend Shaunna to everyone who will listen and even those who won't.
The only part of the experience that was a little unnerving was the fact that when we went to pick up our new vehicle on a busy Saturday, there were dealership staff throwing foam balls all over the show room.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for creating a fun environment, but I think your closing ratio is going to be very low amongst those prospects that have been hammered in the head by a foam ball of some sort. Even one of your Sales Manager thought it would be a good idea to stand between his sales staff, balls in hand so to speak, and me the 325lbs ex-bouncer with 25 years of MMA training and a remarkably high startle reflex. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received from both Steve Wilson and Norm. Both Steve and Norm were very professional and helpful with every step of my purchase. Norm went beyond what I have seen with other sales representatives by making sure I was comfortable with the buying process as well as ensuring I was educated on my new vehicle.

The night I took my vehicle home I noticed a leak in the radiator which caused the engine to run hot. I notified Norm and together with Steve they had my vehicle in and fixed within two days. They made my entire experience very positive. I recommend Langley Chrysler, in particular Steve & Norm, if you are seeking a hassle free pleasant vehicle purchase

I must say that I was very happy and pleased with how your dealership was run and your customer service. We asked if we could have a deal on the sale price, so Shawn asked the manager and they made it work for us. There was always someone around to answer our questions, explain to us what was going to happen when purchasing the vehicle, and the car was spotless when we came to take it home.

Shawn was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He ensured that the whole family was comfortable and included. We felt very confident during the whole process because of Shawn. He knew everything that we needed to know about the car and had personally drove the car so he was able to tell us how it handled and the specs of the Mazda. He made sure to call me and let me know whenever anything changed. Shawn understood that I am a student going to college and that I need a reliable vehicle. He went the extra mile to give me the best car buying experience and added in a new set of tires, windshield wipers, and new brakes for no extra cost. That blew me away to think that a dealership would do that much for me. Shawn was an amazing salesperson and I would definately come back to your dealership to buy my next car through Shawn. I am completely satisfied, actually more than satisfied with my experience at Langley Chrysler. I will definately be telling all of my friends to come to you for their next vehicle.
