Horribly overpriced. Quoted me $10000 for a new transmission. I decided to take it to another mechanic and they did the job for $4000. The guy working was very nice though and I appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Regardless, it’s slimy to charge more than double what other mechanics in the area are charging. They also did an oil change without asking for my permission. I would have told them not to do it, as it had been done literally a week prior.
Isaac was personable and responsive with helping me into a new vehicle. Him and the rest of the sales team found an ideal vehicle for what I was looking for in the price range I wanted. Quickest in and out of the dealership I've ever experienced. No extra selling or pushyness. Would recommend for a quick and easy buying experience.
So i had been in contact with a few sales people over the last few months trying to wrap my head around a HUGE purchase for me: a brand new Ram 3500! Jordan Villafane was no less than awesome. I wont buy a vehicle anywhere else! Ayden is amazing, friendly and very attentive to his customers. I bought a jeep from them last year, which I got a great deal on and it was a super quick and easy process. Now I've been wanting to get into a truck and the whole team has gone above and beyond to help me find a way.. they are not pushy at all and did what they could to make it work. They were happy to coach me and try to help get some debt paid down at the same time but life happened and I wasn't able to do the deal. Despite that, I didn't feel like i was pushed aside for the next sale. Cradle to grave these guys have a efficient process and a great attitude to go with it.
I will definitely be back when Im ready to get that truck!!

Took my Chrysler Pacifica in to have the radiator replaced. While it was there I got a phone call from them stating they had difficulty getting the radiator in because it was a tight squeeze, therefore it took longer. The day after picking it up a bolt went through my back tire while I was driving and I had to have it replaced at a local tire shop. A couple weeks after that my front end was starting to feel weird, so I took it to the tire shop thinking it was my tires only to find out my engine bolts have been removed and were missing all together. My engine was not attached to my car. I had to have the three engine mounts ordered and replaced at a cost of almost $700. Alberni Chrysler refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility, stating they never removed the bolts at all,. I find that highly improbable considering I never had a problem with my car prior to it going there and started having problems the day after I picked it up. I will never use their services again nor will I recommend them.
Just over a year ago my wife Tammy and Myself fell in Love with a 2020 New Jeep. Tony helped us with our finances, he was so Good. And We drove away Very Happy 😊. It was an awesome Vehicle and the Service was Great..Boxing Day I had a very Bad Accident...and Totalled off the Jeep 🚙. No stars for this Dealership. They sold me a car that had everything wrong with it. It cost me $3500.00 to fix the engine. If I were you I would never buy a Car from them. Especially a women. They saw me, a women as easy pray and sold me a wreck.

Great customer service! The whole sales team was excellent to deal with and really worked with us to get the truck we wanted at the price point we could afford. Their correspondence during the whole purchasing process (and after) was also excellent without being pushy. Couldn't be happier with the new truck and the purchasing experience overall.

They still taxed that part after the grand total for it on the bill and whoever at the dealership was in my car smelled like they actually crapped themself inside it when i got it back and I seriously had to steam clean seat with ammonia to get rid of the smell, which was definitely not present prior to taking it here. I'm not coming here ever again!!!!

My husband and I got stuck on the island with a broken car. It was our mini honey moon and we end up repairing the old car and not enjoying ourselves at all.
We came to Alberni Chrysler and walked out with a brand new Jeep Wrangler- our little wedding gift to ourselves. The service was amazing- we were talking to Carla and Lisa at the finance department. They made our trip so much better. We love our jeep and would recommend it to any adventurous person, someone who always wondered how does the view looked like from up the hill. This car can do anything you wish.

I've delt with these guys a few times, the first couple of times with their service department which gave service beyond my expectations. Right before my factory warranty ran out I brought my truck in and they went over it top to bottom and made sure everything that warrenty would cover was fixed before it ran out, they even found a few problems I didn't realize were there.
Recently while looking for a new jeep I was getting frustrated with several dealerships in the city trying to tell me what I wanted in my new jeep (pushy in your face sales tactics to sell me what is on their lot and sell it today) so I decided to go back to alberni Chrysler, they listened to what I had to say, when i gave them my time line they didnt try to push me to move it up, if I said I wasn't interested in something that was the end of it, and they never tryed the typical pushy cars salesman routine and in the end I ended up getting exactly the jeep I wanted at a great price stress and Hassel free.

The other thing I noticed is that I didn't get those anoying phone calls every two weeks to tell me about deals and trying to sell me services that I would get from most dealerships after taking it in for service.
I decided to buy my wife a new vehicle and after looking at other suvs we decided to stop in at the Chrysler lot. Our customer service was beyond exceptional from the car salesmen and the girls in the office. We were treated with first class service right from walking in the door to receiving our vehicle. Our new Overlander Jeep is definitely the nicest driving, safest vehicle we have ever owned. My wife had a couple questions regarding setting the seats and garage door openers and when she took the vehicle in they were very helpful and washed her vehicle for her. We are very happy we took the drive up the hill to the Jeep lot.
