It was pretty good. Booked an appointment online to test drive a car. Didn't like it, looked around the lot, inspected some others, and found a car worth buying. Never felt pressured, rushed, or like I was being cheated out of money. Would recommend.

Just fantastic. I needed recall work done, I was phoned literally the day Dodge started shipping replacement parts (6 months after purchase, on a used vehicle). My schedule was awful and my finances were a mess, but everyone worked with me for a solid month to find me not only the truck I wanted, but at a price I could afford. I walked in expecting the usual salesman push about why I should definitely spend more money than I had on something I didn't need, but what I got was a really decent group who put people over profits (I don't know what my salesman's commission was, but with the amount of his time I took I'm sure it wasn't enough!). Woodgrove is exactly what a family owned business should feel like. Thank you Andrew, Brent, JC, and Ray, every single one of you four were the opposite of the car dealers my parents warned me about!
My recent experience at Woodgrove Chrysler was by far the best at any dealership I’ve been to. Lee was amazing and very professional. He knew what I was looking for and never tried to sell me on anything else. He helped me leave with the best vehicle of my choice. I was very pleased with it. We recently purchased a 2019 Ram Eco-Diesel and within a month traded it in and purchased another with upscale options. Lee MacDonald was my salesman when I walked in , i left having a new tenth best friend that's Facebook official and a very sweet vehicle that I am so happy with! He worked very hard to get me something I was happy with and that could fit into my budget.
We were extremely pleased with the service at Woodgrove Chrysler. As any buyer does, we had extensively researched the value of our trade-in and the vehicle we wanted to trade for. A number of other dealers that we had visited made us insulting offers for our trade, which is expected but never accepted. When we went to Woodgrove we were met at the door and greeted by the owner right away.
Once we settled on a vehicle our salesmen and the owner worked on their offer immediately, to our surprise they came back with a higher trade in value then we had researched and an amazing deal on the vehicle we were looking at.
No BS, straight to the point!

Extremely disappointed with the service and care I received while taking me vehicle into Woodgrove Chrysler.
I took my Vehicle to their shop on September 20th 2018. Before I left the service department I asked them if I should remove my belongings from my jeep they said no, if we don't diagnose the problem we promise we will keep your vehicle in our shop secured. After waiting all day they never called so I called them and they told me they were keeping my vehicle but would secure it in the shop, so I agreed.
Over the weekend they still couldn't figure out what was wrong so they wanted it another night, and assured my it would be kept in shop.
Monday night someone called me 5 minuets to close and said that they still don't know what’s wrong with me vehicle and they believed someone had broken into it. I was shocked and in disbelief as they promised me my jeep would be secure, they gave me their word.
The next morning I arrived at Woodgrove Chrysler to find that everything in my jeep had been stolen. Not only did they not keep my jeep in the agreed upon location they did not LOCK my jeep. Thief's simply opened my door and stole over $2000.00 in emergency equipment and personal belongings. The police attended and took a report. There was no forced entry to my jeep, no broken windows no alarm activation they did not secure it while they had full custody, care and control.
After talking with the service manager, he apologized and said someone must have forgot. He also said he would like to make it right. After listening to his apology I agreed to let them continue to diagnose my jeep.
4 Days later I receive a phone call that they will not be reimbursing me for my loss, and they still haven't diagnosed my jeep. I spoke with one of the owners and he also refused to help rectify the situation. I had my jeep picked up and taken to another shop where it was fixed in one quick hour.
I was treated with the utmost disrespect from the one of the owners and after letters and emails with my proof they still will not accept they made a mistake. I was hoping that they would work with me, but refuse. Now after obtaining positive legal advise, I have filed a case with the Civil Resolution Tribunal and other various organizations to help recover my loss and warn others about their lack of care and control.
My experience at Woodgrove Chrysler was very positive and enjoyable. The sale rep., Jamie Ker was very professional, helpful, and easygoing. Of all the dealerships I visited in Nanaimo this one nailed it for all around great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and more, specifically Jamie Ker, a great salesman.
We just bought our second vehicle from here and we have been impressed with the service once yet again.
My work schedule is all over the place and they managed to get most of the paper work done before we arrived so that we could be in and out as quickly as possible.
Lee helped us with our first purchase, a used Dadge Journey. He never showed us anything out of our range and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. With his advice we were able to get into a great family vehicle while building our credit and now less than 18 months later we have been able to upgrade to our brand new Jeep!

This dealership works fast and efficient! My dad came to visit me in Victoria, ended up on the wrong ferry which took him to Nanaimo, and our Jeep would not start when he got to the island. A tow truck brought him just outside of this dealership and in the morning we asked for a diagnostic test to be done. Our Jeep needed a new fuel pump and their team installed a new pump and filters that day! 10/10 would recommend.
The best car buying experience I've ever had. They listened to what I wanted and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Other dealerships I visited tried making me sign or put a deposit down. I got myself stressed out, at the thought of having to go to battle negotiating for my new truck. Boy it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with Lee and team. Awesome staff. Always treated like family when I go visit. This is a top notch dealership and definitely worth the drive from Victoria. I was told 3 to 4 weeks to have a leaking water pump replaced at Willie Dodge, brought it in and had it back the same day.

I bought my Jeep from Woodgrove Chrysler back in 2013. Woodgrove isn't my local dealer but I still go back to Joe when I need advice on parts and upgrades. Joe has been a great source of advice and offers great customer service. When the time comes to purchase a new Jeep I'll be going back to the team to buy from them.
My wife bought a 1500 Hemi from John Dance and the experience start to finish was amazing. Based on this experience I bought a Chrysler 200C from John. Once again the service and purchase experience was amazing start to finish. JC Dayne made the finance end of things smooth as silk. Everybody was wonderfully helpful and the car is a dream to drive.
