Probably one of the worst decisions myself and my partner made in 2020. I was convinced that because I couldn't refinance my vehicle in order to get a truck, I was coerced into having my partner get a vehicle too (yup). Although we did not quickly find out that she would need to build credit in order to get a line (nonsense, she had a great credit score). After being sold a SUV instead of a truck that we wanted, we were told within 9 months that we could trade it in and get the truck of our wishes. This was false, my partner did everything as instructed and still, what do you know? 9 months went by and no word from Jacob Vey. When we inquired, we were left with silence and negligence. That's not to mention also the SUV they sold us was used so it had wheel locked lug-nuts, that what do you know? Cant be taken off if your tire blows out.... after weeks of attempting to get a hold of the Salesman Jacob Vey, and the GM who was equally as not helpful, we paid out of pocket to have the vehicles tire replaced. If I could give this business a -5 stars, I would. Not impressed with ANY of their shenanigans, including their follow ups to wrap you into another contract. Just shady people all over who once they get your money they disappear just as quickly.
Scumbag liars. I bought a vehicle 2 weeks ago and the battery is dieing. The car wont start on the first try every time i go to drive it. Twice i took it in for them to fix. Instead of honoring the fix they just flat out lied and said it wasn't "acting up" for them. And the battery is good. They charge it up just enough for it to start when I pick it up only for it to not start again 2 hours later .
So I took it to a reputable shop and they confirmed it was in fact the battery.
DO NOT TRUST NANAIMO CHRYSLER.
It's hard even giving it a single star.
1 I have highest best warranty threw dealership
2 I ask for tires to be ordered for my tire & rim warranty, they order me wrong tires and make me pay when they can't do job propper, they reset my computer when changed tire, now they cause my car stop auto stopping,
3 mechanical failure
4 I ask for my car to be in shop to get check engine light off, they tell me technicians not in, they can't even reschedule
5 they put nanaimo plate covers on my car and strip them with screws
6 I ask for them to be removed due to they can't perform a tire job propper or they screw someone's car up by stripping screws waisting my time and $$ quote me 800$ for a hitch when I get one for $150. My best recommendations goto a better dealership, this company has some terrible mechanics or terrible service attendance. I pay for best highest warranty and this company is being cheap not wanting cooperate.

I'd like to know if you want pay me $$ having your name on my car, I don't like representing bad dealerships that lack communication that aren't very good at dealing with buisnuiss. Otherwise, I'd like you remove your bad signage and remove the stripped screws.
This is probably the best dealership in western Canada. I had and continue to have nothing but positive experiences with these guys. They will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met before and even after your purchase. Jacob is a great and friendly salesman and Chris is just an incredible finance manager. If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Absolutely fantastic service.
John and Alan from the detail department were great, they did an amazing job on the spray in protectant on my van! I would highly recommend them!
When we got our car, Hayden (sales person) was helping us. He was very patient and clarified everything for us. He was excellent in communication. There were some services offered to us by the dealership. Hayden helped make sure that we received those services without any issues. I bought my 2016 Ford Edge Car at Nanaimo Chrysler Dealership because the Sale Associate Ezra Anfossie-Heather went above and beyond with me as a customer, he took his time and came to get me from Port Alberni to Nanaimo to see, and to try my future 2016 Ford Edge because I didn't have any transportation. He also sent me videos of all the parts of my car and explained to me in big details all the features that my car has which makes me fall in love more with this car, and invited me to purchase my "DREAM CAR". Plus everybody else there was so nice, and treated my friend and me with high regards, and big welcome. I highly recommend it to future customers because they completely take care of all the customers, and their clients' needs in what they are looking at in a car is their first priority.

Fantastic experience buying my vehicle here. I had previously visited four other dealerships and was not impressed by the rushed and/or pushy sales people. I went into Nanaimo Chrysler and Ezra supported us to find the vehicle we had hoped for. He and the entire sales team were supportive, patient and worked to help me find what I wanted without ever pushy me towards anything. I love my Jeep! And I would definitely go back here again if I needed another vehicle.
Bought a used 2020 gladiator sales team were awesome and finance was excellent. Service however is lacking in so many areas. Had to get a part ordered from the sale of the jeep and was told the parts are in Alberta and should be here Friday or Monday.... that was June 25 ... still waiting .. so I ended up fixing it myself at my cost.
Best place on the island to take your vehicle and best service by far. Brought my truck in for repairs from an accident and Paula in Service had it dealt with and fixed faster than anyone else on the island for mechanical and body work! Couple weeks later brought the truck back to them after camping and they detailed my truck fully and Allan in detail just killed it! my truck looks brand new again, so happy with the service and work provided. Highly recommend!
I have a 2012 Dodge Ram that I take in religiously for service with Cam and the team at Nanaimo Chrysler. They are always friendly, and I don't ever feel like I am being taken advantage of. Care is always taken to ensure I get to where I need to go when my truck is in for service and they are extremely accommodating when it comes to my hectic schedule. Last time round, I needed to grab my truck while it was still in the service bay to get to an appointment, they rushed to get me into the truck so that I could make the appointment and told me to pop back in for the air filter that still needed to go in. I made it back in a few days later and they finished up! Now, THAT'S SERVICE!
We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership. They have always been wonderful and treat you as family from the time you walk in the door and greeted by reception, and it doesn't stop there, it goes on into the service department as well as the sales. If you have any questions about certain features on your vehicle or wanting to know how to use them, the staff is readily available to assist you, and if they do not know an answer, they will go above and beyond to find one for you. This is the same with the service department, they go out of their way to ensure you are back on the road in a timely matter and safe. The detail department at this dealership is top notch as well. I cannot say enough about how much we truly enjoy dealing with Nanaimo Chrysler. I highly recommend anyone considering a used or new vehicle to stop in at Nanaimo Chrysler. They are indeed a dealership that truly cares about their customers.
Love my Jeep and the staff and service was great! My grand kids and I are telling everyone we know to check out the dealership when looking for a vehicle.They are so good, that my kids, 7 & 11, enjoyed the time we spent there and never got bored and we were there for 4 hours. I will recommend them highly to everyone I know!!!! service is great, fast,efficient, and everyone there is super friendly and make you feel completely at home. not a single complaint, same great service as when I bought my vehicle.

I want to say that I had absolutely NO intention of purchasing a Jeep when I brought my beloved VW Rabbit into Nanaimo Chrysler's body shop for repair work after an accident. The fact that I even GLANCED at a Jeep one Saturday was directly as a result of the excellent service provided by Bruce Robson, the body shop manager, as well as the enthusiasm of Ambyr at the front desk. I was in that day with a bit of an emergency and both of them helped me. If it wasn’t for that direct experience, I would still be driving my beautifully-repaired VW.
As a result of that Saturday visit, as I was on my way out of the dealership, that I casually asked Brian McLean, another lovely low-pressure team-member, how much the Wranglers were. Well, one thing led to another and I, and my 16 year-old daughter (we’re sharing ownership until she takes over the loan in a few years time), are now very happy Jeep owners. Doug Green in the Finance Office was very thorough made things work very well for me.
I’m a die-hard import buyer. Taking the leap to Jeep was very worrisome for me. So far I’m enjoying the ride immensely and I’m confident that, in the years to come, Nanaimo Chrysler will continue to treat me well as I come in for my regular service appointments. I can’t WAIT for my running boards to come in!
