I inquired about financing through pioneer chrysler in mission. Started talking to Dante and it was going well. So I referred my friend chris to take to Dante also with agreement for a referral fee. My credit I'd not good,so we worked a deal for a in house lease. It went from 5000 down to 7000 down. I was going to do the deal and include my referral fee because they weren't giving me the fee. They started to give excuses that jason the manager would have to approve it. Though it's been four days with no response. I am going to start a campaign to warn customers of how shady they are. So I am telling you people not to deal with dante or jason at pioneer Chrysler. I ended up going to a different Chrysler and they treated me much better.

Had an appointment to see a jeep. Drove 2h. He had nothing to show so waisted my time. After asking to not proceed with finance. I got a call a few months later asking why I did not buy a car when I was approved and I wasn't aware that they had proceed with it. Well they said I was approved for a dodge ram and they deliver it without me seeing it first. I got a call last week again because I really don't like the truck and because of the special I agree to meet made an appointment made sure they would have everything ready and again nothing 4 h total of driving for nothing. I told them again I am going home and do not proceed well I got a notification from Equifax 3 new inquiry and Yep they did it again without my approval they have sent it to 3 banks. Now I can't go to a different dealership because it will bring my credit lower again.
I bought a new truck from here 2 years ago. Salesman was good to deal with and the overall experience wasn't terrible. They gave me a truck with the wrong transmission and after a bit of arguing they replaced it with my desired truck. This was my first solo vehicle buying experience. I just talked to a good friend who has a very similar credit score that I did at that time... He just recently purchased a brand new 2019 ram 1500 exact options as mine.. Heres the catch, it was 20,000$ less than mine... I'm not sure who lined their pockets with my money but some one did. There is absolutely no way you can explain a 20g difference in purchase price of new trucks. I will never be buying from or recommending this dealer to any one. I want my 20 g back.

I came into Pioneer late in the day and saw my future truck sitting there dirty with a cute little white dog sitting high up on the console. I asked if it was for sale and it was. As luck would have it, the previous owner was still there and hadn't totally moved out yet (the cute dog) while taking delivery of his new Black 19 Ram a few feet away. I had a quick chat with him about the truck and met the crew at Pioneer. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Sherrif (Shivjot), Jerome, Ian and Michael were all great to deal with. ( Insurance gal, you rock.. thanks for the extra help) They took a fresh off the street truck to clean up and inspection for me inside 24 hours and I was off again with it. Really nice job guys.

I've lived in Mission 38 years I've been in pioneer many times and was never a dodge fan, I've been on the lookout for a used SUV and the 02 Durango caught my eye. I was impressed on the looks of it, the low mileage, and how clean it was.
I gave Kent a call on a friends recommendation and was out the door pretty quickly and I told him what my situation was and what i had, and he got it done. It was very painless and I definitely will be back.
After some prompt back and forth emailing, I came in to pioneer to see Kent about a 2016 Dodge Challenger. Very likeable guy who makes you feel like his most important client, and he insisted we took the car out for a spin. I drove out of the lot the next day with my dream car. Kent was in no way the pushy car salesman I was raised to beware of, and was straightforward with the whole process. All the staff I encountered congratulated me and complimented my purchase, and left a very good impression on me.
I would make the drive out to Mission again if I had any more car needs.

I walked in on a Sunday and was able to get a salesman by the name of Chris. Told him what I was looking for on my trade in, and a price for another vehicle, and within 3 hours, I got myself into a 2018 Durango RT. The experience was fun, non pushy, and a great environment.

I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and at 37 years old I finally found my dream Jeep. I had shopped around quite extensively and the other dealerships we had gone to seemed insincere and impersonal. I went to Pioneer to check out their inventory and was introduced to Kent. He listened to all my requests and was very attentive - his knowledge of Jeeps was impressive and thorough! Kent assured me that he would be able to find the Jeep I wanted for the budget I was looking for, and he did. He was spot on. There was no pressure at any point during my shopping experience and I could tell that Kent truly wanted to find the best fit for our family. Given it was a hot sunny day, he took the top off the Jeep and threw me the keys to take it for a nice long test drive.
The sales manager, Jerome, was also awesome! He was very professional and made the process of my trade and purchase very smooth -he was sure to show me how the pricing worked and was able to show me exactly where my money was going. No smoke and mirrors at this dealership whatsoever!
To top off the day, Kent and Jerome had noticed that my 5 year old boy was checking out some small powered toy jeeps that they had in the lot and told him to pick out his favourite one (which was totally unexpected given we had already gotten such an amazing deal). My son was over the moon!! Now we both get to have a Jeep! What a day.

I went to this dealership recently and they worked magic, I walked out with exactly what I walked in asking for. My sales guy, Kent Kmet was on it! He worked hard with the financing team to make it work! I was in the hole and I came out, I had started to loose hope in ever driving a vehicle I wanted instead of the one I had. My name is Glen Olson and I will now continue to use the Pioneer Chrysler dealership instead of the local dealership in Abbotsford. The staff was professional, accommodating and courteous and made me feel valued as a customer when needing a recall fixed on my Ram pickup. Forty minutes later, the job was complete. And the truck was washed and vacuumed inside, and inside on the console, there was a little pack of Pioneer mints. A nice surprise and a good customer experience. I was very happy with all staff I dealt with and won't hesitate to recommend them.
*****WORST Dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Plenty of other options to choose from so go elsewhere. They promise financing and then back out because they dont want to sell you a certain car. They want you to take only what they offer you. Trying to escalate to a sales / finance manager / dealer principal is useless they won’t give out contact info. Definitely go elsewhere.

I've purchased two vehicles from Pioneer and have been pleased with them and with the servicing they have received--thank you technicians and Mark and Kent in the Service Dept. When the new Cherokee appeared five years ago, I took one out, was not impressed, and kept my Liberty. At it's last servicing, another Kent, in Sales, arranged a new Cherokee Limited as a loaner for the day. Whole new ballgame. It's solid, quiet, comfortable and there's legroom in the back. I still don't like the look of the front end and it uses more gas than its competitors, but the convenience of a home-town dealership may yet tip the scales.

Very nice staff through our departments that actually cared that I got to work ontime. The Truck I drove was amazing! It was very comfortable, drove smooth and had lots of power and lots of features. I dropped my Jeep off for service, and was offered to drive a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Overall the truck drove amazing. It had every option you could ever need, the heated steering wheel was my favorite. Not to mention the full panoramic sunroof! I would definitely recommend the Dodge Ram if you’re looking to buy a new truck. It’s super comfy, drives great, lots of power, and it looks great too. The service to my Jeep was fast, and everyone was super nice there. Alec was an awesome person to deal with, and was the one who set me up in the pick up. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market looking to buy a new vehicle, and definitely ask for Alec!

Bought a 2016 Jeep Unlimited from them. I have purchased and leased a number of vehicles from a number of different dealerships / manufacturers. I found Josh, Jerome, RJ and the rest of the Pioneer team quite easy to deal with. They took the time to understand what my needs were and didn't try to pressure the sale.
Through the process we looked at several options, through which I found them supportive presenting facts rather than trying to convince me one way or another. My purchase is used both for business and personal. Financing options were also reviewed with patience. I certainly appreciated RJ's willingness to keep explaining various facets to me so I could make the right business decision.
Pioneer understands that customer service is in fact essential. Perhaps this is because they're in Mission. My business and respect is earned, not given as so many businesses these days seem to expect. I intend to utilize them to service my vehicle with the hopes that their service business has the same values.
