After repeatedly having to reach out to my salesman, Riley, myself (I guess he couldn't be bothered) I told him I was disappointed with the experience I was having, compared to my last car buying experience at Ok Dodge, and his response was "what do you want me to do". No apologies, no effort made to keep me updated after, nothing. I might still have someone trying to set me up with a loan there but I wouldn't know since I never heard anything again. It's too bad because my last experience was so amazing that I probably would have been a lifetime customer.
The detailing department is remarkable!! I went first a little over a year ago. Brought my Camaro figuring I'd give it a shot. When I pulled up a very polite professional guy greeted me, his name was Darrin. I was very overprotective of my car, he made me feel safe leaving my most important thing to me (my car) there. I picked it up and I couldn't have been happier with how it looked! It was better than the day I bought it!! So I went back, found Darrin and he took on my new truck! Even after a day out in the bush it looked as good as new when I picked it up!! I would highly suggest this shop! Especially with Darrin! Service Advisor Gary Callander is fabulous! During the holiday season I had an issue with my vehicle. I left a message for Gary and when he got back to me he said to bring my car in right away. The tech ran some tests on my vehicle and diagnosed the problem. It turns out it was a simple fix. When I picked up my vehicle, Gary explained the issue to me and told me how to avoid it from happening in the future. And to top it off, I didn’t even have to pay for the service! If you need service for your vehicle, Gary is the man to see! He obviously loves his job and truly cares for customers. All of the staff I have dealt with at Okanagan Dodge have been great but Gary takes the cake with his fabulously friendly demeanour and pride in his delivery of the best customer service I’ve ever had at any dealership. I took my 2002 PT Cruiser here last week when my check engine light started to blink. I dealt with Gary and he was great throughout the entire process! My car ended up requiring extensive repairs, which wasn't good, but Gary made the whole thing less stressful. He was easy to communicate with and kept me updated while my car was in the shop. All of the other staff members (shuttle driver, receptionists) that I encountered were super friendly as well. Been dealing with this dealer for many years. Bought one of the first cars from this dealer when it opened many years ago. They have always treated me well. Brought my Jeep in for a brake light not coming in and they fixed it and charged me nothing. How's that for great service. Facilities are clean. Bathroom is clean. Friendly staff. Amazing service from every department - I have had a nightmare few months - I was heading out of town on vacation at the beginning of Aug & broke down on the connector, had to be towed in......only to find out that I had a hole in my engine block & little did I know at the time that my car would spend 3 months in the shop waiting for parts to come in! Gary in service was awesome & kept me updated whenever there was anything to report.
I have to give a HUGE shout out to Konstantin & Dave for being so great & helping me so much in those few months......& finding me a new car!! Their service was nothing less than stellar, They were amazing to deal with & I will keep going back.

I have been dealing with Okanagan Dodge for 17 years, of which I have been dealing with Gary in the service department for 8 or 9 years. The vehicles I have had all racked up high mileage do to my job, so I was into the shop approx. every 6-7 weeks, thus I got to know Gary quite well. He has always been upfront with me with all repairs and servicing. He would discuss with me if something had to be looked after immediately, soon or could be put off. With the bigger repairs, he got me options like new replacement, used replacement or blending. He totally knows where I am coming from and works the situation so that it is a win/win for both myself and Okanagan Dodge. This way, he keeps me as a loyal customer, but above all I appreciate his honesty and integrity. It is easy to buy a vehicle but it is the quality of service and being looked after, after the purchase that to me is important and Gary does this superbly.
So I’ve done business with this dealership, directly with Kevin Gulbransen. The dealership has a pretty great atmosphere and the moral is always fantastic!! Kevin helped me with the last few vehicles I’ve owned. Kevin goes that extra mile. He makes sure you have every option in front of you before you make any decisions. I purchased my jeep from this location and have had nothing but great service throughout the entire buying process and for servicing as well. I had an issue with my Jeep not going in to park and they were very prompt in fitting me in right away to have it looked at. Rod was the gentleman who looked after us. Thankfully it was just a simple fix, but Rod made sure our minds were at ease by keeping us updated and in the end fixing the issue in a super timely manner. Recently dealt with Ben Saadat, generally not a fan of sales guys but Ben was nothing like your typical car sales guy. Easy to talk to, very responsive and best of all...not pushy at all. Classic shady sales tactics. The amount of times i heard the phrase "there must have been a misunderstanding" was crazy. There were no misunderstandings, only promises not kept and extra charges at the very last minute.
The service department here has always been very helpful and very informative. The shuttle service is extremely convenient and is usually right on the ball for time. Thank you guys for always taking care of my truck and turning stressful situations into as convenient of an experience as possible. Shout out to Gary for being an excellent advisor!
Thoroughly disappointed in these folks. We have a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and recently brought it in to have an inspection done before a long road trip. They came back advising us we had 3% of our brakes left. I was surprised as there had not been the "indicative squeaking" that occurs when brakes get low so I took it in to an independent shop for a second opinion. The independent shop put it up on a hoist, and showed us there were clearly over 50% of our brakes left; he estimated we had another year or two before we'd be required to have the work done. I've heard numerous stories of Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge taking advantage of folks who don't know better recommending work be done which isn't required however this week was my first experience with a similar problem. I'm in the market for a new truck right now but after this, won't be stopping in to see what they have on the lot. Truly disappointing.

Car always takes much longer to service than what they quote. Ripped me off on my last service & did not fix what was recommended. Was told a supervisor would call me back, and over 1 year later have heard nothing. Maybe the other Dodge dealership is better, because no one should give them any business.

I just purchased my first Jeep from this dealership recently and have absolutely been blown away by the amazing customer service and experience here! The vehicle I purchased was used, and had a few minor issues which they 100% looked after, even after the purchase and driving it for a while. Finance team goes up and above to make sure your needs are met and got us a wicked rate. The management team made sure we were happy and looked after all the way from the beginning purchase, through to insurance and driving off the lot. Even scored a Vitamix! I have purchased two "new" vehicles from OCJD over the past 5 years and they have been very accommodating. If I have ever had a question, or concern they have fixed it quickly. My best thanks to my dealer Colin Frantze for the excellent customer service and keeping in touch even after the sale for any questions I had. Rarely do I go out of my way to write a good review but this one is well deserved.
We purchased a new vehicle in June and it was a very positive experience. Colin Frantze was our salesman and I was impressed because he was very comfortable to talk to and he wasn't too "salesmannny"-you all know what I mean. I told him what I wanted to do, which was a trade in and purchase and he was able to make it happen within my budget and time frame. He checked in with me in a few days, which doesn't always happen after they have made the sale. I received my follow up call and timely appointment as promised re: the vehicle protection package and a loaner car to not inconvenience me. So far I haven't had to do any other service, but provided all goes well there, my husband and I will make this our dealership and Colin our salesman, as we prefer to deal with one place and person, but had not found that until now.
We had done a fair amount of research and knew the exact truck we wanted. It was not easy to find, but Colin Frantze and the team found our perfect truck in Alberta and brought it in for us. The whole experience of the purchase, from offer to negotiation (thank you to Dave Loewen) to financing (thank you to Jordon Sheppard) to licensing to follow up service was superlative. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is about the tenth vehicle we have purchased in our lives (third brand new) and it was the best experience we have ever had. The homework we had done with our pricing and costs was respected and while not fully "haggle free" was close to it. We had come to Okanagan Chrysler, and Colin Frantze, via the "haggle free" website. We were pleased with the agreed upon price and felt that the amount we were allowed on our trade was fair. One potential negative that in our minds became a positive involved the effort to get a proper "bug deflector" on the leading edge of our truck. It took three visits, but Liam Radford in parts got it right and we are pleased. I believe it speaks well of a company when a mistake or mistakes are made that they are followed up and dealt with to the customers satisfaction. On each visit our service advisor, Wade Graham, was clear and efficient in processing our vehicle. Kelsey in servicing was great to work with and made shuttle arrangements for us with Ernie and Carol. Ken Stone, the parts manager, upon hearing that we had metal plates on our mud flaps from an Alberta dealership, insisted on replacing them at no cost to us! We also had some custom leather work done that we are very happy with. Kudos to Terry Olson at "First Class Vinyl" for his work! Because it was part of the original deal, we were given a courtesy vehicle while the work was done... even though we were there early in the day and most departments were not open yet, one of the managers really went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of Colin and every one of his interactions with us. He is a real gentleman who took care of every detail to a point well beyond our expectations. We strongly recommend your company to anyone making a vehicle purchase in the Kelowna area. We absolutely love our Ram 3500! Kudos to Dean McAuley, the owner, for putting together such a fine team!

This might sound odd, but I just recently purchased my 2015 BRZ at Okanagan Dodge. Having a short credit history can make it extremely hard to get approved for a brand new vehicle, even if all your ducks are in a row. Adam Johnstone made an extremely frustrating situation, turn into a great outcome. He worked extremely hard over the last three weeks to find a way to get me the car I wanted; even when it became hopeless, he kept trying until we found a solution that worked. Because of Adam’s great customer service and integrity, we couldn’t imagine purchasing a vehicle from any other dealer. It’s amazing to have a financial manager care about your situation as much as you do, that kind of ambition is hard to find. Thank you again Adam, for another wonderful experience!
