My experience was actually amazing I have little faith in dealerships and car salesman on previous experience at other places I walked in with little hope and walked out same day with a brand new truck. The GM was helpful and awesome when I spoke with him and than Craig my salesman went above and beyond to help me as much as he could as well as the Jarrod overall the team was amazing and I would definitely recommend and I will be going back to Craig when I am ready for an upgrade big shout out to this awesome team.

Took my truck in to have defrost control repaired. Quote said could take six hours to repair. I work near by and found my truck outside, not being worked on for over three hours of the time they had the truck. When I went to pick up the truck and mentioned that I had seen it outside most of the day the service manager told me they don't charge that way and then billed me for the full time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! And I advise anyone with a dodge that needs service to go elsewhere.

Fuel pump went in our 2015 Jeep Trailhawk when it was just out of warranty. Cost $1630 to fix.. a week later fuel pump went again.. while driving which is very dangerous and I have a 5M old baby in the Jeep so I need a reliable vehicle. Chrysler would not pay for towing and I was in West Kelowna.. even though it wasn't my fault that they didn't fix it right the first time.. it's been almost a week still don't have the Jeep back.. wasn't offered a courtesy vehicle or anything for this inconvenience.. when I pay $1630 to fix something I expect it to work . Not happy with the service at all.

Had a great experience buying a pre-owned Ram truck today. Jayson Little did a great job helping us find exactly what we wanted. Everyone we dealt with today was so helpful and nice.
Unlike most google reviews of Kelowna Chrysler, I waited 6 months to leave my review. It’s not short or pretty. When I arrived for test drive with salesperson Jamie I let her know the Jeep is for my mom it’s an important purchase. We agreed the Jeep would need mechanical service and a interior/exterior detail before delivery. When I asked Jamie about changing tires because they had 5-10% tread she said “this dealership is cheap they won’t add new tires.” Good to know. It was November I was expecting to buy winter tires and had time for summer tires. We returned to sign papers. Entering this dealership is like going to grandmas house, other than the cars everything is decade’s old. I quickly believed Jamie about her dealerships cheap ways. Kelowna Chrysler has a hospital atmosphere, a place you’re excited to leave. When it was time to sign papers I was made aware my credit isn’t the best but qualified for a $40K loan. Apologies to the lender on my sale, if the car proved reliable I would keep it. We agreed on payments and to pick the car up after service and detail. About a week later Jeep was ready for pick up. The detail was terrible with streaks all over and smelled for days. Again like with the tires I decided to take my detailing business to the professionals. Steering the car still made a grinding noise like on test drive day, I convinced myself I have a mechanic for that too. I wasn’t happy to deliver this car but my mom was grateful and life goes on, I thought.
3000km later the Jeep is asking for an oil change, 2000km to go according to sticker. I bring the Jeep to my mechanic for an oil change and inspection. Found the oil pan leaking and grinding noise coming from steering column, $120 well spent. I bring the results to Stephan @ Kelowna Chrysler service and they do the repairs. 1 week and $160 later to lubricate struts I finally received the repair I was promised by Jamie on test drive day. Oil pan leak was a recall and I was told by Stephan with a smile “these things happen”, I wished they happened on your garage floor. Like any hospital I just wanted out of there.
About 2 weeks after the service @ Kelowna Chrysler things got dangerous. It’s January my mom drives to mount baldy a ski resort 30km on gravel road from Oliver BC. The Jeep overheats @ -16C and no cell phone signal. When my dad realized she was an hour late he drives down the road to find her stranded and crying. Few days passed before my dad shared the horror story, my mom didn’t want to share the bad news with me. I send the car to another Jeep dealer to find the coolant leak. After a week with the car they can’t find a leak and asked if there was any service work done recently. Kelowna Chrysler lubed the struts and fixed an oil pan leak I shared. When Kelowna Chrysler fixed the oil pan they had to remove a coolant line which causes the line to leak if not pinched. Half a gallon of coolant was used to re-fill the reservoir, the line was not pinched. At this point I gifted a dangerous car with $380 in unexpected repairs in the first 3 months. I had to discuss this with the general manager Michael. It was 2-3 weeks before I could arrange an appointment. I found Stephan in the service department and let him know I’m there to discuss my service problems with the general manager. His first response was deny, “we didn’t touch your coolant but let me check with the mechanic” shortly after he agreed to my findings on a small scale. I was expecting this to be an apprentice mistake but it was their mechanic with 30 years experience. I showed my results to the general manager and was offered $100 store credit. I let him know I will not return for any service. The list of repairs continues to grow and the car hasn’t passed 5000km. Let my bad experience make your bad experience better.

My 2014 Audi A5 was recently vandalized. I got the work done by Kelowna Chrysler. The job they did was nothing short of amazing. I've purchased all of my trucks from here, but when I reported an issue within 12 hours of my last purchase the sales person denied responsibility for it and was rude and condescending. I will not be purchasing vehicles here in the future.
I purchased a used 2011 jeep wrangler from this location. The finance manager pushed for me to purchase all the warranties they offered, at a very large price. I declined as the vehicle already has 100K on it and most expired after that. It has been 6 months and my door locks no longer work with the key fob, the rear glass cracked in the cold weather, the power steering pumped failed, the stereo doesn't work with in temps over 25 degrees or lower than -5 and right now the jeep is having its transmission worked on as the clutch wont disengage ($2100). These jeeps are not built how the old ones were. I had an old jeep TJ that would have continued to run forever and I should have put my money into it.
I've been there a few weeks ago to get my air bag recall done, while the truck was there, i asked them to do a full inspection. They called me up to let me know my brakes are almost metal on metal and it would cost me $828 for a full set of rotors and brake pads(for parts alone). I was skeptical knowing that my rotors are not even 2 years old, so i told them not to change anything. I bought a set of brake pads at Canadian Tire and got ready to change them. All of my brake pads are still at least 50% good, and my rotors have absolutely no reasons to be getting changed anytime soon. If i didn't know any better, the stealership would have charged me over $1100- $1200 for parts and labor to change a set of brakes that are perfectly fine for another 2-3 years! Won't be returning there any time soon

I ordered new mag wheels for my car. I was happy with what the parts guy came up with and was excited to get the work done. That excitement was shot lived however. I brought my summer tires in a week earlier so they could be mounted and balanced BEFORE I GOT THERE. Surprise not done! I got to sit there 1 1/2 hours waiting for the mounting and balancing on the day of my appointment. When I went outside to see the work I realized it was done wrong. My tires were clearly marked FR/FL and RR/RL expecting them to be rotated, they just stuck them on with absolutely no regard as to the proper way to rotate tires. My left front was reinstalled on the left front, right front was on the right rear and the other 2 were they were last year. How can the mechanics at a dealership to do anything to a car if they can't even put tires on correctly? When I went in to explain my issue the girl at the counter at first just ignored me, I had to ask her twice if she heard me, when she acknowledged she heard me she blurted out just make another appointment and we'll fix it. I'd rather pay to go to Rick's tires and have it done correctly. Thanks for wasting my 1 1/2 hours. Very disappointed with the attitude here and the work.
