Your company sold my mother a vehicle only to con her to come in a week and a half later to rip the keys out of her hands.. she was hurt and humiliated. What this company did was mind blowing. I would suggest going into Edmonton for your new vehicle. My mother has great standing credit and everything was signed and the good to go. This situation is unheard of coming form someone who worked at dealerships myself. The manager Eric handled this extremely poorly and I plan to get this story out to the public so this never happens to someone else.
As mentioned.. as soon as she pulled onto the lot they came out took the key from her drove it into the bay and swapped plates while she was in talking to the manager it was planned and deceitful.. they had her previous car upfront ready for her to take. It’s unbelievable.. but a question remains.. if it’s registered and insured in her name who really owns the vehicle?

I've always wanted a Wrangler Rubicon and ended up factory ordering it. My salesman, Sam, was knowledgeable, professional, and fun to deal with. I told him what I wanted and he got it without trying to change my mind or put me in something I didn't want to be in. It was my first time factory ordering a vehicle, but so worth it. I have a 2016 Dodge Eco Diesel that suddenly had issues with it. Upon initial contact, Monica in the service department was able to accomodate my schedule and have the truck brought in very quickly.
The truck had some major issues that required parts which were not readily available. Although it was taking longer than i had hoped, i understand that this was an issue beyond a dealerships control.
What i did appreciate was the constant communication and updates that Monica provided me on a regular basis. As well, Monica and her team took care of some in term transportation needs that i required while without my truck. This was very much appreciated and an unexpected courtesy that other dealerships have not provided to me.
The service team as a whole was fantastic and i understand that a mechanic possibly stayed late to get my truck ready to go as quickly as possible when the parts did arrive.
My truck was provided to me upon completion in a very "cared for " condition and i have not had to return for any deficiencies in the work or future issues.

I stopped by to test drive a wrangler for my wife today, was going to bring it home, which is 2 minutes away so she can have a look at it as we have kids at home and didn't want to bring them all out to the dealership. Dealer wanted to come for a ride with my wife and I--hate when they do this. Just bought a Ram from a dealer in Edmonton and they let me have the vehicle for a couple days before I bought it. Unless the salesman comes with the vehicle, I don't want to hear your sales pitch the entire time I'm test driving it. Was told that they didn't trust me with a $50,000 vehicle, like a Wrangler is something special. Anyhow, I like the vehicle and will definitely buy one, but not from a dealership that wants me to hand them 50 grand but not trust a grown male to take a Jeep for a ride down the road to show his wife and kids.

Just wanted to give a special shout out to the service team that helped us when we got a flat tire near their location. They provided us with a tank of compressed air so we could get it to the service bay, then squeezed us in for a repair even though they were super busy. Special thanks to Eddie!

February was a brutal month for vehicle issues. Took my truck in for a cold weather issue and could not have been more pleased with Monica on the Service Counter and Darryl, the Service Manager. I don't envy their jobs and dealing with customer frustrations. I appreciate that each time I've brought my vehicle in, even if it's just for an oil change, the service I have received has been well above average. I've worked in customer service in the past and know that treating others with respect and kindness goes a long way in this world.
The dealership itself is clean and very friendly, it has that small town feel where a handshake still means something honorable.

I called him up...gave him my trade in information told him what I would like and the price I need to be at. I walked out of there with a new Jeep Willy's JKU with a monthly payment of $350.00 dollars less with my 5 year old trade in!! Don't know how he did it but he did and I'm absolutely totally happy!!
Call him up...chat...tell him what you'd like...let him work on a deal for you, you'll be amazed at what you could get but if there's no deal at least you've made a friend...and we can always use more of those. So yeah if you need a Chrysler just remember FORD!!

Always great service from both parts and service department. I have never had any problems when dealing with them, they really do treat you like one of the family. They have never tried to over sell me on unnecessary services and have been upfront about what they cam provide.
No pressure customer service. Steve and Olivia were so easy to deal with. Got 10 times the vehicle for the same price as a lower end model from other dealers I got quotes from. Service desk people are friendly and great to deal with.

I went looking at dealerships outside of Edmonton after receiving more than lacklustre service from a few dealerships and thankfully was referred to Steve Butler! There were no hassles, just relaxed negotations. In the end, Steve wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Went to Stony Plain Jeep to trade in my husbands Wrangler, there we met Steve Butler, an awesome sales guy. He showed us the 2018 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. Steve was very helpful in getting us a fair price without any pressure. So much so, that with Adam, the sales managers help as well, we bought two of them. Non competitive pricing, I didn't buy my vehicle here but I get it serviced here and I really appreciate Adam in the service department I tell everyone to speak to him. Too bad they can't fix my vehicle and I'm thinking about trading it in again even though I haven't even owned it for a year!!!! Owning an iPhone is a terrible excuse for my Bluetooth not working and hasn't worked since we drive it off the lot. It worked fine in my jeep and in the pickup but not in my Dodge Journey. Seriously disapointed with it, and can't wait to trade it in.
Got a threatening phone call from these guys saying I was stealing their wifi. Problem is I have never stepped foot in Stoney Plain. I don't know how you got my number but if this is how you treat random strangers I hate to find out how you treat your customers. Whoever that employee was is truly unprofessional and reflects poorly on you and your company.
We recently purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 from Stony Plain Chrysler. Jourdain, our Sales Rep. went above and beyond for sure! Right from the start he was very personable. Great personality, and sense of humour. It made the experience very relaxing and easy. We felt so good about being there, we were in and out in a few hours! Amazing sense of humour, we all got along great through the whole experience of purchasing a new vehicle. The prices were fair, they took our counter offer seriously, which from the few other dealers we talked too they would absolutely not budge and not even get back to us with offers. The trade in price was extremely fair as well.
As well, we lived about an hour out of Stony Plain. So when we agreed on some upgrades in the offer that would take an extra day to complete, they delivered the truck to our driveway themselves and took our trade in. Great service, they went out of their way for us instead of vice versa!
Jourdain has even gone out of his way on checking in on us a few months after purchasing our vehicle and seeing how everything was. We are taking our vehicle in on a minor cosmetic fix (Stereo Upgrade, so not really a "fix"), and he set everything up! He even made sure it was all under warranty. Anyone we know looking for a vehicle we will send his way. And anyone reading these reviews, goes see Jourdain. He made buying a vehicle easy and painless!

I was in the market for my first pickup truck. I was just casually doing some online browsing and I had on the off chance mentioned it to my parents. They went out to Stony Plain Chrysler because that's where my old man bought his truck and were greeted and well looked after by Derek Ford. I came out the next day and met with Derek. We took my new 2015 Ram 1500 for a test drive and I was nothing but happy with it. Derek never made me feel pressured or rushed throughout the process. I greatly appreciated that as it was my first brand new vehicle. Derek was even kind enough to give me a lift home after my appointment as my ride was not available. Solid guy, and I had a real solid experience.
Karen was also great in helping me get set up with the payment plan that worked with my pay schedule.
Update! My A/C was never charged from the factory so I made I call to Derek Ford to get it looked at. I work Monday to Friday 9-5 so weekends are really the only time I can bring it in. Derek assured me that "we can squeeze you in" on Saturday as he's "around all day." Well I call Saturday morning as ask when I can bring it in. He asked me when my appointment was when we didn't schedule one. Now I'm stuck without A/C for another week. Looks like I'm gonna find somewhere else to get work done on my vehicle.
