Last year I bought a used 2014 Jeep from another dealership, it’s all I could afford at the time. I have been having nothing but issues with it and the dealership is willing to do nothing, even with purchased extended warranty. I was having a mega issue with my AC not working and my dashboard lighting up like a Christmas tree. I decided to bite the bullet and go to another dealership, Go Dodge Red Deer. The service department is super friendly and helpful. They will charge you an hour of labour to have the issues diagnosed and put a detailed quote together for you before proceeding, I think this is equal value for both sides before proceeding expensive repairs, not to much is cheap for vehicles these days. They also sent me two minute video of the mechanic inspecting my vehicle and explaining the condition of everything to me. I thought this was extremely valuable as the vehicle is 6 years old now. They provided me a shuttle home while the repairs were being conducted as there was several required. All around I really enjoyed my experience here and have a big piece of mind knowing my vehicle is working properly and safe to drive. My only regret, I didn’t shop here last year for vehicle when I was purchasing. I will be sure to return.

I've purchased cars from around the country in the past but never from a dealer that goes the extra mile like you fine folks did - from the detailing of the car to delivering it at my house. Always ready to provide data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. What a convenience to have a dealer like this near me. I would still buy from them if they were half way around the world!
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I called around 10am interested in a vehicle and I ended up driving it home the same day. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. Not only to help me get the vehicle I truly wanted, but they explained everything to me and actually helped me understand the process. They weren’t pushy at all and didn’t put any pressure on me to purchase anything.
After dealing with the struggles of moving across the country, finding a second vehicle was a breeze dealing with Go Dodge Red Deer. After finding a great deal online, I reached out and was contacted by Allan. Being from Calgary, he was fantastic to deal with and made sure everything was ready for is when we arrived. My wife and I just recently bought a 2020 Jeep Compass from the dealership. Its been many years since we bought a vehicle and of course we were a little apprehensive. The old worry about pressure tactics, haggling the day away etc..... did not transpire. No pressure at all. We got a very good price on our vehicle. We did our due diligence before we bought so we knew what would be a decent price. Our salesman, Cody Hagg, was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and then some. We walked around the brand new dealership, helped our selves to hot chocolate etc. When it came time to talk with Graham, the Finance Manger, that also was a positive experience. He explained everything that was available in detail to us but no pressure to purchase. Its his job to make us aware of all the warranty options, he did his job. All the staff were friendly to us even the ones who were not directly involved in the transaction. A complete good customer service experience. One day we will have to replace our other vehicle. Great experience purchasing a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I price shopped them. The dealership I purchased 2 new vehicles from would not touch there deal. If you want the best price out of the gate this is the place to get it. Thanks for the great deal on the new Wrangler and I will be back for service and another vehicle for my wife.
What started out as a good experience (with some hiccups that were worked out) buying a brand new 2500 Ram Laramie has ended in one of the worst. One basic protection I CLEARLY started must be on the truck was removed from the deal and "Dealer Specific" talk was used to muddle the conversation and never clear that I was not getting the Ceramic Coating I absolutely required to be on the truck. There is swirls all through the paint now after a month of ownership and only two washes. So, of course, I am left holding the bag because "I didn't pay for it" even though I clearly stated during negotiations that these are the items I want and this is what price it needs to fit into and they come back and say "All good we got it to fit into your requirements." UNFORTUNATELY, they didn't tell me they removed items that I requested to make it "fit"! The whole deal was marred with issues that the staff had worked diligently to make right as best they could. The truck was shipped up to Northern Alberta without the 3M paint protection being installed, which they got installed up here but not before the truck suffered paint chips. Nothing can be done about those now. I would have thought they would have worked with me more in rectifying this because of all hassles I did go through but I am left with a truck with the worst paint I have ever seen and that includes my last truck that was black and never had ceramic coating either. I went from being satisfied with the team to being completely upset and never less happy with a dealership. Their only solution was a discount if I drive 700km to them and have them do it. In the end I felt like I was being called a liar, that they "don't remember me ever saying that" and I get left with no recourse but to hopefully deter some people from going to them.

I struggled with another dealership in Red Deer for a couple months, they failed to help me, they lied, and hit my credit several times. I called go dodge and got paired with Allan. I had come in with several trucks to the table that was in their lot. Allan had listened to my budget and not only did he stay with in but he hit it on the first try, not a dollar out. He was willing to help me, was super friendly, very informative and respectful. I highly recommend going to Go Dodge in Red Deer if you are looking to be in charge of your own purchase, with staff willing to help you along the way.

Worst place ever!! I bought a vehicle from them few months ago and I love my car. Don't get me wrong. But they have poor customer service. They only want your money and once they got it, you're done and gone to them. They never wanna deal with you anymore. They take advantage of everything as much as they can instead of helping you. I gave them plenty of chances to prove me wrong, instead they made me look stupid!! I had to go back few times just to get things straighten out. Not only that, NO ONE even wants to talk to me at all!! They gave me a falsified document and in that case, I can't submit a claim. Now they want me to commit fraud to cover up their butt. Just an advice to people. NEVER SHAKE HANDS WITH THEM!! ZERO STAR!! Highly UNRECOMMENDED!!!
I was passing through and had an issue with my brakes. I stopped in here and August in service was really nice. Alex the service manager was crawling under my truck in the parking lot fixed my truck and I was on the road in less than a half hour. Great fast service thank you very much

You guys and ladies are some of the best crew i have ever purchased trucks from (im in the oilfield and buy a new truck every couple years) This dealership is not the fanciest i have ever seen, but the team they have working there sure give there all. Don't pay attention to some of the bad reviews there probably just people that cannot be pleased. I know some people are just miserable and would not know a good deal if it bit them in the rear. If you want a great deal from friendly staff stop in and see them!
The best Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership out there! I have been dealing with this dealership for years. There finance team got me the best interest rate and there managers paid me me more for my trade then anywhere else. Super happy with the service. I've sent my mom, my dad, and 2 cousins in the store and everyone of them have left very happy, AND i received a 500 dollar referral for sending them in each time. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from these fine folks and they were amazing, the price i paid was thousands less then anywhere else. I called 5 dealerships and these people came in the lowest and the best priced on everything including the paint protection film (I hate rock chips). If you want the best price and friendly staff stop in and see them! What a great team.
when we arrived to pick it up the vehicle from out of the area,( 7 hr drive) we found out that it had issues that needed to be addressed . The salesman tried to make it right but managers wanted us to eat the cost of repairs which were estimated to be $2000! After much debate they offered $500 for us to take the deal without fixing anything . The managers did not support /back the salesman in any way and I felt truly sorry for him! I see the vehicle is still listed for original price with NO MENTION of the issues that need to be fixed that they ARE AWARE of . Again salesman Brad was superb, managers kept mentioning loss they would take and that they would get fired !!! Totally unprofessional !
Bought my van new in 2016. Spent close to 18hours wondering around the dealership waiting for the proper paperwork and things to be sorted out with my trade in. Since then I've had a bunch of oil changes and given times for pick up. Not once has it been ready at the time they promised. I've left my van for warranty work in the past and when it came time to pick up the work hadn't even been done. I'm so over this place and have now taken my business elsewhere. Go dodge can go you know what. Never again will I make the mistake of dealing with these people.

Really impressed with the ease of purchasing a vehicle here. Im on my 2nd vehicle from go auto in Red Deer and it seems this second time around things have vastly improved since the first purchase. The staff is friendly and are much more willing to work with you to get you into the vehicle you want then most of the other dealers. I had one small issue with the new car I bought there and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Definitely worth checking out.

I found a major leak in my fuel line on my old diesel truck when I was leaving my hotel to travel the 2.5 hours home to my family. Even tho the service dept was swamped, and they didn’t have the part on hand to fix it that day, the service manager was extremely understanding and the awesome diesel tech got my truck in and patched me up enough to get me home. I’m very grateful for their knowledge and willingness to help me out to get me home on an emergency walk-in.

The customer service at the service department is so bad I wonder how they ever stay in business.....oh wait, it's because dodges break down constantly! Whenever we take it off the pavement it's a running family joke that some piece of the truck or another falls off.
I repeatedly had to call to get information on the vehicle being serviced. I had one of their 'peace of mind' inspections when the wiring harness of our Dodge Truck failed. (Apparently very common yet not a recall in Canada.) It did not provide me with much piece of mind since we were back less than 6 months later with a bunch of other issues. We had another 'piece of mind' inspection when our door handle broke off which revealed 6 new issues adding up to almost $2000. One of which was requiring a new light bulb...which I guess they were incapable of replacing when they had it all apart for the inspections. I was told I would be called to discuss anything discovered in the inspection since we were picking our truck up from reception after the service department had closed. We received the good news from the receptionist. And to add insult to injury, they had no idea where my vehicle was when I came to pick it up and it was not easily visible on their very large lot. I had to just wander around pressing the panic button until I finally heard and located my truck.
My advice to all, don't buy a dodge in the first place or you will have very regular visits to the service department. My 20 year old Honda breaks down and rusts way less than a dodge truck less than half its age.
Had an amazing experience here, Jarrett helped me so much when I came to take a look. With being an 18 year old and never really taking a good look at a dealership, he helped me and answered all my questions, and I asked ALOT of questions. He kept in mind that I am a student and do not want something that is worth an arm and a leg and he showed me a couple options that were right in my price range and tried everything he could to make me happy and and make me want to come back when I am fully ready to get a new car. And when I am ready I know where I am going! Once again, a very great experience and highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
