The service staff in the quick lube are scarily incompetent and disorganized. I was stuck there for over an hour. They have no idea what coolant looks like so they tried to upsell me into different services, saying if I don’t do them my engine will be ruined. They also took out my cabin air filter without replacing it. I left feeling like they wrecked my vehicle. It was a very stressful start to a long drive. I would avoid getting any services done here at all costs.

Great purchasing experiance on my2017 Murano. There was no high pressure sales pitch.I was given all the information available on this vehicle.We were able to negotiate a deal to suit my buget. The sales people were friendly. So far I am pleased with my Murano it was very well looked after and maintained. I would definately consider this dealership in the future. I finance a 2017 dodge ram 1500 for over a year now and get my regular service done here all the time since. Last week I went in for a tire rotation and was sitting in the truck the whole time. I noticed the worker having a hard time trying to get my rear driver side tire off and ended up using a mallet for a few minutes just to get it off. The tires were rotated at the end of it.

Not 100 kms later that same tire he had trouble with shock broke on me. Had oil or grease spray out of. I did not think it was a coincidence but had to wait until this long weekend was over to call the service manager. When I was able to and let him know my experience and what had happened to my shock he merely said "I find that hard to believe that would cause damage." and asked he was malleating on the outside or inside. In my ignorance said outside even though I was not sure where he was, I was just sure that he spend a lot of time on that tire specifically.

I told him I get service done on my truck there and they should have info about what is going on under the truck each time. He said he would get back to me when he looks at my history. He did not get back to me and I have tried calling him back twice since then but keep getting directed to his voice mail. This has been over two days now. I gave up trying to get a hold of him.

I know most dealerships make their money from service but I did not think that I would go in for a $50 tire rotation and have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix what I believe was their mistake. I wish I was not financing through Denham anymore.

I Have been a loyal jeep customer for over 10 years and I will never buy from them again … from the complete lack of customer service , knowledge and attitude given to me including from the service manager is unacceptable

I called twice to book my Jeep in and they said they couldn’t get me in until Feb (3 weeks away) it took two phone calls for them to take five minutes and scan my Jeep to see what codes show up so I can decide wether I should be driving it until then or not code came up multiple misfires … they then shrugged me off and told me to keep driving it and if the engine blows up it’s covered under warranty and I have roadside assistance even though it’s -30 outside, I have Kids to drive around and not to mention it will barely go highway speeds , I then escalated my concerns about safety and doing more damage if I continue to drive it to the service manager and his response was “if the engine blows up that would be your best case scenario”
After 4 days of waiting for a phone call I went back in to talk with the service manager and he wrote me a letter saying to continue driving the vehicle and if more damage occurs it would be covered under warranty
Everything I’ve read online tells me if the engine light is blinking to bring it in to the dodge dealership immediately yet they could care less and would rather replace the whole engine instead of fixing the problem

Lady at the front desk showed attitude and no customer service skills when I brought up to her my trucks bumper s allignment wasn't correct and the installation wasn't to my satisfaction as the alignment was completely off. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused and said that I couldnt. I had to go through a salesperson on the floor in order to have the ability to speak and get ahold of someone. In order to get the bumper re alighned and fixed. The individual who had worked on my truck didn't mention anything about the bumper not popping back in and just wanted payment for their shady work.

They are good in selling cars or vehicles and if there is problem with the vehicle they dont care about. You booked an appointment and forgot , they will tell you it is not theyre responisiblity to call the customer to remind you for your appointment and a guy in the service dont know how to deal with the clients or customer i suggest to hire a guy with knowledge delaing with customers and on vehicle..your paying a guy that its not worth it in your company!!!what a shame!!!

Very disappointed with the customer service! Booked an appointment for some maintenance work and they never called saying they ran out of time to take a look on that specific day. I get things come up but the least you can do is call the owner so they can arrange to come pick up or borrow another vehicle for an extra day. Not enough time was given to arrange vehicle to be brought home or borrow someone else’s vehicle so it spent the night. Their team took a look at the vehicle the next day and called to see if they could change air filter as it was quite dirty. OVER AN HOUR LATER they call and say the window was smashed and that it was broken into the night before. (Nothing of value was taken, and it happened supposedly in their compound - but why weren’t we notified in the am when they “checked the air filter”). Just more money to replace window. Finally after a week we go to pick up vehicle and glass is still on the driver seat. It wasn’t even cleaned, and workers obviously sat on the seat to move from compound to shop! They are lucky the glass didn’t rip the leather. But I am beyond disappointed on how a loyal customer was treated. The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing. Nothing like going above and beyond for their customers. I give them a 0 star rating!

Incompetent and untrustworthy. Will throw random parts at a vehicle they can't seem to diagnose, and will string you along with improper repairs until you are out of warranty. They will flat out lie to mopar to avoid dealing with warranty repairs when their amateur diesel mechanic can't find why an engine is knocking. Bring your vehicle anywhere but here if you want it fixed properly.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Denham. I bought 2 vehicles in the last 2 years and the Jeep Grand Cherokee (new) had major issues (electrical, radio and all audio functions shut down intermittently) We had to go through both sales managers, the sales rep (who didn’t respond to messages or calls) and then finally the GM just to get a rental vehicle.
They never solved the issue and when my wife was in the hospital for surgery and recovering they were pushy with getting the vehicle back. The Gm never once asked if things were ok, felt like just a number and once we bought the vehicle they treat people like garbage. I would never recommend buying from them as they truly don’t care about people or their reputation.

I was left with a hefty >$8,000 bill after having to replace the turbocharger (and everything that goes with it) in a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 that I purchased from this lot (replaced at a different Chrysler dealership). I should've realized that the truck was down on power from the day that I purchased it, but I unfortunately did not have much of a baseline since it is a daily driver for me (work and back, ~30km highway driving). The management and staff shrugged their shoulders and said essentially said "too bad" after I confronted them, and now I'm left with a big bill.

I do not recommend buying any used vehicles from this lot. You'd expect from Chrysler dealership that they'd do their due diligence on a vehicle prior to putting it up for sale, but I just don't think it was the case.

Again, don't buy a used vehicle from here unless you're looking to pay a great deal extra for repairs.

The guys got the work done, but it did take 3 trips to get it done. I needed an update for my radio head unit and it took three tries to update it with the correct software after I specifically told them the update that was needed that i had found online.

I've always get my Chrysler vehicles serviced here and they do great service but this dealership never approves me or its just a Lloyd thing. Ulmer and Denham wanted co signers even tho my credit isn't the best with a solid job and that usually sends me to Edmonton area, they approve me instant and ask me why many Lloyd guys come to Edmonton. Which is why I can't help local here. Seems to me you need 700+ credit in this town to get something. But great service department.
