This was my first experience with this dealership. The servus was incredible, the staff was very nice and respectful. The sales associate Nizar Elossais was very helpful and showed me only vehicles that fit my budget and did not push vehicles that I was not interested in (makes, models, features). Babak Shams (finance) was very helpful in laying out exactly what I was paying for and made sure I got the best deal. Both Babak and Nizar were very friendly and easy to get along with. I highly recommend seeing both of them.
This was my first experience dealing with this dealership. My husband dragged me to look at a car on a Saturday evening 30 min before closing. I had no intentions of purchasing one that night but knew I only had a few days. My previous car was written off in a horrible accident. I reluctantly test drove a used Nissan Ultima 3.5 fully loaded and loved the ride. Within 30 min I was approved and walking out the door on a Saturday evening ,very pleased. A week later my husbands truck broke down. I suggested it was time to start looking as it was quite old and had many kilometres on it . I had noticed a dodge sport that looked very new in the parking lot and suggested my husband take it for a test drive. He was very pleased and again was approved on the spot. Brandon was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating . We are the proud owners of two vehicles in one week and cannot write enough complements to Brandon and Londonderry dealership. My boyfriend and I went into londonderry dodge to purchase a new vehicle, a reliable vehicle. When we got there and started talking with Oz, he was so quick to help us out, and make sure we were goin to get exactly what we were looking for. We thought maybe used would have been the way to go, so Oz then introduced us to Lyle. Btwn these two gentlemen, they got us into our prefect fit. The truck I have always wanted, and never thought I'd be able to afford. These two guys were absolutely amazing with helping us find our truck, and adding things to it to make it work for our family. Once we decided we found our perfect truck, we then got to deal with Raymond and Matt in financing. Just because we found our truck, and we felt Lyle and Oz got us the absolute best price possible, it was now time to see if we would be approved, and sure enough, we were. Great place to buy a vehicle! wonderful staff, RJ the salesman was very personable and Friendly, pretty sure he even came in on his day off to be there when I picked the vehicle up and went for a drive with me to make sure everything was perfect. As I walked into Londonderry Dodge I was greeted at the door. I noted that I was looking for a used vehicle and was directed to Marcelo. Marcelo was fantastic!!! He inquired what I was looking for. I informed him about the ads I had seen on two Dodge 1500 rams. Marcelo brought up the information and brought the first one out for a test drive.
Even though the truck was used, Marcelo and the team at Londonderry Dodge went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and the way I wanted it.

The experience there is great, I also like there building, very modern. The dealer that I talked to, Mr. Lyle Richer, was a great man. Very knowledgeable and have a really rich experience he shared to me and my dad. We went there to find a used Jeep as for my first car. Boy am I surprised, the deal was absolutely great! The year is also at 2017, which made it better! If I will buy another car, I will definitely comeback!
We're not big on shopping at dealerships. We found a vehicle we were interested in it happened to be at a dealership. The service and prices at Londonderry are better than all of the other Dodge dealerships in Edmonton. They consistently try to get you in and out, and the shuttle is prompt. Daryl is a great service advisor! He is understanding and respects your budget. Would recommend Londonderry!
They are very nice, very knowledgeable, are not super pushy for the sales but they wont allow you to leave empty handed if your truly looking for a vehicle.
Though, I've had a few hiccups on service requests. Some of which are simple and should not be difficult to be fixed, such as tire rotations, simple filter changes, recalls. Other than that, best dealer in the city in my opinion
Just bought a pre-owned 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Londonderry Dodge and am very pleased with the service. Brian, our sales consultant, was great to deal with and made sure all our concerns were addressed, even going the extra mile on a couple of our requests. Was very happy with the service I received from Jordan. Got a brand new jeep and the staff at Londonderry really set me up good. Second vehicle I purchased at this dealership I bought a car from Chevy too and wasn't very impressed. Jordan kinda looks like lip from shameless and he's super helpful. Leave your girlfriend at home, surprise her with a new jeep. You don't need her to fall in love with Jordan and the jeep just the jeep. I was able to get a good finance rate better than I had and I now go fishing every weekend and I'm not stuck in a car. Probably my favourite part is how everyone in jeeps waves at each other like your in a secret club! So cool
Hands down the best dealership staff I’ve dealt with in Edmonton. Service/parts manager is extremely attentive and detailed, provides good recommendations. Sales staff very honest and focus on customer retention by not being pushy or misleading customers. Very refreshing.
Recently made my first big purchase with Londonderry Dodge. We had seen the perfect vehicle on autotrader and went to look at it right away. It seemed pretty busy when we came in but Sherry was able to see us right away and bring the vehicle up for a test drive. Sherry was very polite and helpful. My boyfriend, mom and dad agree that I received a very good deal.
We are extremely happy with our purchase, the people there were all fantastic. Our sales person Ken Vaters was the best, enjoyed him and very thorough going through the process. The Managers Denver and Rick were great. All and all an excellent buying experience, no hesitation to refer Londonderry Dodge to family, friends and strangers.
Do not shop here. They sold me a vehicle which was $7000 more than at Dodge in the west side. Vehicle in West Dealership had all same features. They claim that if it is the vehicle with the same features they will honor the price. They did not. I wanted to return vehicle after one day but they refused. The worst experience ever. I highly recommend to avoid this place. If I could I would give them zero.

We received a fair value for our trade and we were very satisfied with the price we paid for our new vehicle. Pleasant to deal with while setting up the service appointment for my 2500 RAM diesel. Dropping off and picking up went smooth. Staff that I dealt with in the service department were professional.
A car was booked for me with Enterprise - which was handy. The process of getting a rental (being picked up, go back to the rental office for paperwork and condition inspection then the returning of the rental vehicle) is time consuming. I am wondering if there is a more efficient way to obtain a rental (or loaner) vehicle?

He even stayed five hours past the end of his shift to make sure we got everything taken care of when we picked up our 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport! Definitely an Awesome experience. I went in for an oil change and left owning a van. Sherri is awesome, she smiled brightly when she greeted me and when asked about trading in my Jeep for a van she quickly and efficiently had a selection available for me to view. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! They were fantastic to deal with. We dealt with Nathan, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and acocmadating. He was and continues to be very prompt with responding back. We also had a great experience going through finance with Mike, and also with the manager Justin. Car dealerships can be a nightmare to deal with and these guys made the whole process super comfortable. They explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I would definitely recommend them.
I went in with experience of financing previously. They made me feel like they respected my previous knowledge. Sadi was an awesome sales rep! Very personable, willing to work and go though as many vehicles as I asked him to look at. Never once did I feel like I was being strong armed. They had the best prices I could find in my over a month long search. So glad I made the switch!

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Londonderry... from the moment I contacted them to the moment I received my new truck they were awesome to deal with. Truck sales manager Rick was never too busy to take my call and always responded to my texts super fast and the salesman Lee listened to what I was looking for and hit the nail right on the head. I had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Londonderry Dodge on my recent trip from Calgary to Edmonton. They were very accommodating including letting me test drive the vehicle to run some errands while I was in town. The sales office was straight forward and easy to deal with. They provided various options I asked for including an option for 0% financing. At the end of the day I purchased the vehicle in one afternoon and drove it away almost an hour after their business hours ended.
The sales manager topped things off by offering me a tank of fuel and a full detail next time I am up in Edmonton. What a wonderful touch! I hope to take them up on this when I am back around. I had a few things in the sales contract that I did not understand after the sale and even though the sale was done they made everything right.

This was the first time we have ever been here. I met with the sales guy Alex who was very pleasant to deal with . No games or sales tactics which was refreshing for a change. The manager Ray made sure we were looked after from the second we walked in , to the sale and right through to the finance portion. Very well organized , down to earth and not pushy or aggressive. I came to Londonderry Dodge after being referred by a friend who works in their parts department. We were sent directly to Oz who is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very personable and straight to the point. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, he listened to what we said we wanted and did his best to find a match. And he did! The first Jeep Wrangler he brought us turned out to be the one that we purchased. Krista (the GSM) was fantastic to deal with as well. On top of giving us a wicked deal on our trade in, she was very friendly and made sure that we were well taken care of. Andrew in finance was also great, he helped to get my financing with no co signer and gave me a good interest rate.
We went on a Friday night, and were not able to finish the paperwork until the following Monday, but they were nice enough to let us have the jeep for the weekend and that's all we have been driving since!

My husband and I were looking for a new car. A couple of weeks ago, we met "Danny". He was professional, courteous and certainly not your typical "car salesman"! We didn't feel pressured to make a decision, and he didn't try to sell us something he didn't want. We don't live in Edmonton, so it took a couple of weeks to return to make our final decision. When we did, all of the employees we encountered were of the same calibre as Danny. In the end, we purchased a 2011 Dodge Charger and we LOVE IT!
