Went here for years with my family. Had interactions with Wayne P. After dealing with someone so completely void of morals and any sense of honesty I will not be back. Any company that hires such a morally bankrupt individual I won't be back. He did everything in his power to ensure my family got completely hosed in our dealings with camrose chrysler .
I've been to quick lube places that were more honest. How wayne has become the manager of your service department when he will literally scam anything with a pulse I'll never know. Maybe that's a reflection of the owners .
good people, but first time I see a car agent forcing to sell a $50K car with broken windshield, without repairing. This was not announced on this used car product features. Agency wants me to pay full price and then repair $2K windshield at my cost, since I showed some interest to buy this car.

My first visit. Great fast service today at the parts desk. The correct part for my 2010 Grand Caravan was in stock. Unfortunately it didn't fix the "gascap" alarm. I will go back in the morning to see if they will take it back. The engine was only started, the van wasn't moved.
Definitely recommend buying from these guys. The staff at the dealership are friendly to deal with and helpful. Some dealerships you have to repeat yourself over and over, they transfer your calls to other people, etc, it's annoying. I bought a used SUV from them. Super easy buying experience. They are reasonable with their pricing and don't pressure you, no rude tone compared to some of the big dealerships in the city. It felt like they do value you as a customer. They even delivered my car to me in Edmonton :) Most of the vehicle purchase was done online aside from test driving and checking out the vehicle in person, I think this is important, we live in 2020 and during Covid times, this made it a big bonus. We all have busy lives don't have time to be back and forth at dealerships. If you're buying used, ask for Doug he's actually helpful and gets back to you quickly.

The service dept here is exceptional!! So much that we come from a different city to use them.Twice now we had to leave our vehicle for service and the service team were ready and willing to look after us , including having a loaner vehicle ready . One time they ran out of loaners and the General manager took a new vehicle off the lot and allowed my family to use it.The service team will keep in contact with you as repairs are made and they respect your vehicle while its there .Our vehicle was bought from Camrose Chrysler and we will definitely be buying again in the future.

If I could give a negative ten I would. I got sold a preowned vehicle and within a week I had issues with it and took it in then the manager released the vehicle to an unknown person without giving me, the only registered owner, a call to confirm anything in regards to the car, on top of that they let a new saleslady (poor girl also had no idea why that happened and started sobbing on the phone) deal with me while the manager passed on messages instead of having the fortitude to take ownership of the situation and talk to me. As my first financed vehicle I am at a loss of words at the lack of professionalism exhibited by the individuals who dealt with me and I am forced to take time off work and deal with their incompetence. I hope that this never happens to anyone else and that this is only a once off occurrence and can be rectified without anymore escalation.
Great dealership with amazing customer service! Have purchased twice from here now, most recently a Durango. Have a small issue with wiring for a hitch they did and without missing a beat they offer to drive over 200km to deliver me a loaner car while they take mine and fix it up and deliver it back to me! Wish more dealerships would have this service and look after their customers, because I know where we will look first next time we are vehicle shopping!

Booked my wife'c Cherokee in for a service and front brakes. The they call with a $3,500 quote which included things that by the recommended service schedule did not need to be done for another 50,000+ km. To top it off Told them we wanted synthetic and they used regular oil.
To bad there are not negative star ratings.

They reap me off on my extended warranty... i paid almost 3 grand for extend warranty and they told me its expired not even 3 years yet since i bought my car neither a 100k kms. Im only at 55k kms. Won’t recommend to anyone. Never!

Purchased two vehicles from here and have had plenty service done. Not one complaint from my experience. Lincoln and his team have taken great care of me from the beginning and are always available to help and answer my questions and go above and beyond. I would reccomend purchasing a car from here to anyone I know and to talk to Lincoln first if you do!
