They will tell you deposits are refundable and then refuse to refund them without a sale. They were very secretive with prices and rates. Will only negotiate by the payments you want to pay, obviously so they can maximize their sale price. Very shady, stay away!!

I came in to have my tires rotated. Didn’t need to book it, just came in. The rotation did not take very long. I was able to relax and have a complimentary coffee while I did some work in their lounge. After I paid and went out to my vehicle I realized they had also washed my truck. Blown away by the level of great customer service I got today. Service like this gives a guy confidence when selecting a dealership.

Decent place to go get your oil changed but I would certainly think twice about buying a vehicle from them. People were nice enough but when a salesman says " I can get you a great deal on that" and then the deal he offers you is akin to paying 10% more than the actual sticker price ( maybe exaggerating a bit but not much) you just kind of laugh and realize you take your money elsewhere. I enjoy a good deal the same as the next guy, but I hate being ripped off even more. Some customers are educated and know the difference.
Recently purchased a truck from here and the process was amazing. Mohammed helped me and he was great. He was not pushy at all and he was very patient. Brandon in financing was great to, it was very efficient and smooth sailing on our end! Thank you guys!

Purchased my truck from Alicia the fleet manager at STC. I have been working with Alicia for the past 8 years and she is always absolutely amazing to deal with and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to purchase vehicles for their business. In addition to that, I recently had an issue with my truck and Alicia worked with the Parts Manager Kelly to get me sorted out. Most dealerships focus on just selling you vehicles. Alicia and her team take care of you 100% of the time.
South Trail Chrysler is a very shady company. After my partner purchased a 2018 SUV at this location I decided one day to review the contract. I discovered that South Trail Chrysler added a $2500.00 “inspection fee” to her new 2018 SUV with only 20,000 km on it. When we inquired as to what this “inspection fee” was no one, not even the sales manager could give us an answer. We have received the run around for a month. Always told “we will look into it” and they never get back to us. We had the contract reviewed by a sales manager at another reputable dealership and he agreed that it seems they blatantly racked $2500.00 onto her contract with no explanation. They didn’t discuss it with her, did not review it with her, didn’t even mention it to her and now they refuse to even acknowledge it’s there. If your purchasing a new vehicle truly avoid this dealership. We are currently reviewing our legal options as well as filing formal complaints with the necessary organizations to resolve the issue. Be very careful. They are very dishonest.

A few months back, my husband and I wanted a new vehicle but were very indecisive on what we wanted. We stopped by the South Trail Chrysler dealership and test drove a few vehicles. Our sales girl (Alicia) was amazing and took a lot of time to give us all the details on every single vehicles we looked at. She wasn’t pushy and even after we left and I called her about 1 million times asking little questions, she got back to me right away.
We went to a few other dealership to see what else was out there, but came back to South Trail because we had such a great experience. Not to mention, their customer lounge is Amazing!! Lattes, hair salon, kids playroom, sport lounge!! What more could you ask for, while waiting for an oil change?!
Finally we purchased our brand new Jeep and they delivered it to our front door so that I didn’t have to shuttle my car seat to the dealership! Talk about amazing service!
We have had our jeep for a few weeks and absolutely love it. I popped by the dealership on a whim to see if I could get some help with the high tech touch screen, as I couldn’t figure out a few items. Alicia jumped in the vehicle and ran through everything with me, to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the functions.
Needless to say, I highly recommend this dealership and will only be purchasing from here!
Just picked up my Ram from their service dept. for routine maintenance. This was my first visit to this dealership and I'm very impressed! The service advisor Jenn was awesome to deal with. Very positive experience. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They also have a wide range of selections for cars. Chris, the Sales Executive is very helpful and patience. Chad, who is in charge of finance is also very efficient and responsive. They are really considerate and try their best to solve the question for customer, which make the process much easier. South Trail did an excellent diagnostics job, changed oil and found brakes needed some work. They quickly sourced the parts and had us in for a speedy and quality conclusion to the work. Vehicle was ready as promised and even in under the original quote. Highly recommend this dealer for reliable and quality service. I have had difficulty finding a reliable Dodge dealer to service our Promaster Van and these folks are worth the visit.
This past weekend my husband and I had started our day at another dealership and we had left there completely disheartened. We decided that South Trail Chrysler was our last stop of the day.
Upon arriving at South Trail Chrysler, as we were stepping out of our vehicle, Andrew was walking out the front doors and greeted us within seconds. He took us back to his office where we discussed what we were looking for.
He diligently wrote down all the specifics we had wanted, he asked what we could afford, what we wanted for our trade and then took that to his management team to help find us the perfect fit. We appreciated this sales approach as this doesn't waste anyone's time, you aren't being shown something you can't afford.
Andrew is very kind, friendly, funny and charismatic. He is with you 100% of the way and he doesn't make you feel pressured. He made this sale so easy, when we are ready to get our second vehicle we definitely will be seeing him again.
Brittany, the finance manager also helped a great deal in this sale. Her kind , friendly and heart warming persona, makes you feel at ease. She went through every option there was for us and was really helpful when answering questions. I have never had such a positive dealing with a finance manager.

The dealership is massive, clean and great amenities. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Whitman fairly new salesman. He was eager and very helpful, well kempt and kind. I would highly recommend him. Sadly the dealership offered 25 percent less for my trade in then 3 other dealerships. So I could not go with them. But Andrew Whitman was awesome.
Brandon and the staff at South Trail Chrysler ensured that my purchasing experience was nothing less than stellar. I inquired about a vehicle and when I arrived to view it, it was waiting for me in the covered bay. Brandon provided me with all of the relevant details prior to the test drive. The purchase process was pleasant and hassle free. South Trail Chrysler also provided the option of having them facilitate the registration of my new vehicle. This eliminates the requirement to find a registry and avoid wait lines at no extra cost except for the normal transfer of plate fee. When I arrived for delivery, I was greeted by the delivery agent and she ensured that I was familiar with all of the details of the vehicle prior to the completion of the purchase. The end to end service was a great experience, which shows the the professionalism of this team.

As well Roger F (finance) does whatever he can to help get bank approvals and is also honest and excited about getting people into what they want. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with in buying my new truck.
Found a GMC pickup online here, did some messaging with Andrew. The online trade appraisal gave me a great price on my 2010 Laramie 1500. Venture up to have a look, and Andrew in sales is a great guy. We wrote up a deal, I put $$ down. He took my truck to the appraiser and came back about 30 min. later with disappointing news. I feel the appraiser doesn't know what he was looking at. Yes it's got higher mileage, but has been maintained extra well. They made claims of truck being overloaded, (front leveling installed) engine was loud (aftermarket muffler). This truck has had synthetic oil changes every 6000km, new brakes and rotors 8 months ago and recent new plugs, and brake fluid, transmission, and diffs flushed. New tires days ago .They didn't seem to care and offered me 1/2 of the online. This truck is great, you disappointed me and I would not recommend South Trail Chrysler.
Again though the salesman Andrew gets a thumb up as he tried.

I bought 2 Dodge Rams from South Trail back in September 2017. I did a lot of research and found that South Trail Chrysler offered the best deal. The dealer principal Mike is a great guy and Alicia in fleet sales was super friendly and great to deal with. I take the trucks back there for oil changes and maintenance and they always take care of me right away and fix any issues without question. Will be buying my next vehicle from them again!
We bought a Pacifica Hybrid from South trail and it was a seamless experience. Brad Shannon was an extremely helpful and nice guy to deal with and gave us all the info that they had on the car. Being a brand new model (the hybrid) it was the first one that the dealership had brought in and Brad was so good at saying 'I'm not sure, let's find out' as opposed to the typical attitude of 'I know everything.' We have referred friends to Brad and South trail because he was so good to deal with. Their pricing was on par with other Chrysler dealers in town an in the end they included the electric charger which was a deal maker for us.

Honest, straight-forward fair treatment and no games. I cannot recommend this dealership and fine group of people enough. Special thanks to Nick for doing my delivery as it is not his job. He is a sales associate and stepped in when the regular person was away. He knows his stuff! Special thanks also to sales manager Brad who organized the closing and pick up last minute on a Saturday when Danny was not available. Showroom reception was friendly and courteous. I went in for an oil change on my very well-used Jeep Cherokee, and came out with a new Jeep Compass. It was not a planned purchase; although I knew my old beloved Cherokee had some issues, I was not expecting to learn it was terminal. Jeremy in Service was wonderful - he was honest, understanding, and provided realistic advice on my options so it was easier for me to make some decisions ... which led me to Adrian in Sales. Adrian took all the pressure out of buying a new vehicle, and made it almost a little too easy. Chad from Finance was my next step, and shockingly that too was a pleasant experience (Finance is usually never pleasant!). Both Adrian and Chad were flexible, open, and willing to work with me to make sure I had what I wanted and needed. And they offered me a great trade-in on my terminal (yet still beloved) Cherokee, despite knowing its condition. Finally, Deanna helped me set up all the fancy technology in the new Compass, made sure I was good to go and didn't have any questions, and sent me on my way. Although it hurt to leave my (still beloved) Cherokee behind, having such a pleasant experience buying a new vehicle from start to finish certainly helped me move on to newer shinier things.
