For years I’ve Been , quote on quote “saving money going elsewhere due to the thought that service at dealership is costly and for suckers. How wrong have I been ;). Accidentally ended up becoming a customer after my mechanic at global auto couldn’t solve my issue. They dropped my car off and the rest is history. I’m always coming to huntclub location. Service team exceptional overtop help and great treats in waiting room. MARCO helped me recently he is an amazing employee , he offered to install my bulbs I was getting almost insisted and made my experience feel extra like Family. Still say his name should be Colin not Marco. But gotta to give props when they are due. Wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen who I originally met when I got my car first time. Also had stellar talk with a young lady on the phone when I called to track down Marcos name. She deserves my recognition too. All around exemplary team you’ve hired - almost can’t wait to meet more.

I wanted to post my experience buying my first car, a q50 from Myers Infiniti but specifically Amaan. I did a lot of research on the car and I knew almost every detail about everything! Amaan was able to surprise me with his own knowledge about the car and the details about each package.
When it came down to making an offer, I told him I had spoken to the competition in the city and overall, I hated that experience. 417 Infiniti were very pushy, tried to trick me into a low price but increasing the financing rate immensely, like any stereotypical dealer.
Overall the buying experience at Meyers was perfect and Amaan helped me find exactly what I wanted at a great competitive price.
If you are looking for an infiniti, the buying process at this dealer is fantastic. The parts department also helped me find some accessories and where very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

We leased a car almost a year ago now - still waiting on the second key and a payment issue being sorted out. Sales staff never return calls. Very disappointed.

After nearly 2 years, these issues are now finally resolved. We eventually e-mailed their new CEO, who seems very proactive. We had the second key within 2 days!

Would have been a 5 star experience except we were issued the wrong ownership which wasn’t discovered until we had the vehicle home. We drove back to the dealership but they were unable to provide the proper ownership so we had to go back the following day to pick it up.

Horrible experience!! the tech installed a wrong tire in my infiniti awd and caused damage in front axel or transmission. the service manager refused to take responsibility and blamed me for the incorrect tire being installed by their technicians! very poor customer care and problem solving skills on the part of the service manager. I definitely don't recommend anyone taking a risk in having service done at this dealership!

Outstanding customer service! I have an JX35 and the service staff are extremely competent and professional attending to every detail in my request. The mechanic even alerted me to a potential issue in a noisy fan that quite frankly I hadn't even noticed.

From the complimentary service shuttle to the complete washing of the car, this is a service organization that cares and manages customer satisfaction to the best of their ability.

Would highly recommend.
