Bought QX 60 5 years ago and included a protection package for extended rust and interior protection.
Unfortunately my new car warranty has now expired and I noticed more body rust which I had several claims ver 4 years, I called Infiniti 417 to ask about my extended warranty and they said that I had not brought the car in for inspection each year, therefore the warranty was void.
When I said that I was not aware of this condition, the manager explained that it was in the terms and conditions and it was my responsibility to have read these, as “why would you sign a contract without reading all its terms”
If I was made aware of this very critical condition I would not have purchased the package. I’d say I’ll be more careful next time but there will not be a next time.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They will not honor their 30 day warranty, if there even is one! Purchased a car and the engine light came on the first day. Went back to the dealership and they told me it was just a gas cap and reset the engine light. Within 200 km it came back on. I went for a second opinion, and they told me it needed to be smoke tested and it was definitely not the gas cap. Went back to the dealership and the advisor at the counter stated, "what do you want its a used car, the sales department won't pay for it." I was astounded that this individual was the face of the service department and would actually treat a customer this way. I ended up taking the vehicle to be fixed somewhere else, as I don't deal with liars!

Amazing sale’s person who made buying a car a great experience even in COVID-19 times.
I decided to visit 417 Nissan for an appraisal and was assigned Michael Ewing, one of the sales agents. I was impressed by the professionalism and eagerness to explain the pros and cons of various features instead of rushing to score a sale.
Simply put Michael was the best sales person with amazing client service approach, it was so refreshing to discuss best options from price, colors to best deals. To top it off, two sales managers jumped in the process and started auctioning my car online to get the best price for my trade while I was still negotiating. I will recommend 417 Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car and values five star client service. If you want the cherry on top of your deal ask for for Michael. John N. Kazenga.

I had an awful experience purchasing a new 2020 Infiniti Q60 from 417 Infiniti Nissan. I found the sales team, Uy Ho in particular, to be deceitful and manipulative. Their knowledge of the car I purchased was poor, and customer service was even worse. Despite my repeated requests, the sales team failed to provide me with documentation for the 2-year pre-paid maintenance plan that came with the purchase of the car. Farid Jaber, Finance Manager, used a “system glitch” to try to con me into paying $65.81 more than I had agreed to on the sales contract. The sales team changed the VIN of the car I was buying without notifying me. This negligence meant that my car was uninsured for about two weeks. There were too many issues to communicate in an online review. I have names, dates, written documentation, and a witness to back up my claims. I emailed my complaint to Greg Klepacz, the GM, and I will be communicating my complaint via other channels too. If every customer were treated as badly as I was, I doubt anyone would ever buy a vehicle from 417 Infiniti Nissan.

Upon receiving my invoice after service at 417 Infiniti I read a note the dealership attached to the paperwork asking me to participate in a survey. It said if I completed a survey I would be entered in a draw for $100 in free gas BUT ONLY IF I GAVE THEM A FAVOURABLE RATING. Obviously 417 Infiniti has no interest in receiving honest feedback on their products and services, which are much in need of improvement. After almost 20 years as an Infiniti driver my experiences at 417 Infiniti in the last four years has convinced me that Infiniti has no commitment to building quality products nor to attending to customer issues after they purchase their new vehicle. Instead of improving products and services, Infiniti and their dealers would rather focus on bribing their clients in order to skew customer satisfaction ratings.

My reviews of my purchase are mixed, Ralph and Patrick were very helpful and knowledgeable with the sale and purchase of my used 2012 Rogue. However, two days after I returned it as the tires were all low, one of the stems had to replaced. They offered to replace the tire sensor at cost, but if I was okay with the light then...Two weeks later when I took the Rogue to another service centre to have winter tires installed, I was told I was missing an exhaust hanger, and the safety bolt for the spare tire was missing and I could use a new set of front brakes. I had all of these looked after by another service centre as you think they would have been taken care during the safety or at least to have been done for a new customer who may have been back.

My latest experience with 417 Infiniti was a terrible one. My Q50S needs a DCU replacement and they are supposed to be looking at replacing it under warranty. 3 months in in and still no decision, or they have and won’t even call back to let me know. I’ve called multiple times, but no one will get back to me. Poor customer service. I definitely know where my next vehicle won’t be from.

UPDATE: 417 Infiniti have decided to replace the DCU on my car. Will be brining it in next week. Even though this last experience was not an ideal one, the part itself is very expensive, so I do appreciate them do this. Full disclosure… I have brought my vehicle in many times before and have had nothing but excellent service from them, so was a bit confused as to why this last time things were a bit messy. The sign of a good retailer is correcting the mistake. Thanks to everyone involved in getting this done.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE

I purchased a 2019 kicks in the spring, at the time the software was not ready to install my car starter. The information could not be entered into the computer so the sales manager along with the business manager wrote in my paper file, that the funds for the car starter had been set aside for when the software was ready.

I have fought with this dealership for 3 months, I stopped in 4 times asking to speak to the owner Billy, but he never made himself available.

Then I went into so see Mark Brown, service manager, he informed me that my paper documentation could not be found, and there was nothing he could do for me. All dealerships have the paper copies of their sales

This is my 6th car I purchased from this dealership. Never again

BUYERS BEWARE if you want a Nissan vehicle shop elsewhere.

Do not, under any circumstances, purchase, lease or finance a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle from this dealership. From high pressure sales tactics, to a finance manager who was incapable of spelling "Pilot" on a credit application to finding out 2 years after leasing a vehicle from them that they were also incapable of registering the vehicle properly. This has to be the WORST Infiniti dealership in Canada! Hopefully Infiniti Canada will smarten up and pull the franchise from them. ZERO Stars if it was available!

I was very nervous about taking my older Infiniti back to the dealership for servicing because I had a very bad experience at this location several years ago. I expressed my concerns to Cory in the service department and he was quite understanding and even went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The service was quick and efficient and Cory was very helpful throughout the process. I could tell my vehicle was well taken care of in the 2 days that the dealership had it. Thankfully, my calls were answered and promptly returned, which is a huge problem at other Infiniti dealerships in the city, and ultimately why I decided to return to 417 Infiniti. I’m happy that I did. The atmosphere in the service department has definitely improved over the years and I will feel comfortable to take my vehicle back in the future!

Seems like most of these guys can’t even figure out what’s wrong with their own cars let alone fix them... It’s almost like they pretend to be clueless in an attempt to get you to buy a new one instead of try to get it fixed - be prepared for sickening diagnostic charges for ultimately simple issues. If a well maintained infiniti doesn’t hold up for a few years why on earth would I buy another one ???

Elie Aboumoussa was my Sales & Lease Consultant. Boris Radojicic was the Manager and Wali Haseeb was my Finance Manager. I leased a brand new 2017 Q60 Coupe. I came in not knowing anything about the vehicle what so ever. I was also going in thinking I might finance. Elie gave me a full and professional presentation of the Q60. He even brought the black one I was interested in from the compound lot. He showed me features I did not know exist on cars these days!

He then gave me what I would consider “a full seminar” on leasing versus financing. He made me discover that leasing is 100% better in my case. Him and Boris gave me an amazing deal and Wali was great in explaining additional products such as the Lease Protection Package, which I took. All in all, it was a smooth and enjoyable process. I would recommend 417 Infiniti/Nissan and their friendly and knowledgeable staff that work there to all my friends/family.

Second time now i have made a appointment with 417 Infiniti for a certain time. Only to be sitting here a hour later not having my car looked at yet. Poor service, and no commitment to the customer all. Check out other reviews about 417 Infiniti, seems to be on the decline. I'm tired of waiting, never have I seen service this bad before, you make a appointment, you make it there earlier thinking they can get you in and they make you sit there beyond a hour of waiting time. Infiniti needs to get it together.

I must say...So far our experience with their dealership has been great..Until today. Out of the blue the service was horrible! I dropped my Infiniti for an oil change today and to replace a faulty CD player that is covered under warranty. The CD player was defective and yet another one has to be ordered. Then soon after while paying for my oil change I noticed bogus charges on my bill for an air filter , and brake repairs lol. The service lady apologized and had another sales clerk take them off. But only after I noticed myself lol. Then I was told my car was in the wash bay ..so I waited another 30 mins , as part of an oil change is a car wash. After paying I headed out to my car to only notice the car was not even washed! I was late picking my children up today due to this dealer poor service. Not impressed. Step it up Infiniti!
