Excellent service! Our lease was coming for renewal and while there on service, Lina in sales assisted me and provided me with some numbers on a new vehicle that I was interested in while I waited. While the vehicle was was ultimately out of our budget, I simply expressed my concerns and Bill (owner) placed a call and provided me with his feedback and suggested to let me drive his demo for a few days to get a good feel for the vehicle. Based on that and getting the overall feel of the vehicle we decided to move forward. From there Steven provided his assistance in getting everything finalized and providing additional assistance. I dealt with Steven 4 years ago, and his performance has only improved.

Special mention goes to Steven, Bill and Lina. Very helpful in every way.

Travelled over 1 1/2 hours to get there on 3 occasions! Wanted to buy a used QX80 priced close to $50,000. We were told the dirty vehicle would be cleaned & a video would be sent to us to make our second trip a positive one. Plus it had a "shake" which needed to be fixed. A week later & no pictures or video were provided. Our second trip we went back to re-test drive the vehicle & make the deal. They would not do anything to make the deal suit us & lost it over $800.00! The vehicle had been there for quite some time which made no sense to us. The third trip showed a vehicle having mice nests under the hood which they would not clean & some stone chips which they would not touch up. The vehicle is still there (priced at $47,700) and they lost a cash buyer. I wish we would have spoke with the two well dressed men (owners?) checking out the place when we were there. It would appear these big dealerships don't care whether they make a deal or not.

Absolutely disgusted with this infiniti dealership. Set up an appointment to test drive and possibly finance a vehicle. I drive 35 minutes and upon arrival, the woman who had set up the appointment,Janet, informed me someone had walked in, test drove the vehicle and was "discussing the numbers". I was told walk ins have priority over someone WHO JUST MADE AN APPOINTMENT. So i wasted my time and my gas, this is down right unprofessional and disrespectful towards me, and gives the Infiniti brand a bad look. Will never take my business here and will strongly recommend against anyone i personally know from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Service centre under Covid conditions now seems inefficient to me. 8am drop off is more like stand in a vehicle line up at service centre and wait to be taken into the bays to then speak to service tech. I’m waiting close to an hour just to get in - when all we had to do is drop off keys with plate number (they already have our work order in file from our call yesterday) or they can call us afterwards if they need clarification. Poor planning.

I have no words to express how much I regret purchasing my car from this dealership ..I had installed genuine infiniti remote starter from them ..it's not working in it's first winter and they don't bother to answer call..I don't trust that they install genuine or brand new parts as it's hard to believe that genuine branded starter not working in it's first year! Infiniti Canada should take it seriously or they will keep loosing their customers!

We were looking for a used car and were deciding between multiple brands. while visiting this dealership, Nick was extremely well versed in all brands and helped us decide on a QX60 for our growing family by asking a series of questions of what we were looking for. He even brought the car to us over the holiday break to test drive it as we have a little baby we couldn’t leave behind. We were going to purchase the car however found one with lower kilometres that was posted on a different dealership (willowdale) the day we wanted to sign. STAY AWAY from this dealership unless you have a deep pocket and be ready to get ripped off! I was at the dealership to get a copper gasket which most Nissan/Infiniti dealers charge $1.50 or even give it to you for free when you buy the oil filter. However, at Markham Infiniti, you HAVE TO PAY $6.00, FOUR TIMES higher for that piece of copper ring size smaller than you thumb nail! I guess the dealership is desperate to make money and even willing to rip off its customer for a item that only worth $1.50. I was thinking to trade-in my Q50 for a bigger vehicle next year, now I am glad that I can cross Markham Infiniti OFF my list!

She may not be the most experienced but she is the best sales consultant I have been dealing with from all my previous car purchases, and a lot better than many many experienced ones. She has the real patience to understand my needs, and took immediate action as response. She explained to us all the details of the car during delivery. Amarjeet and Dylan were great. We had a hard time finding the car, but they made sure they made up for the delay. And Amarjeet was fabulous with my girls while we were working out the details.

The experience; it was great in the beginning, got to try out the car we were looking at. But a bad sales rep.

The test drive; it seems the sales rep has no knowledge about the car functions and drivability at all. Couldn't answer the questions asked such as auto-start engine or if there's pro-pilot (similar to Nissan's) as an example.

The price; in the beginning me and the wife had a price set walking into the dealership. We didn't get the price we wanted. Not even close.

The pressure; we were walked into the sales manager office to talk more about the price above but it felt like we were in a police office room asking for answers for something we didn't do? The amount of pressure given from the sales rep/manager gave my wife almost an anxiety attack.

In the end; we walked out as it doesn't seem like the price was given and the talks were continuous about what colour do you want on the new car (the pressure). Also, their rep continues to text or call you every other day asking if you were interested. I had to call back specifically to stop them from doing so.

We ended up getting another SUV which offered us the price we wanted, with more than the amount of features offered on the Infiniti SUV and it's the same line of branding.

I have never done business with Infiniti and this particular dealership; therefore, I was skeptical at first. However, to my surprise, I was treated like a family member :) kudos to professional Infiniti team and Geet in particular.

She helped me look for the car I wanted to get into, in a reasonable time-frame arranged very smooth test drive; overall was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, shared some car insights, pointed out car’s pros and cons, which is rare to hear, since majority of sales just want you to buy stuff no matter what.

Leased a q50 about a month ago. Had a situation with a possible miscommunication between the sales person and myself that I wasn’t to happy about! I then contacted VJ the sales manager to make him aware of my concern. He asked me to come in and see him so that we could address the issue! When I went to Markham Infiniti to see VJ, he was very kind and understanding not to mention professional to my concern and wanted to make it right with me! I feel that the sales person and myself put him in a hard place because it was something in the purchase agreement that I would have normally noticed right away! I had a lot I was dealing with that day and not in my right mind at the moment!
VJ made sure to make myself the customer happy the best he could! Because we all know that once you sign a purchase agreement it’s your responsibility to make sure that everything on that agreement is what you agreed to! So that’s why I would like to thank VJ the sales manager for helping fix the issue and I would like to say how nice Gary the finance manager was with me!

Service department is dismal! Booked in my QX60 and arranged a loan car - attitude when booking in with the service desk woman was painful - such an attitude. Called 1 day before to confirm loan car booking (I had to go work) and she said you don't warrant a loan car and you will wait (oil change + 6 repair jobs). I asked why she'd arranged a car with me the week before and her response was "I'm not sure". I told her the repair was going to take a while and she started arguing with me - her whole attitude was so aggressive like she really wanted to be somewhere else.
I'm a local resident to this dealership and this was the first time I'd try them rather than go to my place of purchase.
Wont be bothering with them again: Markham Infiniti - if you want my custom, you need to try harder at making me feel like you give a ****. Plenty of other dealerships that would welcome my loyalty.
