There is a lot to improve on at this business. This is out of my norm to go and back talk a company that is fixated on helping people. However, i did not want to do nothing and not discuss the actions that had occured a couple days ago.

My wife who is not a native english speaker was being helped by Kelsey W. As described from my wife and her brother who's visiting from Holland, again, both their english are not that great and may take longer to understand than the average joe, were being snapped at by a Campus Infiniti representative.

It's dissapointing to hear that Kelsey told my wife to go back to her country as it's not a stuggle enough for her living in a foreign land away from family and friends. This is my home, Victoria, a land of beauty and love, I certainly do not endorse this behaviour in a place that I believe nurtures and grows on acceptance and community.

I am giving Campus Infiniti overall 2 stars - I used to take my 2014 infiniti q50 there and my problems were fixed. However, with all the hurt from the representative - I will take my business elsewhere.

Please do not fire Kelsey as this is not my intention with posting, that won't solve her problems as everyone needs to work to pay the bills, give her a fair warning as well as training, so she can treat customers with patience, respect and acceptance. Look up to Rome who is a great role model and goes out of his way with a contagious smile and handshake.

I will not accept an apology. Thank you for your years of service.

We had a wonderful experience buying our car from Campus. Rome was very knowledgeable on the cars we looked at, answered any questions we had and continuously kept us updated on anything he thought we might have been interested in. He helped us choose a vehicle that was perfect for our family, and has kept in touch periodically to make sure we are still satisfied (Which we most certainly are!)

Took my car in for a oil change a while ago and I was having a problem with the ac blower motor stop working I asked them about how much it was going to cost to fix they wanted $950 for parts and labor the quoted me $350 tor two hours labour and $600 for the parts what I didn't tell them before I asked was that I fixed it myself for $235 for the parts and took me literally removing 3 screws and putting the new unit in and I was done took me 5-10 minutes (it now works perfectly) it only took that long due to the motor being a bit awkward to access morale of the story don't ever trust their mechanics they will blatantly rip you off I will never come back for any kind of service ever again.....

We dealt with Rome on this occasion!!! We had already leased 3 previous Infiniti QX60’s and really liked and enjoyed them all!
This occasion was much easier than previously as Rome was SO easy to deal with!
From the first email I sent I noticed that he replied to me within minutes
and he was so professional and helpful I really enjoyed the experience!
I will admit to being quite “picky” as to what I wanted but Rome did not hesitate in the slightest! He and his manager found me exactly what I wanted and I LOVE IT!!! Every timeI get in it, I find something new to experience!! I hope that Rome is still working there when it comes time to renew our vehicle! Thank you Rome for being so VERY helpful and easy to deal with!!!

This is a re-review. I had initially had a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised when infiniti/nissan reimbursed me for some work that was unfairly priced in my opinion, and covered the cost on another repair that I didn't agree with. I admire the integrity you've shown. I left 1 star out due to having to go through this in the first place, but the outcome was a 5 star response.

Gage did a wonderful job addressing all of our needs and concerns. Although there were more than a few hiccups along the way (such as them incorrectly setting up our key, causing a few weeks delay until we got a 2nd set; the incorrect maintenance being performed. etc.) Gage was always willing to smooth things over and offer us various solutions. While we aren't likely to use this location in the future, if we are I would seek out Gage to help us.

My friend leased a Infinite Q50S four years ago. At the end of lease, my friend want to switch to another ago. However, the manager Terry charge him extra money at the end of lease cuz he is not gonna lease another Infinite car. When my friend ask about why charge him extra money; Terry just said “I don’t want to take to you anymore”The dealer and manager only cares about money instead of customer service. Therefore,not recommended this auto shop or buy Infinite from them.

I recently purchased a 2018 Q60, awesome car. Probably the smoothest, easiest experience I've had at a dealership.

Rome was great to deal with, no need to haggle, he got me a great deal up front. The car was full of fuel on delivery, which was unexpected. He came in on his day off with his family to make sure I was taken care of.

I'll be doing all my maintenance at Campus, and my next vehicle will be from Campus as well.

I have just bought my first car last week at the campus Infinite. The salesman Lance had provided really useful and professional advices from choosing the right car till purchasing the car with a very reasonable price. Moreover, the customer service was also superior, because we took longer to make the decision than we expected. However, Lance did not express any inpatient emotions for staying over his working hours. And the entire team was very open minded and flexible when we encountered some unexpected issues or situations. Overall, I highly recommend this Campus and salesman Lance to the people who are looking for a desirable car from both upscale service and professionalism considerations.

I had an amazing experience at Infiniti of campus Rome, the sales man, was great. I had been shopping for a car for the last 4 months and dealt with many different dealerships. Rome was the first one to shoot straight with me and actually acknowledge the fact that I was a person. We came to a solid understanding on the purchase and I can confidently say I left more than happy. They were diligent in making sure I understood everything about my purchase (first major car purchase that I have made) and went over everything in detail.
