I have story for all the young sales associates. After a month of car shopping, I wondered onto morreys lot. In the am before they had officially opened. I work in the area and wanted a sneak peak of inventory. From inside the building I see an eager sales rep watching me tire kick. Ben Farouzian was that rep, he approaches me with a purpose, to close. He was quick and decisive, informative yet not pushy. I was looking at qx50 and left with a q50. It suite my needs and was a cheaper option both for purchase and fuel. All in all it was a pleasure to work with the staff at Morrey. From Ben to Spencer right to Vanessa in finance. Keep up the good work.

I went to Morrey Infiniti just to look at a car I had some interest in. I dealt with Sina the entire time and I could not be happier with my experience. Not once was I pressured into signing or asked "if we do X will you buy a car today?". Service was fast and honest. Nothing seemed suspicious or out of place. Weirdest and worst experience ever buying a car, walked in and received no greetings. Assigned a sales person who never introduced himself, never asked our name or business. No eye contact and 0 smiles. He took our insurance paper and keys (for trade in car) and walked off, didn’t say anything or announce what is going on next. After a completely awkward silent test drive, the person went back into his office without a world and left us in the middle of the showroom. We waited for half an hour sitting there by ourselves, a sales manager (I read the name tag) who also never introduced himself came out asked some basic car questions and left. We were given a paper with bunch numbers on it, the sales person didn’t explain a single thing on it and it is the final offer. Are you surprised we walked out on you immediately?

Hands down the best sales person I have ever had was Sina. He was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. He let the SUV sell itself and was never pushy. He gave very useful info on all the vehicles I was interested in. Once I chose my SUV he put me in the hands of Monica and she has been the best finance person I have worked with. Morrey Infiniti is all about the customer and their experience and less about making a quota. You can tell they’re confident in their vehicles in a way that lets you, the buyer, not be ambushed or pushed into a decision. This has been my favourite experience out of all the vehicle I’ve ever purchased. I’m sure everyone is great there but I will definitely ask for Sina in the future. He sat with me for over an hour after I had paid for the SUV, showing me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle until I was confident in how it worked. 5 star plus rating.

I’ve had a few bumps along the way with Morrey Infiniti but I have to say that they’ve redeemed themselves with outstanding service levels and Vonn Chan has been great and professional to deal with. I also had a great experience with one of the service managers at Nissan. Their cars also are very good quality and I’m now driving my 3rd QX60. I would recommend these vehicles for someone that prefers a bit more space, growing family and some luxury features.

Recently purchased a Q50 from Infiniti, Ben F was my sales representative and he was absolutely incredible. After 12 years being a loyal infiniti driver, What a terrible experience I have had with Morrey Infiniti in Burnaby,BC. I do not recommend this location to anyone as staff are extremely rude & unprofessional with some attitude problems. In person or over the phone!! They hang up the phone on clients, yelling at them in the store, Unable to deliver parts or services in time as they promised, Booking appointments and unable to address customer concerns. I have no other options, otherwise not even a star!! This location is a joke. Do not trust your vehicle with Morry Infiniti in Burnaby. Its sad to lose a client for life guys!

Update: Since my review yesterday, I have received 2 calls from this location. As you can see the manager responses to my review is that "they don't have any vehicle under my name"!!. Great, then where did you get my phone number to call me directly? Wanted to be proactive or your responses to Google reviews are not accurate?

An other caller stated today that why I did not go in for my appointment yesterday?lol I said I did not book any appointment.Then she said oh sorry it seems we have mixed your paperwork and sorry for my experience!!

As mentioned above, this location is a joke.What a disorganized organization!! I mean what do you expect? when the manager doesn't know his 12 years customer or when the front desk do the mechanic job. I'll let you be the judge.

WOW is all I can say ! We just picked up our car from Spencer Morray who came in on his day off, to ensure our time there went smoothly, especially since we are from Vancouver Island. They offered us a ride from the ferry, very comfortable seating while we waited for our car, coffee, tea, & service second to none.
It was a very cold afternoon, so Spencer ensured the car was very warm, the gas tank full, & he even went out of his way To pre—set the navigation back to the horseshoe bay ferry.
The entire staff are fast, efficient, & friendly. While we were getting our insurance, Spencer took the plates and put them on our car. The social distancing is superb, & the showroom is very large, so there was never a time when we were close to other clients.
I’m going to purchase my next car from Spencer, without question. 10/10 .

I went into infiniti in hopes of purchasing a new car and I was met by a fellow named josh curry at first he seemed like a very knowledgeable person but then he quickly turned into this pushy know it all trying to force me into buying a car making. He made it seem like he was doing me a favour. He went on about how he has a Subaru and a 370z and how he puts his car on a race track? When I told him I was not interested in buying the car he became very condescending and made it seem as I was inferior to him and that he was all great I highly recommend to avoid this man child when you visit this dealership just absolutely horrid customer service

I got my previous car (EX35) from Morrey Nissan (Now Nissan and Infiniti) and have regular service there for the past 10 years. Over the 10 years, the car had literally no issue at all (other than parts need to change regularly - brakes, filters, fluid... only 1 light bulb burned at 7 year mark) so it makes sense to try out the new QX50 because I need a more spacious and fuel saving car and Infiniti's reliability really impressed me .
Since I already had my previous EX35 bought from them, I kinda know what to expect when walk-in and shopping for the new QX50. The sales person I knew has left but Adam Hsu gave me a warm welcome and walked me through the new features of the new QX50 (EX35).
What I liked about him was he didn't try to hard sell or push me to get the deal done. I have compared the price by calling other Infiniti dealers and also visit CarCostCanada before I met Adam. He was realistic and honest of how we can make the best deal for both of us, very straight forward and no time wasted. I actually made his task harder by asking for a Majestic White exterior with Autograph package, which is very hard to find and usually has go through manufacturer order and will take more than 3 months... (We checked from the inventory screen and there was no such car) Some how Adam find a way to get the specific color and trim in 2 days and we made the deal.

I would highly recommend Morrey Infinti for anyone who loves the brand. And thanks to Adam and Thomas (finance manager) to get the car I love for me. :)
