Not really impressed with them. PROS: vehicles were well priced. CONS: 1- they tell you NO HIDDEN FEES but, there is a $906 pre-owned vehicle charge (there is basically no explanation for it) 2- I was most definitely not impressed with the sale’s guy “Eddie” in my opinion; he didn’t do a good job, and seemed absolutely not interested in our purchase (even tho we bought 2 vehicles at once) we pretty much sold the vehicles to ourselves (maybe because I was not buying INFINITI), but commission is commission and he got his cut out of my purchase. 3- finance guy was extremely pushy with warranties (If I say NO once, there is no point for you to go and get the next finance guy to explain the same thing to me AGAIN!! I understood the first time, and I don’t need a business degree WHICH I DO HAVE to understand how numbers work). 4- for the 2 vehicles we purchased, they only gave us 1 Key each (NOT CONVENIENT). Would I go back? NO, you can find deals/better costume service elsewhere.

We bought a pre-owned car from here a year ago, and when I had the car in recently for some maintenance at the independent shop I deal with (whom I trust implicitly), they discovered that the rear brake rotors on the car were not the correct vented ones (required for performance cars), and that the after-market solid state rotors they put on can cause rougher braking, as well as the possibility of the pads slipping away from them. I seemed to recall that Ericksen did a rear brake job on the car when it was traded in to them shortly before we bought it, so I went back to look and confirmed it. I then called their service department to chat about my expectation that they would make good on this mistake/oversight/attempt to save some money by putting on a cheaper product, and was transferred to their Sales Manager Jordan Richard where I left a message on his voicemail stating my issue and expectation. After 3 or 4 days of no response, I called him back, and he shuffled me over to service where I made an appointment to bring the car in for them to 'assess'. Fast forward a week to when I arrive at the dealership with the car, and was given a loaner. The next day I hear from Peter Sukhdeo (Sales Manager) telling me that the rotors are not an 'incorrect part', and that they refuse to remedy their mistake. I chalked this up to the fact that it was Peter whose name is on the work order from a year ago and whose decision it was to go with the cheap, incorrect parts, and that he needed to 'save face'. During the course of the telephone conversation, he actually shared that Infiniti hasn't used non-vented brake rotors on any of their vehicles for well over a decade...but I guess it was perfectly okay to use them on a non-Infiniti performance car they were re-selling. Totally unacceptable.

Not only does Peter's decision to cheap out carry implications that effect the smooth operation of my car, there is a safety issue at work here, too. For me, it's not about the money....it's about the principle of standing behind your work...and owning up to and remedying it when you are caught making an unnecessary compromise that carries negative effects. I will never, ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and suggest that you check out the Calgary Infiniti dealerships when considering this brand.

My husband and I live 3 hours away from this dealership and we made an appointment to view a specific vehicle in advance. We were told that someone would be meeting us when we arrived and this initial communication over text seemed good. We were sent the vehicle inspection report in advance which we appreciated, and it indicated that there were only a couple repairs needed on the vehicle and we saw what they were. Knowing this information, my husband took a day off of work so that we could drive to Edmonton specifically to see that vehicle. We made contact the day before the appointment to confirm, and were told that a sales representative would be ready for us when we arrived the next day.

We arrived at 10am on the dot and walked into the dealership, only to be told by the salesman that he "forgot all about us." The vehicle was at the back of the lot, and when we walked out to start it up, it wouldn't start. It ended up needing a completely new battery, which the service team replaced, but we did not end up test driving the vehicle until 11:30 (1.5 hours past our appointment time) . Being that we specifically drove up from out of town to see this car, we were extremely disappointed that our appointment was forgotten and no one had bothered to even start the vehicle prior to our arrival. We'd like to note that the mechanic that replaced the battery was very friendly and helpful, which helped a bit.

When we finally were able to test drive the vehicle, the car creaked and rattled over every bump during our short 15 minute ride. There were no suspension or noise issues noted on the inspection report we looked at in advance; had there been anything mentioned, we would not have made the trip to see the vehicle. We had already test driven a same make and model vehicle that had no noise while driving, so we knew it wasn't a problem with all of them. Needless to say, with the combination of everything, we had no desire to purchase the vehicle.

We are extremely disappointed with the way that we were treated as customers (with the exception of the mechanic, who was helpful). The initial communication was positive, but as soon as we got to the dealership it was obvious that our business was not valued whatsoever. Additionally, the mechanical shape of the vehicle appeared to be misrepresented on the inspection report-- had we known about the creaks and rattles in the back while driving, we would not have wasted our time coming in the first place. We have driven 3 of these vehicles over the past few days, and the other 2 showed none of these symptoms.

Son bought a car from dealership - tire tread on front is 4/32 and back is 3/32. Manager only offered 10 percent discount for new tires. I’m surprised that In Edmonton with our winter conditions and roads that this is an acceptable pass for Erickson Infiniti -thought their standards would have been much higher.

Spoke to the General Manager and was able to come to a resolution. GM Robert was easy to talk to and helpful with my concern. Took the time to listen to my concerns and offered a reasonable solution. I give the GM and front reception a 5 star but the manager from the initial incident a 1 star.

Coming to Ericksen Infiniti was my very first luxury vehicle purchase. Oliver Brown was pleasant to deal with the entire time. He explained the features of the car and told me about the common issues with the car right away. He was very transparent and was upfront with my questions and concerns. He never pretend to know anything he would let me know whether or not he was 100% sure about the information he was giving me. Also helps that Oliver is English so his accent made everything he said sound twice as intelligent. After purchase of vehicle, I came to know that what they publish on website (3.99 interest rate on used vehicle) is totally wrong and false advertising. I am really upset with this, and also I came to know there is only one set of key comes with the vehicle, and remote starter doesn't work. I had been customer with GoAuto for 8 years and purchased and trade-in couple of vehicles but never had this experience.

I have been dealing with Go Auto dealerships since I bought my first car on my own, and it has always been a great a experience; in fact, each time they outdo themselves.

I recently purchased a gorgeous pre-owned 2017 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 from Ericksen Infiniti. The experience was flawless from test drive to delivery, and I literally picked the vehicle up the day after I test drove it. I went with my friend one morning before work to test drive it without any intention of signing anything that day, but I fell in love with car and had to have it. The salesman, Mike, allowed us to test drive the car on our own which was great, as it's annoying having a salesman breathe down your neck when you test drive a car. We were then able to work out a deal that was mutually satisfactory, and I placed my down payment and submitted my information to finance before heading to work. Very efficient.

Matthew, the business manager, sent me the car's information that evening so all I had to was provide it to my insurance company. He took care of everything else, including registering the vehicle in my name. I have to give a huge shout out to Matthew as I have never had a better experience with a business manager. It is their job to sell you a bunch of addons that you don't need but he was fully transparent in telling me what he thought was a good buy and what wasn't for my particular case, and it matched up exactly with what I was thinking. There was no pressure.

Also a big shout out to Jack who showed me all the features of the car and helped me set up my phone and get everything personalized to my liking. Very pleasant.

Overall these guys know how to do business and make a deal and other dealerships could learn a lot from them. This is how buying a car should be. Nice work guys and thank you, I love my new car 😍

I have never had such a positive experience when it comes to servicing my car and it all started with the response on the other end of the phone, when I dialled in to book my appointment. I think her name was Ashley, I cannot recall, but she was so pleasant, super helpful and answered all my questions, and was even able to book me in for an appointment that day! Upon arrival I was greeted, which was so nice. My service representative was also so great! She explained the process and then sat me in the lounge with some great refreshments. After the diagnostics, I was told it could take a while and then offered a shuttle ride home. The shuttle gentleman was great and very pleasant. After my car was done, the shuttle also picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. All in all, I had a great experience! Thank you!

I don't imagine there's any profit involved. I think he's just a good guy who wants to help someone out! I can't express how much I appreciate it.

I also went in for an oil change today, and it was my first time really seeing the dealership and speaking with staff. Everyone was friendly and the service manager was especially good. I am very anal about my car (like many other G owners out there I'm sure) and had some requests with regard to the oil change, and everything was done exactly as I specified. I am always anxious going to a new dealership because you hear these horror stories on internet forums about errors and damages...etc, but Ericksen was great. If I were staying in Edmonton, I would definitely be taking my car to Ericksen.

The staff at Ericksen Infiniti was communicative, helpful, and honest. I have had very bad experiences with other dealerships, and was relieved to find the staff here genuinely helpful (no pressure and no sleazy sales techniques). They offered me an excellent deal and worked hard to get me the best financing options possible. I would definitely buy from Ericksen Infiniti again.
