I had a 2012 Hyundai Elantra that was always serviced with them and I never had any issues with service. Then it came time to get a newer car because it had 255000km. I was unsure of what I wanted to get as a new vehicle, and was kinda nervous because it was my first time financing a car. With the help of the friendly staff they showed me a 2015 Infiniti Q50. They gave me a great deal that I couldn't say no to. They even let me take it home for the weekend to make sure it fit in the driveway and to insure that this was the car for me. I knew this was the car for me and I was more then happy to proceed to give them my business.

Anna helped me with the financing details. I must say I was very impressed. She was so positive and explained everything very well to me! I told her it was my first time financing a vehicle and she was very knowledgeable about the financing.

I am very pleased with the experience I have had here and will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out this dealership! If I could give more then 5 Stars I would.

The advertising from this dealership is incessant. I have attached screenshots of texts I get from them. I have replied stop and unsub, but I still get messages from new numbers. I have tried to call in to opt out, but no one is available whenever I call and no one calls me back. I have moved away from Saskatoon and they still call/text me. Please listen when I say I'm not interested. Even if I were still in Saskatoon, these tactics would make me drive to another town to buy from someone else. Shoot your shot, sure, but please respect me when I ask to be removed!

i just recently traded my old vehicle in on a brand new car the whole process seemed to go okay as they were able to make time for my busy work schedules. although there paperwork is a little on slow side as its been over week now and i am still having to make payments on the vehicle i traded in. if anything i would say when trading in make sure you give them a good month to sort everything. when calling to see if anyone can do anything for my situation its all my hands are tied sorry.

Everything was great! Except when I was asking about upgrading my vehicle into a newer one or the new palisade. I was brought the same trim as my Santa Fe and was told I couldn’t be able to afford the palisade. The sales girl who picked me up to take me back to the dealership was very negative when I asked about pricing about different Santa Fe’s and the new Palisade. Made me feel incompetent. I did tell her that I was looking to take my business to Acura. Didn’t seem to bother her. But Spencer at service was amazing. He’s helped me before and he’s always has the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Too bad he is leaving the job otherwise I would have thought he should get some sort of raise! He goes above and behind for his customers and that sort of service should be rewarded.

our first purchase was Santa Fe (purchased here and is dead in 6months). when Dan klassen sold santa fe to us he said it is in excellent shape. So reality it was not in good condition. Second time Tahir was our sales person and he tried to find vehicle for us. We got new because we wanted to drive for longer without repairs and did not want to hear the false promises from dealership.

Edit: I am back and had to decrease the star. For now i am giving 3. Our dales mane went to vacation before finishing our cleaning appointment and oil changing bookings for future. He said he will call back 5days ago and I am still waiting. Called to the office: receptionist got my contacts and never heard from them still.

We were there to buy new SUV but asked sales person if we they can check our buyout option for our car we had bought from them year ago. He told us to wait for couple minutes and left. We waited there for half hour and no one bothered to come back to us. If we had told them we were there to buy a new car it would have been a totally different scenario and everyone would have been serving us. Worst experience ever. I came in hoping to trade my Focus in and even though I still had some time left on payments, the amazing team at Hyundai North found me a great car!

After they bent over backwards to find me a vehicle that worked for my needs I was able to go home with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and watch my Dad smile! Finally I am able to take my Dad to appointments and help him run errands without watching him struggle to get in and out of a tiny clown sized car. This new car has changed a lot and made not only me, but my Dad as well, more optimistic and not so stressed about going to and from medical appointments.

I just got out of there. They put a new burnt out bulb in the back tail light. The two dark-haired women in their forties were completely rude to me. The first one, told me I had to get out of my car and actually go pay for the bulb. I've got two little kids with me, I am well aware I have to pay for it. They did not even acknowledge me for the first 10 minutes that I was in the Drive-Thru. People were walking back and forth. I was recently approved to buy a new car, and I won't be buying it there. I will never understand crabby rude women.Thanks Terry for your help, happy someone knows how to treat a customer. I have spoken with Dan Klassen in the past, he's been absolutely wonderful to deal with.

I forgot to mention, the gentleman customer that was ahead of me, left very angry as well. To keep customers, you cannot be condescending towards them. I just thought I would mention that.

I want to thank Spencer Boyenko and his excellent team for the fantastic service that they have provided to me.
My car's front light had a small problem, and I was supposed to bring the car to the dealership to fix it but, due to an accident I broke my arm and I was not able to drive anymore. So I called the service dept to cancel my appointment, but Spencer went above and beyond and sent someone to take the car from my place to fix it and bring it back again.
When I got my car back, not only the problem was fixed, but the car was thoroughly washed inside and out.
Thank you, Spencer I appreciate what you and your team have done for me, I have always had good experiences with the Hyundai North, but this service convinced me to recommend everyone to choose North Hyundai dealership if they are looking for individual care and service.

I have dealt with Saskatoon Hyundai for a number of years. We bought our vehicle there and we have continued to have servicing done there even though we live a considerable distance away. Appointments can be scheduled online and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Repairs are prompt and competent. The service department staff give accurate estimates and explain repairs patiently and well. Sara in particular is friendly, organized and efficient and she does her best to make her clients satisfied and she succeeds. Saskatoon Hyundai goes the extra mile and has provided loaners and shuttles when we drive in for repairs and even shuttled us to the airport for vacations while they services (and stored) our vehicle. Vehicle repairs can be expensive and stressful however Saskatoon Hyundai has done its best to make the experience better. I would highly recommend them for repairs and would also suggest that prospective buyers factor this is when deciding to make a purchase.
