Will never go back. Service department was horrible. I went in for an oil change and an issue that I was having with my car that I recently bought from this dealership. When service department went through what I was there for, I was made to feel like I was being questioned if I’d be able to pay this…I was never asked if I had gotten the service agreement for oil changes when I purchased the car or the thought that my issue may be covered under my warranty. Instead the I was told matter of factly that an oil change is $… and having my car looked at would be $… and this would be out of my pocket.
Being a person of colour, you can feel when something is “different” and I definitely felt this. Because of how I was treated I told them not to worry about my issue with the car and to just complete the oil change.
I left feeling defeated so when I received a call from Hyundai to see how my services went, I was honest about my experience and was told that the matter would be looked into. Later, I received a phone call back assuring me that what I thought I felt didn’t actually happen.

Daughter bought a taillight lightbulb from the dealership which they said would be the right one but it wasn't. So instead of doing the right thing replacing the bulb, or giving a refund, they said because I didn't return it in 21 days that it will come out of my own pocket, which means I have to buy the right one and keep the old one. Don't buy a vehicle from these crooks.

The salesman, Brandon was great! Quick to answer questions and eager to help in any way but we decided not to follow through with our purchase despite this at no fault of his.

Just make sure you really read your sales contract before signing as there is no accountability and the "finance director" who puts the deals together is sketchy AF.

Took my sante fe there due to a rattle in the front end. Paid a bunch of money they said it was fixed and good to go. Not even close to be fixed still has the exact same rattle in the front. Their mechanics are obviously not good at their job and the place is a complete rip off. Tried contacting them to complain and let them know they didn't fix my vehicle and they will not respond! Would not recommend them at all! Horrible service and expect your vehicle back doing the same thing it was when it went in!!!

After a horrible experience with Cole I was left feeling mad and frustrated and not wanting to business with them ( no I would not deal with Cole ever )

Ryan the manager and Brandon a sales associate made good .. they were courteous , helpful , professional and went out of their way to find me a vehicle that was in my budget and they fought for me to get a better interest rate since I could not get the normal low rate . I would recommend them 100% and Brandon is a fantastic young man to deal with ..

Bought my first dealership vehicle from here and was walked through every step of the process by the sales associate who answered every question I could think of. The selection was slightly limited but it was thoroughly explained that if I was interested in a vehicle they didnt have on site, that it could be brought in for me to look at as well. The staff was very straightforward and knowledgeable in both the vehicles being sold and the costs associated with them that made me feel confident in the purchase of my vehicle.

Shortly after the purchase I began experiencing some problems with my vehicle where the cause was relatively unknown. The staff was very straightforward and explained every step of the process to me and the problem was repaired in a timely manner.

Overall very satisfied with the service from the sales associates as well as the management team.

I've had nothing but issues with this dealership.

My Santa Fe was initially brought in because I was told the fluid levels were off by an oil change place. The Lloydminster Hyundai "fixed" the issue and charged me ~$200 for the fix. Two days later the engine seized. For a vehicle that was very well maintained, this is very fishy. The service staff couldn't explain why this had happened.

Thankfully my vehicle is under extended warranty so the block was replaced mostly free of charge. When I got the vehicle back, it was running very rough for having a new engine! I took it to a dealership in Edmonton and they found that a pipe had not been connected during the block install. The Edmonton dealership fixed this for me at a reduced cost but said that the Lloyd dealership should warranty their work.

At this point, the Lloyd dealership owes me money for a part that was covered under warranty that I paid for up front and a car rental that they said was covered under warranty. In addition, I have asked for the fix I had to pay for at the Edmonton dealership to be reimbursed since this was due to their negligence. I have contacted the dealership MANY times and no one will return my call or help me. I've not filed a complaint with Hyundai Canada and am waiting to hear back from them.

UPDATE:
After much hassle, I finally received a cheque from Lloydminster Hyundai at the end of August. My vehicle was in their shop in March so that's 5 months later. I was paid in full for a part that was covered by warranty which should have been reimbursed right away but wasn't. I had to call Hyundai Canada to confirm that the part was indeed covered as Lloydminster Hyundai kept claiming it wasn't. I was reimbursed for my car rental which was also covered by warranty.

Lloydminster Hyundai provided an additional $100 to compensate their mistake that I had fixed at an Edmonton dealership (cost of $250).

I maintain my position that Lloydminster Hyundai has horrible customer service and shoddy mechanics. I would never deal with them again.

When you tell somebody a bill is going to be around 220 (and that's after already calling and saying the work is going to be more than the original estimate) - then that's how much the work should cost. Surprises of 50.00 over the estimate aren't going to break somebody financially but do leave a bad taste in their mouth...

Brought my Corolla in for a oil change. I have a coupon from them for oil change. They said dont have specific oil in stock and have to order them. Waited 2hrs for just oil change and came out with a bill of $110. Never paid this much a oil change on a corolla absolutely horrible service and not honest at all. Don't deserve a 1 star rating.
