Had a horrible experience from service today. I gave my car for fixing my steering issue and meanwhile I Asked the agent for a quote for changing the wiper blade and lights and she said she will call me back but she didn’t. After an hour I called her Again to get the quote and she said she already replaced it!!! Anyways I was ok for that because it was same price with Canadian tire. But When I went to get my car back, the price was double and she was kind of arguing. I don’t blame others. But it was inappropriate and not a professional. They have to be more responsible.

Cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. First, I bought my first car here, and Chris and the team were so so helpful and knowledgeable - I love my car very much.
Secondly, I made the mistake of searching elsewhere for winter tires and spent almost 2 hours waiting on quotes from another place only to get a sub-par option at a really high price. I figured I should just double check here before I booked it in. Within 10 minutes the guy had provided me with a great option, exactly what I wanted, knowledgeable advice, and a price at $600 under what the other place quoted me at, and a service appointment in short order. Truly, I will not even bother trying to go anywhere else because it's a waste of my time, and even if they do try and fleece me down the road, frankly they can have my money because they've earned it.

From my first visit to Experience Hyundai, until today when we finalized our purchase and drove away, we had exceptional no-pressure advice and suggestions from Kas Ghadban. On my first visit to Hyundai, which was only one of several different car dealerships I had visited, Kas spent probably an hour or more with me, answering my questions and getting me a test drive. When I left the dealership that day there was not once that I felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or to commit to any deal.

Kas found us the vehicle that met all of our requirements and expectations, and did so in a very professional and respectful way. We found the same with all of the staff we spoke to.

Our decision was an easy one. We decided ourselves that we wanted this vehicle, and then Kas made it happen. This was definitely the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car, and I know where I will go next time. Thanks for everything Kas!!

Sales was great. Dale and Kas are awesome to deal with. Service was absolutely terrible. Owning my car for a year it got a rejection sticker slapped on it. A tie rod ( warranty thankfully ) and $550 worth of brake work was "Needed" - front pads, rotors, and rear shoes. However rotors were in great condition, and shoes were like new, so I changed the front pads for $50 and it passed inspection. Nice try on trying to rip off a customer trying to give business back.

I had really bad experience twice for my car service. I went there to service my car for two times thinking i bought the car from there so i trusted them. But honestly, i realized that they do not put the new parts in servicing and they just fix it and charge you for new parts. I had terrible sound coming from front wheels and they told me they put new steering wheel rod and the sound won’t come again and actually it came again after a month and i went to two local garage to verify that they actually changed the parts or not and eventually Experience hyundai did not changed the parts. I paid $300 twice with the trust that they will fix it. I honestly Even do not recommend my friends to go their and i told them to go to a local garage because small businesses make their customer trust stronger and they are honest and show their work how they do and what they changed. But i really like all sales person and their service. No complain on sale services. Cass and David wigmore are the best sales man. But service centre NO

I love Hyundai. I own a Tucson and I love the car. I have no regreats whatsoever about my purchase decision.

However, I feel that Experience Hyundai's service people are very rude and unfriendly. Not the salespeople. This morning, I went in to have the recall done but Hyundai told me that the appointment is now in November. This is the 5th time the appointment was posponded. I was very upset. I don't usually like to point out names but Jamie from Hyundai is downright rude and not friendly at all. I have no problem buying Hyundai again but if they maintain this level of customer service I might seriously reconsider my thoughts.

Tried to buy a vehicle through their Auto Wholesaler division. Everything started well discussing over the phone. I wanted to pay to have an inspection and send a deposit Yup no problem. So I assume it has gone in for a MVI- no call back. I call back one day later after this request. I was advised vehicle had been sold two days before or one day before I first called. Even still as of Feb 27-Days later is it still listed on their web site and with Auto trader.
Warning Two locations and many people with their fingers in the pot not communicating makes it hard to manage.
