Roger Chen was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. Not car salesman, but salesman. When I knew I wanted to purchase a Tucson it was a matter of which Hyundai dealership I would work with to buy the vehicle. I reached out to roughly 8-10 different salesman at 8-10 different Hyundai dealerships across the GTA. From the beginning, Roger was always miles and miles ahead of everyone. We exchanged various emails and he always provided detailed information regarding the car and the price. It wasn't just a number and a term but he would give me a detailed breakdown of everything.
Whether it was through email or in person, Roger was always patient, honest, kind and down to earth. I never felt like I was being "sold" something. He spoke to my wife and I like he would any close friend or relative. Everything in person was exactly how he explained it in the emails. No gimmicks, no sales pitch, just pure honesty. I was referred Roger Chen through a friend who is also a customer and had come in to look at the cars a few weeks before actually making my final purchase.
