This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Schlurter Hyundai. All of the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the lady at the back for financing. Our sales person Jimmy was awesome and went above and beyond our expectations. He even came in to meet us on a day’s vacation. Four days after I picked up my new Santa Fe I was sitting in a parking lot panicking because the car was honking and I couldn’t remember what to do so I called Jimmy. Not only did he answer my call but he calmed me down and walked me through what to do over the phone. That to me is going above and beyond. I always receive excellent service at Schlueter Hyundai both on the phone and in person. Their customer service is impressive. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Some of the guys are quite funny as well. The shuttle service drivers are really awesome and quality people as well.

My most recent appointment was two weeks ago and I was served by Mike who seems like he loves his job. He answered my questions thoroughly and reviewed the services done to my car. I was also offered warm beverage before and during my wait as I watched a comedy show on their high definition television.
Their washrooms were also clean when I used it.

I purchased my 2017 Santa Fe Sport in 2016, and I’ve received consistent, excellent service whenever my vehicle is due for a maintenance check, oil change, and any updates. I strongly recommend Schlueter Hyundai based on my experience.

I bought my first Hyundai from Kevin back in 2012 – a GLS Accent. After having shopped around, I walked in knowing what I wanted. Kevin was able to get me the best deal on my car, and I drove away with exactly what I wanted.
I had my car dealer serviced for the next 7 years. Whenever I walked into the shop, I felt like family. There’s a shuttle to take me to and from work, and I would get phone calls if anything needed to be approved in terms of going ahead with a repair after an inspection. Recently they have implemented text messaging reminders to stay even more up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. This is super convenient as I don’t need to walk out of a meeting to take a call – I can just glance at a message and know the update. The complimentary wash when I pick up my car is always a bonus. I make a point to stay in touch with Kevin when I have my car serviced. On a recent visit I started to float around the idea of upgrading to a newer accent (really wanted a heated steering wheel and apple car play), and Kevin gave me an honest trade-in value and agreed the time was right as my car was still under 100,000 KM. Within a few weeks we had worked out a deal on 2019 Accent, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade.

I’ve also had a few mishaps with Schlueter over the years, but the common thread with all of those occurrences has been open communication and a desire to make things right. I don’t hesitate to refer friends and family to Schlueter, as I know they will be in great hands.

He was so helpful regarding coordination with a local BMW dealership for them to come and collect the rims and tires from storage for the Hyundai that we had traded-in.
At the same time we took delivery of the new car from the BMW dealership and Matt coordinated with a local tire specialist to receive and place into storage the summer tires removed from this vehicle.

Update: Recently had some issues due to broken wiper cowl confirmed by the Nissan dealership. This dealership is not transparent when selling used vehicles so buyers beware. My only recommendation to buyers is, do the proper inspection of the vehicle before purchasing it from this dealership. (By the way, this was the response from sales person when I raised this issue: “The moulding under the wiper blade is not something we would repair on a used vehicle in order to prepare it for sale. It's not part of the safety and is only cosmetic in nature. Truth is ... I don't think anyone around here noticed it, either. I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you on that one.”)

After purchase issue 2: Backseat passenger side one head restraint was missing which is considered as a safety feature in automotive industry. I doubt how they passed the safety. (I sent them all the pictures I took at the showroom on the day we got the delivery and they ordered a new one for me without a single question - Got is almost after 15 days)

My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, which gave us an opportunity to openly discuss our opinions without the pressure of having a salesperson riding with us.

My only criticism is that it wasn't disclosed until we found our-self on the very next day after the delivery that the wiper cowls is broken. It definitely makes my Rogue look ugly! I spoke to the manager about this matter and he said they can’t fix it now since it’s a “cosmetic” thing.

Those new Palisades are beautiful, and literally half the cost of similar 3 row crossovers. By the way, even a 150,000 dollar Mercedes G Wagon has become a street friendly crossover instead of the hardcore off roader it was before. It makes no sense to buy a Mercedes, Audi, BMW when you can get a Palisade for half the price. This is a revolution in the automotive world. Now if Hyundai could make a box on frame SUV like the 4Runner I'll trade in both of my 4Runners in a heart beat!

We are on our third vehicle purchased with Schlueter. The second one was destroyed in a T-bone collision.

All of the safety features kicked in and protected the driver while the vehicle was a total loss. The vehicle even called for help! The driver emerged from the ordeal shaken but essentially unhurt.

Then the dealership kicked into gear to help us replace the vehicle. We have nothing but praise for the Schlueter dealership and for Patrick Gerasto, our sales rep.

Sales rep doesn't know how to deal with the customer. The concept of sales representation means to open window for the people who are your customers and search different easy way for the customers to achieve their goals not put the barear in their way. Than don't need too many sales rep.only customers should go online or approach to the business rep for approval.should not waste money on sales rep. If the person has money,choice and decisions and best job.he or she doesn't need sales rep or customer care but direct one person only business manager can solve a person's problem and will pickup car from the technical person. I went there all excited to test drive a preowned. The sales person quoted me something I could afford. I had the 500 down payment in cash ready. First I asked her if it was a V4 or V6 and she said it's a 2. She must of read 2.0 L .... I tried again and she had no idea what I was asking. At Schlueter they got it out quickly, showed me how to make sure it didn't happen again, and didn't even charge me!
