The worst decision I made buying a car from windsor Hyundai, I have no problem with the car but my problem with the dealer.
I went there to do service 3 ,they charge me 426$ for it , 2 weeks later i found out they did service one that cost 66 $.
There is no way i trusted them again with my vehicle that I used for my taxi business , so i decided to cancel the extended insurance I purchased.
When I confront that arrogant baby face finance manager he burst in anger and said you lost your insurance coverage when u use the car for your business .
The is no refund for the insurance even if you cancel.
I will do my best to expose those crooks .

My third time purchasing a vehicle from Windsor Hyundai!!! I wouldn't keep coming back if I wasn't satisfied. Excellent customer service. Quick and professional correspondence during the purchasing timeframe. The dealership is clean, welcoming and during COVID all precautions were in place. I've always had good experiences with their service department as well. Overall very happy with all of the Hyundai vehicles I have owned and very pleased with this dealership and their employees. If you're looking for a Hyundai this is the place!!!!!

They offered me twice a free service and a free rear wiper and sway bar link and after replacing them they charged me the double cost of its price and this is not the first time ... very bad experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone

I dont know how they are still open.. maybe only because next dealer is an hour away.. their sales is SO-SO but their service it terrible.. I personally know 3 people (four including me) that drive of out Windsor to get some decent service
UPDATE... oh now someone seems to care??? but I get response to my email... no response to negative service survey and when I told "Ashley" that "I cant wait til tomorrow, I need my car back today " she just hangs up on me??
OR being told that there will be no charge because the issue was NOT FIXED the first time... then, if we try to diagnose and still dont find anything then we'll have to charge you a diagnosis fee... AND finally once the problem was found, I still get charged??? how do you go from NO charge to maybe a charge to "WE have to charge you for something!!"
Glad I drove the hour to finish the service at another dealer..

I've always had family work on my vehicles. I've heard awful stories about price gouging and being mislead when you take your vehicle to a mechanic. I took a chance , hearing good things from family and I was more than pleased. I don't even own a Hyundai. Kim gave me excellent customer care and Debbie in Parts was able to find me an incredible deal, getting my van taken care of quickly and efficiently. Tony was an extremely honest professional mechanic and explained what I needed and why. They were an amazing team! All the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming and professional. They even washed my van when the work was done! The total was cheaper than a quote I received from Canadian Tire. I couldn't recommend them more. Definitely would go back.

Terrible customer service. My car went in for some repairs on the 24th of December, and I understood there would be a delay because of the holidays and they gave me an estimate time of a week and a half for the repair. It has now been three weeks since my car has been there. When I called to check up on my vehicle they told me they had no idea when the part for my vehicle would be shipped in and repaired. They then told me it could be atleast another three weeks but even then they’re not 100%. As a full time student working 3 jobs this has been very frustrating. They told me they couldn’t offer a loaner car because they only have a total of 6. I will never be making another purchase from Hyundai ever again. Very disappointed.

If anybody wants to watch tv in a trailer for hours on end while they do a 15 min oil change that takes them 3 to 4 hours to do. Come here they will do your oil change or maintenance your car or whatever you are there for and no one will come and get you in the trailer to tell you that your car is ready. I saw my car and other cars washed and sitting there for an hour with no one to come and tell you that your car is ready! They are rude and it is almost like you are bothering them. Nobody smiles, everyone is miserable and they treat you like an number. I feel sorry for the workers there they must all hate their jobs they need to look for a job they love and can be happy.

I was there 3 days in a row last week, trying to lease a veloster the first lady we talked to was really nice explained everything and gave us a very good deal. We had a couple things to check and we told her, she was going on vacation but we were told that she would be there the next day so we went, once we got there the second day she was not there, we got introduce to a different sales person, we ended up talking to the manager to check the possibility of trading our car he told us to go again the next day to check how much he could offer us . The third day we went and the manager who told us one day before to go with the car was off. Ot was like if they were doing us a favor by leasing us a car . On out way back home after thedissapintmwnt we drove by the Audi dealer and now we are happily waiting for our new A3. Such a bad experience with Hyundai's customer service if you could call it that way. We will never even consider going ever again.

It's a in a really good location. The sales staff was pretty friendly, although I feel like they pitched the sale a little too hard. Heard good things about the Hyundai brand was looking to buy one as my first car. Wanted an affordable 2019 Accent during their "2019 clearance", only to find out that they didn't actually have any 2019 cars there, despite being listed on their website. There actually wasn't a huge selection of cars on the lot and many of the cars listed on their website weren't there.

Test drove a 2020 Accent and liked it. However, they didn't carry the base model and I would have had to spend a lot of extra money for features I don't use. I was told that they can trade with other dealerships to get the car that I wanted, but they said they wouldn't start the process of looking to see if they could get the model that I wanted in the colour that I wanted until the financing process was completed. Needed a car quickly since my parents' car went kaput and wasn't really willing to go through the whole process just to find out that they couldn't get what I wanted.

I may have considered the purchase if they were willing to locate the correct model for me to tell me whether they could get it from another dealer or if I had to wait up to 3 months for it to be manufactured. Ultimately, I ended up getting a new car elsewhere.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in today to get the two recalls done on my car and they informed me my brakes were in need of replacement. They came back to tell me I also needed new calipers. $$$ 1300 dollars later!! the service man i had was horrible, all he cared about was the money, then I was stranded now and the mechanic was the only person who had any compassion. He asked the manager Richard if someone could take me home or get a loaner, in which his response was a huff and "why does this always happen on a Friday?" Like I was inconviencing him... so i then went to the financial cashier and asked if i could set up payments or do half and half. If there was ANY way she could help me, her response was no. I asked what they do for people in these circumstances and she said nothing but to borrow from my parents! Im so upset, I will never ever go back there! And now i have to wait to get my car back and figure out how to pay this ridiculous amount of money that would have been cheaper and better customer service somewhere else.

Very bad experience of service with windsor Hyundai.Today i went to the company service stations of windsor hyundai for my first car services, oil change and tire swap. Be charged me all this including they give me complimentary car wash and they did the wash only. Whenever the mechanical give my car return at that time car was not proper dry so i gave him to return for dryer and he took my car return and after 5 min when he gave my car at that was same, still he didn’t dry properly. Very bad service by provide windsor Hyundai. I suggest to go Rexdale Hyundai toronto instead of going windsor Hyundai. I am not satisfied with your services, i hope you will do something regarding my review and next time i will get good service from you.

Too busy to be helpful. Asked two people for some help with my key fob. Told me I can go on YouTube.

Yeah I know I can youtube.

But I did just drop over 200 bucks at your location, so was looking for some good customer service. Guess not.

Edit: The manager just called to apologize and to say my key fob is such a complicated mechanism that many tech don't know how to open, that if they showed me, I would definitely break the inner mechanism.

Well, at least the person who told me to YouTube was more honest than the manager. Cos guess what, I opened my super complicated key fob and it's not broken.

If the dealership would lie to make $8.99 for a battery change, what else are you lying about? Did I need to pay 139.99 for my rear wheel alignment today?????????

Always great service everytime I have been here. Went for an oil change and was done in under half an hour. During that half hour they did my oil change, FREE walk around inspection, FREE car wash and even topped up my wiper fluid FREE.

I'm not sure if my experience was faster because I prebook my appointments.

On a different visit I brought a friend that is looking to buy a new vehicle and within moments of entering the lot Joel came outside to great her and offer help.

The front desk person is really professional with his works. The service team is not that great. Last time I went to change the oil and they did not check the break lights. Next day I discovered the light was not working. I sent an email to the service team to ask them if I can come to change the light and no body replied.
Next car will be Kia.
