RUDE and careless management is the first thing that comes to your mind.
We bought a BRAND NEW 2017 hyundai ioniq, They've been charging us for extra warranty evey month but THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS FOR THIS CAR.
The first time we waited for a month for a part to get to canada from south korea (for a recall)
The second time hyundai held our car for 50 days just to get the part from south korea.
It seems like this car has so many issues and they don't even have the parts to fix it, they just offer you extra warranty and charge you for it.
We called head office and they said "only the dealership that you purchased the car from can help you"
We were not happy with this car at all and we called the dealership and asked them to give us another option like a replacement or even buy the car back, but the poor management of this branch refused to help us and he didn't care at all.
He offered us a trade-in just to make more money and hit his monthly target.
(If I want to do a trade-in I never go to the same branch, I'm not crazy)
They don't have anything called "customer service" the general manager is super rude and just wants to get rid of you.
My recommendations:
Never buy an ioniq
Never go to stouffville branch because they NEVER help you with anything, They have the worst management and they just want to sell and sell and sell...no customer service at all
Got an excellent lease deal on Elantra GL 2017 with help of Rose. Had a minor lack of communication on how to replace/reorder missing car plate sticker. Other than that, I'll recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
Can't say enough good things about Richard at Stouffville Hyundai. He helped our family with trying and deciding between a 2016 Sonata, 2016 Elantra and 2017 Elantra. Over multiple visits and test drives, and explaining patiently and in-depth about all the various features and trim levels, we finally landed on a 2017 Elantra Ultimate.
We also started looking at the Santa Fe XL, test driving the 2016s with Richard again, but waiting for the 2017s to arrive. Would highly recommend Richard and the folks at Stouffville Hyundai!

I am very happy with the recent experience I had at Stouffville Hyundai. The staff were pleasant and knowledgable, and I did not feel any sales pressure. The price was fair, and having now driven my new Genesis for over two months, find that the car exceeds my expectations. I picked the car up after a brief rain shower, and arrived to find my salesman (Dave) carefully drying the car with a clean towel. The car was delivered with a complimentary full tank of gas -- a much appreciated gesture. I have no hesitation in fully recommending the Stouffville Hyundai dealership.

I'd like to appreciate Nelson Sampson (service manager) for his prompt response and constant updates that he provided while my vehicle was serviced. They made me very comfortable by sanitizing my vehicle before and after being serviced. In addition, my son's Elantra would not start due to an apparent dead battery and he helped me arrange to get road side service to boost the car so we could get it into the dealership. He also made arrangements to get the car serviced as soon as possible, (the next morning). This was a great relief to my son as he was still driving into work everyday during the pandemic. Nelson and his team went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!

Recently purchased an elantra from this location and they have an A+ team. Indira and Andrew Lam were so helpful and accommodating. When I picked up the car Deborah was amazing and assisted me and went through everything. This is not the closest location but will not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced here due to the outstanding service I received from the moment I walked in.

Was very impressed with the service I received from Stouffville Hyundai. I had an issue with a service they performed and their GM Brad and Service Manager Nelson recovered in a big way. They went out of their way, after hours, beyond the call of duty to make things right. We all make mistakes but it was the degree of accountability and the caring attitude they responded with that made the difference. I recently experienced a completely separate issue with my car and based on my experience, I trusted going back to Nelson and he again took care of me and I genuinely felt he was looking out for my best interest. Very good customer service. Free coffee which is always nice. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics. They helped me out a few times with small issues with my car.
Took my car in for repair on my transmission after only 84000 km and cost me an arm and a leg. They wouldn't honor any part of warranty. What kind of cars are Hyundai selling if a transmission blows after only 84000 km. They should at least give part of a warranty for very little mileage. Very poor service and we will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. We will also seek service on our vehicle elsewhere from now on. Very unhappy with this dealership. Poor customer service.
I totally love my Hyundai car, brand experience and dealership experience. Both the downtown Hyundai dealership and the Stouffville dealership teams have been exceptional. I can't think of buying any other vehicle than Hyundai - absolutely the best cars on the planet -and super easy and user friendly with tech inside the car - an amazing brand.
Service was great. I used to come here whenever I needed a service for my Hyundai (a few years ago) and this place was great. My child loved to go there! They also had a shuttle to take you back home and/or pick you up if I needed to be elsewhere during that time.
At Stouffville hyundai we purchased a new vehicle. We had a good experience working with Diana. She was very friendly and tried to accommodate our need. We also worked with Andrew to set our financial plannings. Andrew was also very polite and friendly. He spent time explaining different options to us and respected our decision at the end.

The service department took such great care of me when my Tuscon was in for service. The shuttle was there when promised and the staff took great care to advise me about what was needed (and what wasn't but would be soon) to keep my car running well & safely for my daughter and I. This is my second purchase at Stouffville Hyundai and I have to say it’s the best dealership I have seen in my 35 years in Canada. My sales rep, Mehran was an excellent representative and helped us through the whole process. Even though he was relatively new to the place, he showed a lot of professionalism and gave us great advice for the car we were about to purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location as both the sales rep and sales manager were extremely helpful and kind.
I had a great experience when purchasing our new Elantra Sport. The sale person Andrew L. was excellent with the process of getting a new vehicle. He was even holding my 9 months old baby while me and my husband were signing the paperwork. As well he called the day after to make sure everything was going well with the car. I appreciate the help and the great customer service.
Very friendly staff, had a great experience with the service department technician went on a road test with me for a noise. That another dealer couldn't find. We couldn't hear the noise right away but after 15min he heard the noise and fixed the problem the same day. Thanks you guys

Worst service ever !
I approached them for diagnosing airbag light on for my Santa Fe. Their mechanic could not read the error codes properly and “guessed” it is because of my remote starter. They charged me $60 for incomplete diagnostics.
I was not convinced and went to Don Valley North Hyundai and they immediately diagnosed the correct error codes and ordered for a replacement seat cushion WITHOUT charging me a PENNY!!! as my car is new and under warranty.
Please avoid them totally as they lack experience in handling technical problems and charge for things that are covered under warranty.
I am planning to log a complaint with Hyundai Canada soon and provide them both the invoices !!!

I've had some bad experiences with dealerships but as our family is growing it was time to update from a sedan to an SUV. I can't compliment CheeMun and Diana enough for this incredible experience. Early in 2016 we purchased a 2016 Sonata. Stouffville Hyundai has been the only location that has serviced our vehicle. From our initial sales experience with Richard, to our interactions with the Service team led by David, we have been always pleased. During a recent scheduled service we experienced a hiccup which rendered the car unsafe to drive. The team was quick to rectify the problem, provided us with a vehicle and returned ours within the estimated completion time. I would not hesitate this dealership...whether to purchase a vehicle or have yours serviced.

Stouffville Hyundai had posted an ad for a used Turbo Veloster. The price was great and I had to check it out despite living a distance away. I was somewhat nervous about coming in and testing given limited experience driving manual. Meng made things super relaxed and fun for me. The car is extremely clean and well maintained, and the few small concerns I had from the drive were immediately addressed. It was easily the best experience I've had at a dealership. It's been a week, and I'm loving the car!
My wife and I bought a preowned 2016 Tucson in October of 2018. Our experience with Stouffville Hyundai over the past few months has been fantastic. Stouffville Hyundai has been my service provider for 1.5 years. I was referred to this location from a friend of mine that bought his car there. I bought my Hyundai elsewhere but went out of my way to visit this dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with their service department. They are always kind, courteous and pleasant to deal with, especially Mike George. I have recently moved to Halifax and before I left he offered me a complimentary car cleaning to send me on my way. It was a classy move, especially since I will not likely return due to my recent move. I highly recommend this dealership.

My experience at Stouffville Hyundai was great! Buying my first car was a huge deal so I wanted to ensure I found the right car for me.
