I purchased two new cars from here and the experience was good but 2 days ago Went there for my 1st service and they were charging me to just checking the wheel alignment which is free in all other showrooms. So, I canceled my service from here and got it done from Hyundai in Niagara falls and they provide free alignment in every service.
They service person told me that they have changed their policies now. Worst experience this time.

I was in a process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership with a bank draft and insurance in hand to complete my purchase and I have never in my life experience such unprofessional and shady business as this dealership. They went behind my back and sold the vehicle to someone else, while dodging my calls after to get an explanation. From their managers to their finance staff this has been by far the worst car dealership I have dealt with. I advise anyone thinking to buy a car here to do their homework and NOT work with this dealership. You can receive a much better service anywhere else and be treated with respect. Yesterday, I was dealing with a frustrating issue in regards to a tire and handled it in a manner where I normally don't conduct myself. With that being said, Will (service) was beyond calm, despite my attitude, and reassured me that my issue would be taken care of and solved. After speaking with Will, Chantel, the service manager, sales manager, and Steve (sales), my issue was resolved and put my mind at ease. This is the reason why three years ago my wife and I purchased 2 Hyundai's from there, and in that time-span, why I've referred five friends and family members to Steve where they've each purchased a Hyundai from him. There is a reason why Performance Hyundai (St. Catharines) is rated #1. My advice, when something goes wrong or you are frustrated, stay calm (unlike me), and know that you will be taken care of. Apologies to Performance Hyundai staff, but a sincere thank you for stepping up to the plate and remaining calm, yet again! Looking forward to the continued excellent service!

Ok yea so I went to Performance Hyundai on Saturday with thoughts of just going to see what it's like, up on my arrival I met this guy who's name is Cameron who showed me a whole line of vehicles they had on sale . after looking at a few I saw one that i was really interested in and after getting such great help and great deal from Cameron I had no other choice than getting straight into doing paper works. I've purchased two vehicles from Performance, one new and one used, and both experiences were good. Recently tried to purchase another used vehicle, this time using the website to narrow down my search. I have found that Performance stocks their website with vehicles that are not available, good values that are used as bait, and I question whether those vehicles were ever actually available at the prices shown. I talked about this with a colleague and they had the same experience, noting that the car they inquired about stayed up on the website for over a month. Super shady....

Within approximately 10 minutes, Laura had prices and features of the two vehicles I was considering in hand and discussing the pros and cons with me. Laura was a consummate professional from start to finish and made switching manufacturers super easy and hassle-free. I know a little bit about vehicles and I've always purchased my vehicles in private sale. My rep Bud seemed to understand where I was coming from and treated me with respect in this regard. He was transparent & honest, it was overall a great experience. I was able to walk away feeling like we both made a good mutual deal. I walked in expecting a war and I walked out nearly shaking with happiness.

Even the staff in the back offices didn't seem to strike me as hungry sales people. There seems to be an emphasis on making sure the customer walks away happy with the decision they made rather than making today's numbers. While the latter will always be a part of any business. It was nice that the staff didn't make it the most obvious important thing. The office will treat you with dignity and respect while you make decisions about your purchase. It's about what suits you best and that's the key to their service experience.

We were extra lucky to get Bud. His desk is lined with customer service awards from outside the business and it isn't difficult to understand why. He will slowly and carefully step you through anything in the process. When you go home and Google what he told you, you'll find the same facts, no shady stuff. Even after he had my signatures and banking information, he was doing extra's for me right up until the morning I picked the car up. My expectation is if I called him right now and said something was wrong that he'd take care of me.

I'm happy with the vehicle, staff service, and my hope is that I'll continue to be happy with the support they offer me as a customer in the future. They haven't really shown me any reason to worry about a negative experience. I took note of other customers over the three days I spent on and off in the lot. I didn't see anyone having a bad time. Just the same honest experience that I was having. The opposite of what I expected from a dealership. Two thumbs up.

They offered me some great deals and coverage for my vehicle which I am pleased with. Only thing was that I walked around the parking lot of 30+ minutes before I MYSELF had to walk to the reception to ask for someone to help. I am younger but it shouldn't matter - the moment my father walked in - he had already been offered assistance.

Today (27 April 2019) around 1pm, I called Performance Hyundai (St. Catherine) and spoke with Jay. I asked about two Santa Fe Red to confirm their availability. Jay confirmed both are available. So I drove about 60 km from Burlington and arrived around 2pm. Jay welcomed us and went to grab the key for the ones with lower mileage (my first choice). He brought the car and we walked around it and I found a very bad dent on the trunk. I asked him is it the one that we talked about, the one with 45K?. He said no, sorry that one is sold this morning!!! I walked out and reflected this to a manager and told them I consider this as a lie! What I see you just tried to grab a customer in, and then hope to sell him something else? With this lie, you did not only loose one loyal customer (a big fan of Hyundai-so far) but also I will tell the story to every friend, family and colleagues. I am not trying to be completely negative, Hyundai is an amazing corporate, you should visit the Burlington branch and see the different level of customer service and professionalism.

I purchased a Genesis G70 recently from Performance Hyundai. What initially attracted me was the comprehensive packages Genesis advertised, as well as the awards the car had won. I was however skeptical of just how inclusive this was. Roselea was my initial contact and sales rep, and she embodied what Genesis wants to achieve from a comprehensive customer experience from day 1. She was honestly top notch at every step of the process, and I enjoyed my interactions with her. She brought the car the initial test drive, and was very knowledgeable during the initial walk-through of the vehicle - knew it inside and out! As an ambassador for the brand Roselea was an incredible asset for Genesis and Performance Hyundai St. Catherines - they are fortunate to have someone like that on their team. She took care of every detail throughout the process, and we even got some vintage wine and a hand-written note with Rose delivering the car (On-time albeit during one of the worst snow storms of the year!). Roselea continues to follow up after the sale to see how I'm getting on with the car! Amazing!
Further to this, I've just scheduled to switch my tires, and through Kathleen they are picking the car up, giving me a loaner. It is indeed the best car ownership experience in my personal history of car ownership. If you're considering a Genesis - work with Roselea, and you won't be disappointed with the outcome. I could have gone somewhere a bit closer, but for the hassle free experience, I would choose Performance team (especially Rose) for the next car purchase for sure. They are another level good.
