Purchased a 2013 BMW 650i. Gas Tank was only half full, Car interior and exterior was not detailed, Engine was not detailed. Had to drive home 400 km so overlooked the minor issues.
When home and detailing Rims noticed a small bulge in the Right front side wall. $480 tire replacement needed and dealer is telling me too bad and none of this is their problem... Even though Kenneth Lung acknowledged that all issues were unacceptable!

Today, went in for regular scheduled maintenance on my car. Excellent service as usual! Staff are very courteous and helpful. Waiting times provided by service staff are accurate - your car is ready when promised. Finally, regardless of how small the service is to your car, they always give your car a free exterior wash, I really appreciate that extra courtesy! As I said, overall, their service is excellent and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I've been coming to this service department since I bought my Santa Fe XL back in 2014. I've been following all the scheduled maintenance for my car as per the schedule. Last January 2, I've been hearing a horrible noise in my car which I figured was the transmission. I was nervous because I am on 109km already which means I already passed the warranty. I took it to Mr. Edwin Ho and he showed his concern and went out of his way to resolve our issue. I am very happy how he dealt with us in a very friendly and helpful manner. He listens, showed concern and understand where we are coming from. He took initiative of taking it over to fix the problem without charging us! Again this is already pass the warranty. Not only they cover my transmission, they also covered pretty much ALL the expenses to replace the transmission of the car. I will always go back to this service department as long as there's someone like Edwin Ho who is genuinely willing to help. Edwin Ho is very kind and patient! He is really one of an extraordinary employee I ever dealt with.

Shark fin antenna cover fell off when I gave my car to service and when I went back the service technician blamed the area that I live in and gave me sarcastic laugh. They informed that the whole antenna with Shark fin cover needs to be replaced and quoted me a price of $400 and service charge of $180. What a rip off.

I have owned brand new Hyundai vehicles for the past few years and bring my vehicles to Kingscross Hyundai for service religiously.
I don't like that I make an appointment and still have to wait on average 20+ minutes to be served. It is very similar to a DR's waiting room where you show up on time for your appointment and are told to wait as someone will be right with you...they are never right with you, so what is the point of making an appointment? Again, waiting a few minutes isn't unreasonable but over 20 minutes, come on now. The waiting is a waste of time and this process could be a lot more efficient.
I will say that the service advisers/managers are typically helpful and detailed in explaining the service and what I can expect.
My vehicle is typically ready in the time frame they relay once they take in your vehicle. Edwin was the last service manager I dealt with and he provided me with assistance.
On my last visit, I purchased a piece of trim for my driver's side door ($55) from the parts department of the dealership and asked if they could pop this on the door while they were changing my oil. They told me there would be an installation fee to install this small part. I told them not to bother as it seemed pretty ridiculous I would have to pay to snap on this small piece after already paying $62 for an oil change. I took the part home and was able to put the piece on myself in 10 minutes. It would have been nice if they could have done this for me but I guess customer service is not in their best interest.
I will continue to take my vehicle to the dealership as I am a loyal customer and do believe they are able to service my Tuscon best while under warranty. I would recommend they re-evaluate their commitment to customer service and satisfaction by improving their processes and going the extra mile to reward customers for their patronage.

He is very courteous and best salesperson I had came across in car dealership. He gave good advice and did not pushed us to purchase as others usually do. I wanted a specific color which was not available with them, Justin almost updated me everyday about expected day of delivery. He helped me with my insurance company and helped to complete the paperwork quickly.

I got mine at a very good deal and lowest as compared to other hyundai dealership.

There is a bit of a wait when they are busy but he always keeps us informed on what is happening with the vehicle. You can get a quick service here for your vehicle. I don't know why but sometimes they say they checked the breaks but they just check off the list without looking at the breaks at all. It cost me some repairs on my breaks down the road. It seemed like a simple oversight by one staff or two. Overall, however, I simply like the vehicle services and staffs and wait room. They are quite friendly and listen to your concerns very well.

Called into kingscross last week Thursday to book an appointment for my wife's Elantra, servicing and minor issues to be checked. The receptionist informed me that she could book me in for that very day and found a time for me to get my car in which I thought was amazing, she also helped me with all my questions and explaing the packages available. My appointment was with Mr.Wilson who was a great help and gave me a good laugh to top it off! He told me any concern I had would be inspected and not to worry. The wait was not long and I was very happy with the work done and I was even provided with a report of my vehicle to show me how everything was doing. Overall great friendly staff and great service!

After reading the reviews I almost did not go to Kingscross Motors. And that would have been a big mistake for me. I wanted a pre-owned car and was helped by Jonathan, one of the sales people. He gave truly excellent service. He showed me all the options in pre-owned vehicles that were in my price range. He never tried to push a new car on me. He took the time to explain each car, its pros and cons; did test drives, and then left my husband and myself alone to decide if we even wanted to buy one of the cars we saw. When we went to do the purchase, we were very satisfied with the final price and it was not a hassel. On pick up the car was spotless, Jonathan set up our Blue tooth; made sure there was a tank of gas in the car, and off we went. We could not have asked for an easier, more respectful experience. As for the rest of the staff, at all times they were polite, helpful, and greeted us at the door and helped us find our salesman. I will certainly be recommending Kingscross to our friends and family, without hesitation.
